Speaker 3: All right, welcome everybody. It is Thursday, July thirtieth, twenty twenty six. Blake is reclaimed my Mike flag at the WYREFI Studios.
00:01:28
Speaker 4: I feel like I feel like I've had this mic flag more than you for the last few weeks.
00:01:32
Speaker 3: Now and not this week. Nope, nope, nope. How are we doing this morning, Blake lots to.
00:01:40
Speaker 4: Get to Oh, we were doing splendid until I saw the video you wanted to talk about to start today's show. And now now I'm feeling a bit bummed again.
00:01:49
Speaker 3: Oh, I'm glad to go ahead and throw it up. This is yeah, this is one eighty five. This is the video in question. This is coming from the south of Spain, and it's terrifying to watch because guess what, it looks like. Spain is getting invaded right now, which is a terrible thing to see. And there's really no reason this should be happening other than the fact that Spain's feckless Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has legalized millions, I would put it in millions, at least a million dough illegal immigrants in that country. And so what do you get when you go soft on immigration, especially when you are neighbors with the Third World. In this case, Morocco is just a small boat ride away. I've actually taken that boat ride on a ferry to Morocco from Spain in years past, and it is very short.
00:02:46
Speaker 4: Well, it's actually very short, Andrew, this isn't even so. Spain has a couple cities that are on on Africa. Its from way back in the reconquistaday is when they conquered Spain back from the Muslims. And then they have Suta and Melia. I'm not sure if I'm saying those right, but these two little cities and so this is in suda Ye and they they just have a normal border fence, but they will have migrants by the thousands show up and every few years they'll actually just crash through, overwhelm it. Obviously, the goal is either blend in and hide, or once you get in, you try to make it legally difficult to get expelled. But it's as you said earlier, this year, Spain passed this huge amnesty for hundreds of thousands of people who'd illegally migrated there. As usual when lawmakers push us through it. Although I should say I shouldn't say lawmakers, because I believe the government found a way to do this without even having a direct parliamentary vote, and then once they passed it, it turned out the number of people eligible was going to be two or three or more times higher than they originally promised. Now the word is out, Spain is the place to go. And it's even more terrifying because this is the European Union. So they have the Shengin Zone, that shared open border within Europe, so everyone knows if you can get into Spain, get amnesty there, glide past their authorities, you can go anywhere in the European Union. You can go to France, you can go to Germany, you can go to Sweden, you can go to Poland, Lithuania, wherever you want.
00:04:14
Speaker 3: And Spain.
00:04:15
Speaker 4: Basically, they could single handedly destroy Europe, even if the rest of Europe doesn't want it to happen exactly.
00:04:22
Speaker 3: So look at to Blake's point that Seouta is actually in the African continent. It is a small carve out of Spanish land in the African continent. So what happens is if they get into Spain, then they are then granted all the rights and protections that the European Union would give any Spaniard. So, yeah, they are legals. Yeah there may be some options legally to take care of that. But once they are in Spanish territory, getting across Gibraltar to Gibraltar or wherever, because Gibraltar's technically British land. But if they get into Spain, then they are released into the continent. And what do you do then? And here's the problem. This is weak immigration. And people in this country forget that just two years ago. For all the hemming and hid, for all of the handwringing, for all of the sometimes justifiable criticisms of the Trump administration, this was America two years ago. Put those that put those images back up on the screen. Put the images from the Spanish invasion back on the screen. And by the way, this certainly looks like a bunch of women and children just looking for a better life, doesn't it blake? Now, Actually, when you zoom up on it, these are all military age males that are streaming across these fences into Seouta. Okay, two years ago, this was America. This was the southern border in the United States of America. This is why we elected the President Trump for mass deportations to see off the border, which he's done, and to get these people out of our country because no developed country, let's just say that should have to put up with an invasion like this of third worlders streaming across its borders. And how easy we forget. And you look at the polling, you look at the headwinds. Okay, you're upset about Epstein files, you're upset about around so am I. But we cannot allow this to be our future. We cannot allow the past to be the future. This is another reason and I'm gonna keep harping on this because yesterday I finally called on X for Leader thron to be removed as Leader of the Senate GOP and Leader of the Senate because we need to get the Save America Act passed, because what you are seeing in those images in Spain, that was America. These people are here. They are getting driver's licenses, they are getting CDLs, they are flooding your DMVs in your schools, in your hospitals, and many of them are registered to vote. In just four states, we know that over a quarter of a million illegals are on the voter roles that's unacceptable. There shouldn't be one. I don't care how many are even voting. They should not be on our voter rolls and they should not be counted in our senses. So Spain is a warning of Christmas past and Christmas future. If we lose power, we have to get this done. And I would love to see either Senator Rick Scott from Florida or Mike Lee take over a Senate leader. People that have proven that they are willing to do the hard things, people that are willing to take hard stands and work with urgency. We are about to see the Senate take six weeks off. It's not even a month. Six weeks off, and I want to point something out, Blake. You make this point brilliantly all the time. According to the Partnership for Public Service and the Washington Post Tracker, more than one hundred Trump nominees are still sitting in the Senate right now, with about one hundred and eight awaiting action. All told, there is approximately eight hundred top rolls that they track, out of thirteen hundred that require confirmation. The eight hundred, only three hundred and sixty have been confirmed. And we are well into year two of Trump two point zero? What are we doing here? What are we don't get these actions of time? What are we doing control the Senate and the House and the White House?
00:08:37
Speaker 4: What are we doing? Because it is you think we have a two year window to actually get things done, and then we could lose Congress, and I think you'll look back. You can look back on the first Trump term. We were given an awesome opportunity by the American public that we got a Republican majority House, Senate, presidency, basically a majority that the Republicans have only possis a handful of years in the past century. We had it in Bush's second term, we had it back in the days of Herbert Hoover and Calvin Coolidge. You rarely get opportunities like this. You rarely get opportunities for the Republican Party to actually just with its own votes pass.
00:09:15
Speaker 3: Whatever it wants.
00:09:17
Speaker 4: And if we throw away this to your opportunity, who knows when we will ever get it again. So, as you said, cancel the recess, confirm everybody pass the Save Act, actually supply things, and that will get them far more upside than anything they could do during a recess period.
00:09:36
Speaker 3: One hundred percent if you are worried about flagging enthusiasm on the right, get your job done, Senate. It is the only way that we win now, all right, So we I want to highlight something this happened last night, and we're going to get into it a little bit more with Senator Bernie Moreno when he joins the show an hour two. But throw up seven. This is the current list of Senators that have openly and publicly called for the August recess to be canceled. You've got Senators Mike Lee, Rick Scott, Tommy Tubberville, Coach Tubberville, Jim Banks, Ashley Moody, Darling Graham, God blessed. Can you imagine by the way, being Darling Graham, you get right at to Capitol Hill. You assume your role is the interim senator for your brother, and John Thune says, time to go take a vacation six weeks. We'll see you later. So good for her for saying, hey, let's stay on the job and get this done. And by the way, to his credit, disagreed on a lot, but Lindsay Graham was pro passing the Save Act, and I think we should do it for him. Bill Haggerty, Katie Britt, Todd Young, Marsha Blackburn, Eric Schmidt, Dave McCormick have all now publicly called for August recess to be canceled. So let's get this done. And I genuinely think the point cannot be stated enough. The time is short, this moment is precious. We have so many headwinds facing us as a conservative movement going into the midterms. We don't know how much more time we're gonna have to get any of these confirmations over the finish line. To get the Save America Act over the finish line. I don't care if you have to do it via reconciliation and take on the parliamentarian I don't care if you have to do a talking filibuster like Senator Mike Lee has called. But you've got to get it done. There is zero excuses left. And I think genuinely that we need to encourage the president. He refused to give a vote of confidence to John Thune when asked about it yesterday. We should encourage him to move and maneuver and use whatever powers he has to replace John Thune as Senate Majority leader. Because this conference has been a roadblock, not a vehicle to getting the people's agendas passed. If you want to know, Blake, to your point earlier, I think it was really well made. Why we're having flagging enthusiasm. Why people one in five, according to Washington Post of reliable conservative voters are not sure they're going to show up in the midterms. If you want to know why, it's because they want the agenda past that we elected Donald Trump for and that's not happening, at least not at the speed that we wanted to. Yes, there's been many wins, and we celebrate those wins, and we want to see more wins. That's why we want to win. But this is a huge five alarm fire and we need to get it done and I want to Yeah, go ahead.
00:12:34
Speaker 4: Blake, please, it's just as you say, the biggest threat. I like to highlight this when whenever we're talking about elections during our live streams midterms, the winner, the biggest vote getter in any of the races here is going to get far fewer than Kamala Harris Scott in twenty twenty four getting creamed by Donald Trump. Turnout is way lower in these midterms. It's all about enthusiasm. It's all about are your people feeling fired up? And I think they obsessed so much on are we offending? Are we going to scare the moderates who are going to sweerve the other way. There's a bit of that, but even the moderates will actually a lot of them they're a little tuned out of things. They're going to be more fired up if they're thinking, Wow, President Trump, he's delivering on his promises, He's doing those things that he ran on. And if they're offering up all of these wins. We already have the border. But if they're able to say, hey, we're confirming everything. We're securing America's elections when we talked about it a few weeks ago, if they passed some sort of insider trading stock trading ban for Congress, they can come out and say, here's a real swamp draining effort that we've talked that everyone here has talked about for years. We finally did it. There's only a few months left. The clock is ticking here. Your ability to change the entire trajectory of the economy at this point pretty limited, but your ability to go and rack up a few wins that show a populist angle that show that you're delivering for the American people. That window is still open. And it feels so frustrated having to preach to Congress in this way because it feels so obvious to me, it feels so obvious to you Andrew, that that is how you get wins. But DC is such this cloistered place. It's a very traditional place. Even though it's not conservative, it's very traditional. It's very stuck in its ways, it's very old. Congress is full of old people who don't like to change how they do things, who don't like to work too much overall, and it's very frustrating because I really think even now they could have an August to remember that would totally transform the perception of the Senate and of Congress generally in this administration.
00:14:48
Speaker 3: I love that let's make this in August to remember where we actually get the people's business done. And in case you missed it, the Senate was occupied yesterday obviously with the Fauci hearings. I've got a slightly different take on that. I'm going to talk about it with Senator Bernie Moreno. A lot of people are frustrated. They think it's failure theater, nothing gets done. I think yesterday was critically important, setting the record straight, reminding everyone of the corruption and the scum baggery of Anthony Fauci. But in the evening, Senators Bernie Moreno and Mike Lee led the push to get the Save America Act passed. And I want to make sure we give them their flowers for this, because Senator Mike Lee specifically has been so good on this.
00:15:27
Speaker 5: Twenty four who benefits from illegal voting. Their words seem to suggest that they're benefiting, mister President. This issue isn't going away.
00:15:38
Speaker 6: The Save America Act isn't going away. Voter ID requirement demands are not going away.
00:15:42
Speaker 3: I will be back.
00:15:43
Speaker 5: I will be back day after day, week after a week until this passes, because the American people deserve to go to bed every night knowing that their government is run by people they themselves elected.
00:15:56
Speaker 3: Throw up one, two and then one eighty three. These are images of our own border. This is what we lived under Biden. It cannot, it cannot be overstated the importance of passing the Save of America Act. We know there are hundreds of thousands of illegals on our voter rolls. We know they're getting counted in the census. They must be removed, but they must not be allowed to vote. The American people demand it. It's existential. That's not Spain, that's our own southern border under Biden. And yeah, it's got cleaned up, but we got a lot of clean up domestically and internally to do. Still, I want to talk to you about an issue so many Americans face, and that's health insurance. There's an organization I really really appreciate called Christian Healthcare Ministries CHM is a faith based alternative to health insurance. And this is real stuff, folks like you've gotta listen in With HM, you're not paying into a company's profit margin. You're investing in a community with less overhead than the competition. 00:17:49
Speaker 7: My team and I conducted a thorough, independent investigation. We identified evidence that the President wilfully retained classified materials after the end of his vice presidency when he was a private citizen. This evidence included an audio recorded conversation during which during which mister Biden told his ghostwriter that he had quote just found all the classified stuff downstairs end quote. When mister Biden said this, he was a private citizen speaking to his ghostwriter in his private rental home in Virginia.
00:18:21
Speaker 3: All right, without further ado, I want to welcome Jeffrey Clark from the Oversight Project, which is a project of Heritage. Jeffrey, welcome back to the show. It's great to have you, and I just want to say thank you for your work pouring into these tapes. I was reminded of it this week because it feels like we're re litigating the Fauci years. But it's so important that we get answers and accountability for what happened. Okay, so why don't you fill our audience in on what you have acquired at the as far as the her tapes and we'll go from there.
00:18:54
Speaker 6: Sure.
00:18:55
Speaker 8: Well, Andrew, thanks for having me on, and it's good to be back on the show. Obviously, the last time I was on the show, Charlie Kirk was still alive and I was watching the clip of him from a year ago today and it's just it's it's so sad. Just a year ago, you know, he's still still fully active and then you know, to be cut down like he was, it's it's so tragic. So look, we have to keep going. And that's the subject of these Biden tapes with his ghostwriter. So the Oversight project where I am now. After I left the Trump forty seven administration in March, and I've been, as you know, in the Trump forty five administration at DOJ. They filed a Foyer request to get the ghost writer tapes with Joe Biden and his ghostwriter Marx Wanitzer in twenty twenty four. So it's been fighting. We've been fighting a you know, hard battle against first the Biden doj and then when they left office, eventually Joe Biden's high priced lawyers came in to try to block us from getting the tapes on a phony privacy rationale because basically DJ redacted anything going to private family matters like the death of Joe Biden's son of cancer. Most of the discussions that we got last week, they all relate to national security matters, they relate to issues of whether Biden can run for the presidency, and they relate to some his reflections on some historical matters. There's nothing in there that I've seen or heard about the family's privacy. So these documents reveal several things to us. So my three points for you in one word each would be sinility, her and the future and so on the sinility point, they reveal that he had serious issues going back to twenty sixteen and twenty seventeen when these tapes were recorded, and yet the people around Biden still ran him for president four years later.
00:21:04
Speaker 6: And that's you know, remarkable.
00:21:06
Speaker 8: It's ties into something else the Oversight Project did, which was to expose that Biden's presidency was really, you know, a autoprin presidency, which is why President Trump has as a picture of Biden in the Colonnade an actual auto pen rather than Biden's picture. And it also revealed but he disclosed national security information to his ghostwriter Mark Swantitzer Sawantitzer, who did not have a clearance. And then the last thing is, you know, as as you alluded to Andrew, we need to have accountability for this. There's nothing about HER's decision not to prosecute that is set in stone. It can be revisited, it should be revisited.
00:21:48
Speaker 3: Yeah, So why don't you break down the timeline here, Jeffrey Clark with the Oversight project you mentioned, So, there's actually two sets of tapes that when when we're talking about this, there's one from his interview with her, and then there's these tapes from Joe Biden talking with his ghostwriter Swanitzer, and the timeline for that this was twenty sixteen, twenty seventeen, correct, So this is after the Obama administration clears out. He's talking to his ghostwriter and he actually references classified information that's at his Virginia home as his rental. And so in twenty sixteen, you're saying that you are hearing from these tapes yourself sinility this he had already lost his fastball in a major way.
00:22:37
Speaker 6: One of my colleagues here, Mike Howl the president.
00:22:40
Speaker 8: You know, he's he's got away with words, and you know, his his summary of a lot of it is like, you know, a computer screen that says loading or buffering or something like that. He's just like, can't seem to remember anything, and other times he's entirely lucid. Right, So, uh, you know, Robert Hurk includes that he gets a free pass on violating taking classified documents with him he was not authorized to take because of the fact that he had memory problems. I think a lot of that, though, is probably based on the memory problems he was having in twenty twenty four. But you know, as I've been pointing out, the relevant time period actually is not twenty twenty four for assessing whether Biden engaged committed a crime, or even twenty sixteen twenty seventeen. Entirely, it is the date on which he took the documents that were classified into his personal possession outside of the secure handling procedures like in a skiff. And since he took documents that go back to his time as a senator, we're talking about a time where he may not have had any mental issues whatsoever. So to give him a free pass and say, well, he couldn't have had the criminal intent, the requisite, you know, criminal mind, I think is is to just blur all of the time periods together like their watercolors on a palette.
00:24:05
Speaker 6: And that's not the right way to approach it.
00:24:07
Speaker 8: We need to know what was his state of mind at the time he took the relevant classified documents, and I don't think we got anything like that level of precision out of Robert Hurt. And that's why the current Justice Department needs to re examine his recommendation to Merrick Garland, which obviously was taken because as we know, Joe Biden was not prosecuted for anything.
00:24:28
Speaker 4: Well, Jeff, I think back to in when they were investigating President Trump over the mar A Lago raid President Trump. They made the argument the person who decides whether anything is classified ultimately is the president, and it was brought up that President Trump could basically at any point have said, you know, I declassified this in my head when I you know, made the call to take it or set it aside where I could bring it to mar A Lago. Couldn't President Biden's team offer the same defense that maybe he misspoke there, but he could basically have just implicitly declassified something that it was even in his possession after he was president or whal he was president for that matter.
00:25:07
Speaker 8: Well, if he violated the law back then, you know, I don't think that he can retroactively do it. You know, if President Trump is the president of the United States on January twenty, twenty twenty one, right, and he takes documents with him tomorrow Lago, I think, you know, and I'm sure this would have come out if there were a trial. I'm sure he told people he was declassifying at least some of those documents. And there's no requirement that he do declassification. You know, in writing, it's the deep state that wants to have a very you know, written process that jumps through them and they decide whether essentially to push it to the next step. That's not really what the law provides. You know, President Trump would have had, you know, total control over that process. And I'd also argue that even if he had not issued pre existing orders orly or in writing to declassify, that by taking the documents with him, he declassified them by course of conduct, right just by the act of taking.
00:26:06
Speaker 6: Them with him.
00:26:07
Speaker 8: But Joe Biden, when he takes documents when he's a senator, that's just flatly unlawful. He can't declassify if he takes them as a vice president. He doesn't have any inherent authority as the vice president to declassify. It's possible that Obama could have delegated declassification powers to him, but there's no evidence that that happened. So those would have been entirely completed crimes. And while Biden could have tried to pardon himself for those completed crimes, I don't think he can retroactively declassify documents he took illegally as a senator or as a vice president. He would only have had the power to kind of prospectively pardon himself.
00:26:47
Speaker 4: What if Barack Obama just came out and said, I, in my head declassified anything that Joe Biden had with him. Could he do something like that?
00:26:57
Speaker 8: I mean, I'm not sure Obama would want to do that, and I especially think it would be risky for Obama to try to do that based on documents that were taking when Joe Biden was a senator. How would Biden How would Obama know what documents Joe Biden took going back to his time in the Senate, Right, So theoretically, I think Obama could try to say something like that. But during the whole time that her investigation was going on, and there were people, you know, at the Biden University of Pennsylvania Center Center at Center launching defenses of him, we never heard boo about Obama's going to say that Joe Biden was authorized to keep these documents. Like the Obama people adopted a policy of kind of studying silence on that.
00:27:47
Speaker 6: So this was hi early on.
00:27:53
Speaker 8: In nine and just found all the classified stuff downstairs.
00:27:58
Speaker 2: Some of this may be.
00:28:02
Speaker 6: That's sure, I'd no the more classified measure. The next thing you.
00:28:05
Speaker 2: Have here is this.
00:28:11
Speaker 8: That's probably something that goes to the presidential papers. I don't think someone's in between if I didn't want to turn the riot.
00:28:20
Speaker 3: So that's an interesting little montage of Joe Biden with his ghost writer in twenty sixteen, twenty seventeen talking about the various classified documents that he was just handling. And it's all recorded. And this is what's really interesting. I saw a somebody posted on social media and this comes to mind. With everything that's going on with Anthony Fauci, Jeffrey Clark is still with us. I It's like, in order to think about how you should deal with this stuff, think about what the Democrats would do in there if the shoe was on the other foot, and then do that because these people are ruthless. I'm old enough to remember Jeffrey Clark that you know, President Trump's home was raided. Mar A Lago was rated at the suggestion that the President of the United States had classified documents. And yet we get in this instance a softer approach from Special Counsel Her saying he's just a senile old man that has memory problems. How as a lawyer, how bizarre of an explanation was that from Special counsel Her.
00:29:27
Speaker 6: Well, thanks, Andrew, I do think it was bizarre.
00:29:29
Speaker 8: And look in the clip you played in the first segment, when you you know, just before you brought me on, you know, her says very clearly that Joe Biden willfully retained classified documents.
00:29:41
Speaker 9: Right.
00:29:41
Speaker 8: He uses the word wilfully, so he's trying to have as cake and eat it too. He's trying to say, like, well, there's evidence of a crime, but then he says, I'm not going to prosecute it right now. You know, I think they should have looked heavily at what jurisdictions they could have brought an indictment against bi in. They should have looked at Virginia because of the rental home issue you mentioned. They should have looked at Delaware. I'm sure there are some classified documents there as well. They shouldn't have just looked at d C. I think if if Robert Hurr had sort of carefully gone through all the possibilities and said, look, this case could only be brought in DC, and our analysis is that, given the current state of Joe Biden's memory and his advanced age, we're not going to be able to get a conviction. And so, you know, people might criticize me for this, but I'm going to recommend I'm going to go ahead and recommend we don't bring a prosecution. That would be one thing, but I think he clearly had other venue choices, and I think he just decided to give Biden to pass. And I also think, look, let's be realistic. You know, Robert Hurr has an R after his name, but he was picked in this instance by Merrick Garland, the Joe Biden handpicked attorney general. And I I think that you know, Marrick Carlin knew that he was not picking someone who was going to try to send Joe Biden to jail, like Jack Smith was trying to send President Trump to jail.
00:31:11
Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean exactly. It just it's it's frustrating. On one hand, it's like, listen, Joe Biden's old, he's senile, who cares. On the other hand, President Trump had his home rated for the exact same accusation. But it was much it was much worse, actually, because, as you made the point earlier, Joe Biden was a senator and a vice president. He didn't have the ability to simply wave a magic wand to declassify any of this stuff. And he did it at such a point where his brain, you know, I guess ostensibly would have been more acute, his memory would have been sharper. He knew what he was doing, he was willfully doing this, and it's just another reminder of the two tier justice system that we have in this country, where if you haven't R next to your name, the whole weight and force of law enforcement will be coming down upon you. But if you are a Democrat, you get treated with kid gloves. And so we can dismiss this is water under the bridge all we want, but it's not because it is a symptom of a larger problem that Republicans and conservatives face all the time. And that's why I'm so grateful for you to continue on with this and to try and get accountability. And so that's now. The next question is what can be done now and should something be done now?
00:32:28
Speaker 8: I think something can be done now and it should be done now. Both Again, you know, Robert Hurr was a special counsel, So first of all, there are serious constitutional issues about the Special Council office. We don't have an independent Council statute anymore. I think the composition of the Supreme Court has changed. I'm not sure that even if that independent Council statute existed, the current Supreme Court would say that it's constitutional.
00:32:54
Speaker 6: Sore regulations that are.
00:32:56
Speaker 8: Issued by an attorney General in this instance that was Janet Reno, you know, would be upheld. We know that Judge Cannon thought that they were constitutionally suspect, and she, you know, said that Jack Smith couldn't constitutionally wield that power. So but look, putting aside the issue of using a special counsel or not, there's no reason why you have to use a special counsel. Robert Hur's pronouncements are not set in stone. They can be reconsidered by the current acting age. They can be reconsidered by the President of the United States, who holds the prosecutorial power of the United States as the chief law enforcement officer, the chief executive in Article two, in whom all executive power is vested, and I think the President should direct I think the acting Attorney General should engage in a re examination of the facts about Joe Biden.
00:33:47
Speaker 6: And look, you know, to.
00:33:48
Speaker 8: My mind, however you slice it, this is a massive scandal. Either Joe Biden was non compost mentus, in which case he never should have been put up for president in twenty twenty and allowed to serve until the end of his term, or he had the requisite presence of mind, in which case he should not get a free pass. He should be prosecuted for violating the Espionage Act.
00:34:11
Speaker 6: And that case to.
00:34:12
Speaker 8: Prosecute him is a lot more of a slam dunk than any conceivable case Jack Smith cooked up for documents against President Trump.
00:34:21
Speaker 3: Man that point, it's so important, and we've somewhat skipped over it. If he was mentally compromised, if he was senile. In twenty sixteen and twenty seventeen, the powers that be within the Democrat establishment and the apparatus still put this feeble, senile old man up to run as president during COVID, And I'm reminded the fact that he basically didn't run. He stayed in his basement. There's a reason for that. It wasn't necessarily COVID. It was because they knew that he would be exposed, as you know, lacking the mental acuity necessary to run the country. He was the autopen president final thirty seconds on that Jeffrey Clark Oversight project.
00:35:03
Speaker 8: Yeah exactly, Andrew, Look, for gosh sakes, he had a fake Oval.
00:35:08
Speaker 6: Office he was doing addresses from.
00:35:10
Speaker 8: And I still haven't heard, you know, a satisfactory answer that the closest I've seen is someone say, they could put a bigger teleprompter in the fake Oval office than they could in the real Oval office, and he was so feeble he needed the mega large monitor, you know, to tell him exactly what to say. If that's true, it's incredibly depressing. I think that the people around Biden who ran him for president, knowing about these mental defects he had, they should be held accountable as well.
00:35:39
Speaker 3: I totally agree Jeffrey Clark, the Oversight Project, thank you for pursuing this. We're grateful and we'll talk to you soon.
00:35:46
Speaker 6: Thank you.
00:35:49
Speaker 3: Good conversation is about respect. It's how we create a space where people are able to share their ideas and be heard. Charlie knew that Turning Points still knows that, and TikTok is always strived to build the kind of place that thrives on respectful connection, where curiosity fuels connection and we can share what's on our minds and learn from each other. When ideas meet respect, good things happen. On TikTok. You can find a mechanic explaining the why behind a problem most of us wouldn't even know how to name, or a father sharing a lifetime of knowledge with his viewers. Viewers who listen discuss, and then they respond. TikTok turns connection into community through small acts of understanding. You can feel it in the comments and the thank you from a stranger halfway across the world. TikTok is a place where respect opens the door for discussion, and discussion helps us build something real. We have Senator Bernie Moreno from the great state of Ohio joining us now. Senator, thank you so much for making the time. And I just want to say I thought you did a phenomenal job yesterday questioning disgrace to Anthony Fauci. You know, you used a few colorful words. I heard people make note of that, but I felt like it really was an expression of the anger that average Americans feel for having been locked down, the mass, the vaccines, everything that happened. Just give us your initial reflections on yesterday. I thought, again, I thought you did an amazing job. What was that like to see him take the fifth so many times?
00:37:20
Speaker 9: So look, yesterday was a guy who damaged this country in deep and for pron ways, especially kids deprived him of education, shut down businesses, got people in the military, fire, got people in private businesses fired, bragged about that lied to the American people. And worst of all, basically we now know that it was the US taxpayer, at his direction, that funded the gain to function research that led to the coronavirus epidemic. So we helped fund that through him, and this guy couldn't even bother to look at the people he hurt and couldn't even muster up an apology.
00:37:57
Speaker 6: It was a disgrace.
00:37:59
Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, so there's a couple different takes that if you look on social media that people are expressing, and I actually understand where most of these are coming from. I happened to think that what happened yesterday was genuinely and truly important, because so many people easily forget what we all live through and they move on. But it was an opportunity to memorialize with him having to sit there, watching and listening to us senators like yourself remind everybody of just what happened. I think that was really important. But he's also got a blanket pardon dating all the way back to twenty fourteen up into the time Joe Biden left office, and you guys are federal office holders, so there is a risk, but people are upset they called failure theater. They call it more political theater in DC. I disagree, but I want to hear your perspective on that, Senator. Why was yesterday important?
00:38:53
Speaker 9: Well, it's important for two reasons the more you just laid it out, which is, we have to remind the American people what they did to us, to make certain that we never allow it to happen again. You know, most people who can recite the Decoration of Independence talk about life, liberty, and the purdue of happiness, and they usually end the sentence there, but the most important words come after, which is governments are created by men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Do we feel like we had the consent of the governed when these politicians are doing any things? The answer is absolutely not. And what we also exposed it's really really important, is that democrats given power want to control us fundamentally. That's the difference between what I would say a republican conservative and a socialist liberal is they want total and complete control over our lives. What kind of carder drive, how to behave, where to do this, where to do that, what type of food to eat? Their instincts is control our founders knew that was fundamentally flawed, that politicians should drive only their just powers from what people will want. In other words, we work for the people, not the other way around. And I think that hearing was critical. The other piece that I thought we could get to we didn't, which is just a humility expressed by the people who made these terrible decisions and an apology to say, hey, look, you were called racist because you called it the China virus. You were called the conspiracy theory because you said it came from the lab. You were called, you know, anti science when you said the vaccine might not work for everybody. You were called a selfish person if you didn't think that you should wear a mask out, you know, walking or exercising outside. And they shamed us, and at least they could says, you know what, we were wrong, we didn't have the right information, and we apologize to the American people, and.
00:40:43
Speaker 6: He couldn't do that.
00:40:45
Speaker 9: And I think that it was.
00:40:46
Speaker 3: The parton that was absolutely Senator, this is a powerful moment that from your your examination, your cross examination which he just played the fifth but you you asked him to acknowledge the people that had been shamed and persecuted for being skeptical about the lines that he was feeding Americas, the American public, and it was just a powerful moment. Let's play this top thirty.
00:41:10
Speaker 10: Dr Proderick, you just turn around and look at the people behind you. You're not willing to do that. That's not a question. It's not a question to your Lawyer's not a question to request. All you have to do is look up from your lawyers and look at the people who were absolutely shamed for saying what we know now to be the truth. You can't even look at them.
00:41:40
Speaker 3: He wouldn't look. He consulted his lawyers and wouldn't look. I totally.
00:41:47
Speaker 9: The lawyers go ahead, No, no, the lawyers, ignore him, ignore them. That's what the lawyers said to about you. That was their advice. Ignore him, ignore them. And that's exactly what they did to us for two long years. They ignored the American people. And these are people who work for us. Our tax payer dollars funded every sense of his salary, and yet this guy thought he controlled us. And that's the point. Americans have to remember that and make sure when you go to the voting booth, it's not just voting for somebody who you think agrees with you on policy, what's their instinct? This somebody who wants to control your life? And the answer is usually right now. Sadly, if you're running as a Democrat, you want total and complete control over their voters. And that's what young people are missing when they say, you know, we don't want authoritarians. I agree. That's the Democrat socialists that are running. They're the ones that want to control your lives. We want to give you freedom and liberty. Charlie would talk about this all.
00:42:42
Speaker 3: The time, Senator. I could talk to you about this for so much longer, but you spent your evening back at the Senate on the floor arguing to not only suspend the August recess, but to pass the Save America Act. In the minute and a half we have remaining with you, sir, explain the state of play right now. Is there any hope that the August recess is going to get suspended and the Save America Act passed?
00:43:08
Speaker 9: Well, I don't think we should leave here if we have a pass to get this passed. Last night we went on the floor the Houses passed a bill that would ban insider trading and give basic voter ID as a requirement for national elections. These are ninety nine to one issues that most Americans agree with these things. The Democrats blocked it for the second time in a row, and worse yet, we said, hey, let's put it up for a vote. Let's just let the vote happen, and the threshold should be sixties so we're not asking to change Senate rules. And the Democrats blocked that. They wouldn't even allow a vote on this issue, which bans insider trading. So the Democrats would not vote a bill that could become law that would ban insider trading and give us voter ID. Let alone prove his citizenship and not unsolicited mail in ballots and the other things. This is just a simple bill. So we're going to work on as a repul over the next few days is find a strategy of plan and get that implemented, and we don't leave Talent until we can get that plan done.
00:44:07
Speaker 3: Yeah, but whose decision is that? Wouldn't it have to come straight from leader soon to stay in DC?
00:44:14
Speaker 9: Yeah, ultimately, that's obviously the leader makes it those kinds of decisions. But he does listen quite a bit to the conference to see what we should do.
00:44:22
Speaker 3: Well, Senator, I hope that you and the other fighters in the Senate win the day and that you stay in DC, you get the job done. That not only that, there's countless confirmations that need to get across the finish line as well. We're almost two years into Trump two point zero and the American people are desperate for the Senate to work and for the Senate to listen to people like you. And this is it's just a great reminder, Senator, why Charlie was such a huge supporter of yours while you had his total faith and confidence. And we appreciate you doing the hard things and sticking around to DC and pushing your colleagues to do the same. So God bless you for that, and thank you for your time.
00:45:02
Speaker 9: Oh it's look, it's it's why I ran for office. Thank you guys for doing and let's see what happens over the next few days. We're gonna fight like caldo.
00:45:09
Speaker 3: Amen, Senator Bernie Mourno from the great state of Ohio, thank you again for your time, sir. All right, Sophie Cunningham is back in the news. We just can't get enough. Apparently as a culture of Sophie Cunningham, so blake. Since you are the big w NBA star, why don't you set up this story for us?
00:45:29
Speaker 4: Hold On, hold on, this is defamation. Andrew. You're the one who follows every single WNBA game. You're the one who blows up our show prep. Did you guys see the game last night? Did you guys see these highlights? You're the one who's doing that. I'm just throwing that out there, Andrew, WNBA superman Colvett, we might have to what happened? What happened though, I mean, the real reason I think you get away from the y REFI flag is I think you want a WNBA flag anyway. What happened is, uh, Seattle Storm are apparently one of the WNBA teams I had to that up and obviously a pretty lib city. And I think that's also is that Where is that where Britney Grinder plays right now? I can't remember. I don't know, I don't know where anyone plays, but whatever it is. So, two teenage fans were at the game, and they were I believe, wearing apparel supportive of Riley Gaines, supportive of women's sports as opposed to men's sports and that got them, Uh, that got them in for some harassment at the game. It looks like they have signs there. Uh and we've got is that we we've got your six or something like that, whatever it is. They were supportive of women's girls.
00:46:42
Speaker 3: Yes, exactly, we have the clip of them getting harassed. We should play it exactly, so we have a.
00:46:50
Speaker 11: Yeah, go ahead, tarbets, check out, take.
00:47:15
Speaker 3: The shots out. So what's crazy about that? Crazy?
00:47:24
Speaker 4: Okay, lib City, they got harassed by fans who are upset about this. But the really wild thing is is it was actually the team's owner or co owner, Celeste Keaton was one of the people harassing these kids. So I don't even know. I follow the NFL. The NFL owners can be an eccentric bunch, but I don't know that I've ever heard of an NFL owner harassing a fan.
00:47:47
Speaker 3: But I guess. Uh, the w n b A is is.
00:47:50
Speaker 4: Breaking new territory of owner fan interactions here and it's blown up already. Apparently the w nb he has suspended Celeste Keaton from attending the team's next five home games.
00:48:07
Speaker 3: Uh, because enough not enough. She has to sell her ownership stake in the Seattle Storm. That should be the request. But look at these girls. Can you imagine coming up with these girls and harassing them show pick two O six. These are minors and they we do have a clip of their comments two of six, it's their image. They're sweet girls and they're wearing xx x Y holding up a sign to two of five. It says, we love you Sophie, thank you Sophie for speaking up for girls, and it's great. They're just minding their own business. And this co owner goes up to them and says, you're effing insane, get out of here. And I mean, it's just like, what is happening. I feel like we're living through a collective psychosis of people just acting bizarre, and here are these two young girls telling about their experience st nineteen.
00:49:00
Speaker 12: Well, we were just sitting there with their signs that said like we love Sophie, like thank you sothing for speaking up and so we're holding on. She's watching the game again with you were being super great. We hadn't said anything to anyone else. You're being super respectful. You're just holding our signs and cheering for both teams. And this lady, older lady comes up to us.
00:49:16
Speaker 2: She asks like, what are you guys doing something like yeah.
00:49:19
Speaker 12: And then it was like Jesus loves everyone, That's what she told us. And I was like, oh, I know, like I'm religious, like I know, like I know, yeah, And she's like, oh, I hope Jesus can forgive you for what sin you've done and like something like that. And then she told us that we were acting insane and she's like and she went like, yeah, like you got you stop this and stop.
00:49:39
Speaker 3: Yeah.
00:49:40
Speaker 12: And for you guys, who I will say, only when I came.
00:49:44
Speaker 2: Over, you were in tears.
00:49:46
Speaker 13: Yeah.
00:49:46
Speaker 4: I've never been yelled at like that, So yeah, I can visualize it all in my head. It's like a nightmarish encounter at the supermarket. If you were wearing like a Maga hat. That could happen in twenty sixteen.
00:49:59
Speaker 3: What is that? Yea?
00:50:00
Speaker 4: How do you feel okay just having that out in public? Don't you realize that this is hurtful to people? Don't you realize that you're endangering trans lives? You can just see the whole thing unfolding nightmarish encounter with you know, the middle aged, busy body of your neighborhood, except this woman. Apparently you can own a WNBA team. Maybe I should be a co owner of a w NBA team. You were saying they should make her sell her steak, Like, what do you think the cost is of owning fifteen percent of a WNBA team? Is it more or less than the price of a used Kia.
00:50:30
Speaker 3: Well, here's the picture of Celeste Keaton, who's now been suspended one ninety four, and I think she looks exactly like I expect, like almost exactly like I expected.
00:50:44
Speaker 4: This woman appears in our nightmares.
00:50:46
Speaker 3: Andrew, Yeah, this is this is why we can't have nice things because of people like Celeste Keaton. And apparently Seattle Storm is like the most woke group imaginable, like one three, this is a Seattle Storm wna w NBA player wearing pro trans gear, trans rights or human rights, and you know, apparently they you know, I don't know anyways, enough about the Seattle Storm. Apparently they're awful. Please nobody buy their tickets and nobody by their jerseys. Sophie Cunningham has chimed in on this one ninety eight. Blake says, I truly believe there is a safe space and love for everybody biological girls, biological boys, trans women, and transmit. Everybody's welcome at my table. You can disagree and still be kind. Bravo to those girls for standing up for what they believe. You'll be hearing from me soon. Yay for gifts. Truly embarrassing of the co owner. Unfortunately shows the type of leader she is, and we don't need to assume the pronouns there. Good for her.
00:51:45
Speaker 4: I'm so glad I get to get welcomed by Sophie Cunningham every time I fly in through Phoenix because she has her.
00:51:52
Speaker 13: Y.
00:51:54
Speaker 3: That's right.
00:51:55
Speaker 4: We're basically a WNBA coverage program, Andrew. At this point, we gotta be careful with us.
00:52:02
Speaker 3: You know, a lot of fodder for conversation. Hi, folks, Andrew Colvett here, I'd like to tell you about my friends over at y Refi. You've probably been hearing me talk about y Refi for some time now. We are all in with these guys. If you or someone you know is struggling with private student loan debt, take my advice and give them a call. Maybe you're behind on your payments, maybe you're even in default. You don't have to live in this nightmare. Anymore. Why ref I will provide you a custom payment based on your ability to pay. They tailor each loan individually. They can save you thousands of dollars and you can get your life back. We go to campuses all over America and we see student after student who's drowning in private student loan debt. Many of them don't even know how much they owe. Why ref I can help. Just go to y refi dot com. That's the letter, Why then refi dot com And remember why Refi doesn't care what your credit score is. Just go to y Refi and tell them your friend Andrews sent you.
00:53:05
Speaker 1: The spiritual battle is coming to the West and the enemies are Wokeism, re Marxism combining with Islamism to go after what we call the American way of life. And the American way of life is very simple. I want to be able to get married, buy a home, have kids, allow them to ride their bike till the sun goes down, send them to a good school, have a low crime neighborhood. Not to have my kid be taught the lesbian, gay, transgender garbage in their school, while also while also not having them have to hear the Muslim call to prayer five times a day.
00:53:45
Speaker 4: That's important.
00:53:48
Speaker 1: We want the American way of life, which is by the way, Christendom.
00:53:52
Speaker 3: All right, without further ado, we have Wade Miller, who is the executive director for the Center for Renewing America. You might know it. Russ Vote used to come on our show all the time when he was there. Now he's obviously owen b director. Wade Miller's doing a great job. Wade, welcome to the show. You've got a new policy brief. It's policy Brief assessing the Marxist Islamic Alliance aimed at America's heart, which is a terrifying title. Actually, we played that clip from Charlie because you start your paper off quoting that line from Charlie in that clip about this red green alliance, neo Marxism fusing with Islam in some way which sometimes doesn't make any sense, tell us about it.
00:54:38
Speaker 13: Sure, And of course Charlie Kirk had a habit of seeing complex things and making them very simple, way ahead of the time before they became common in civil society and people understanding.
00:54:49
Speaker 2: And of course he's a big loss on that front.
00:54:51
Speaker 13: But you know, we've been looking this for a while or two, we've had similar concerns. And you know, there's an entire movement of Marxist radical leftists and Islamis. And you know, in theory, you know, to someone who's logical, that may not make any sense, but when you start to look into you start to realize very quickly that they actually have almost all the same goals except for the in state, and so there is an alliance between them. In fact, academics like Judith Butler have routinely defended Islam as a global left movement and refuse to criticize or you know, condemn Islamic violence. And they're really putting it through an oppress or oppressed framework and trying to insert Islam into their critical theory frameworks. And of course the Muslims just think the left are idiots, and they'll of course align with them and get to use them for their useful idiots to get what they want. And this is coalescing into a real movement in the United States. And you know, they have intellectuals and institutions defending it, They have influencers and pundits, they have fine networks. A lot of it is foreigned money coming in and fueling, and I ultimately I think that where we went wrong is in at the post nine to eleven conception of Islam.
00:56:10
Speaker 2: We were hyper focused on terrorists.
00:56:13
Speaker 13: And when you're hyper focus on terrorists, you're talking about three to five percent. You're talking about the people who are actively willing to go and wage jihad in a militaristic fashion.
00:56:22
Speaker 2: But there's other forms of jihad.
00:56:24
Speaker 13: And so for instance, you know, some of these countries ninety plus percent believe the following. They would say that if you are an apostate, you leave the religion of Islam, that you should be tried in court. You should get due process, but it should go before a sharia court, and the judge of the Sharia court should be able to find you guilty, and that the punishment for that should be death. Now that's all using democratic institutions. That's not terrorism per se. I mean, I think you could debate it on the merits natural rights, but they would look at this as a democratic institution, due process, you've been found guilty, death penalty. And I think that if you have that viewpoint, you should not only not be in the United States, you should be identified, denaturalized, and or deported and we certainly should have vetting standards in place to say that if you're trying to come here and you have these beliefs and other beliefs, that it's automatically disqualifying. I think that that work is ongoing, but we're really running into this the biggest problem, which is they have figured out how to use our system, our values, our principles, the Constitution, the First Amendment as shields to get a foothold in American society. Use democratic constitutions, use elections, use laws to slow walk cultural radical leftism and cultural radical Islam, and then force it upon us over time. And you know, we see this debate playing out in our own side right now. There's a debate currently online and I think a lot of it's a little bit of an op.
00:57:53
Speaker 2: I think that there is a valid debate to be had.
00:57:55
Speaker 13: But it's between, you know, those who are saying that classical liberalism is one hundred percent of every thing that we should believe and postliberalism isn't. And I think the problem is is that it radical Islam, the Red Green Alliance, the fusion of Marxist communists in Islam are abusing classical liberalism to completely try to destroy us, and we have to at least be able to use postliberalism as a diagnostic tool and say, you know, what's more important the survival of Western civilization or this conception that a political ideology like Islam can just can't be dealt with, that we have no options at our disposal, that if they just come here and massive millions and millions of people and outvote us, that they can just implement Shariah and that that's just fine. And I would say no, And I think that these are the conversations on our side that are ongoing. And then the last thing I'll say is happy to you know, tease any decided any further.
00:58:50
Speaker 2: But Mom, Donnie is like the perfect fusion.
00:58:53
Speaker 13: He's literally a communist, you know, supports all these DSA candidates and he's an Islamist and so like you can see it coming to fruition. You're seeing it in recent elections where DSA candidates are starting to dominate the Democrat primaries. They are This is gone from a concern that we should watch too. It is inactively in motion and we have to start taking steps to oppose it and figure out what that means and how to do it.
00:59:20
Speaker 4: So wait, as you mentioned the Islamist portion, they see the Marxist left as useful idiots because their goals are ultimately in conflict with each other. Is there any hope there that this alliance is too fragile because one group kind of they want communism, they want a post religious society, the other once almost a revival of a medieval society. Is there any hope that this alliance can break down before it brings down all of Western civilization, or if they do bring down Western civilization. Who do you think is more likely to win?
00:59:57
Speaker 2: Well, it's a great question.
00:59:58
Speaker 13: I think that it all comes down to do we start actually opposing it and how, And the sooner we do this, I think, the greater our odds are. I think we absolutely can win, or else I wouldn't even be trying to bother with this.
01:00:08
Speaker 2: I'd just move out of the country. But so I think we can defeat it. I think that the.
01:00:12
Speaker 13: Longer that it goes unopposed, and the longer that there are more people on our side trying to say things like, well, it's only five percent of the population. Well it may not be one hundred percent. I don't know what the exact percent is but it's not five. It's certainly a lot more than that, and it could be upwards of eighty percent of the current population. If you look at Pew polling data coming out of a lot of these countries where we've had millions of people come from over the last several decades, upwards of ninety percent of them believe things.
01:00:40
Speaker 2: It should be just disqualifying culturally.
01:00:43
Speaker 13: You cannot believe these things and then take a raise your hand and take an oath of citizenship, nor should you be granted lawful permanent residency status in this country if you believe such things, And it's not a violation the First Amendment to put in place those.
01:00:56
Speaker 2: Type of vetting mechanisms. So I think we can beat it.
01:00:59
Speaker 13: In terms of will the the Alliance break down. I think that they're going to start losing moderates. But who qualifies as moderates anymore? As a shrinking pool. I mean James Carville. The other day I saw him kind of freaking out about all these DSA candidates.
01:01:16
Speaker 2: That they're electing in their primaries.
01:01:18
Speaker 13: I think the true believers in the radical left will continue to align with the oppressed, you know, in their critical theory framework the oppressed groups, so they will continue to align with Islam.
01:01:28
Speaker 2: The real question is what.
01:01:30
Speaker 13: Percentage of our population is the K through twelve and college education system producing pharma, civics and and and history and and taught uh you know, uh habits of you know, what is America and what does it stand for? And we have to look at that byproduct and say, are we producing enough to to stay you know, stay afloat or is the radical left continuing to win? And of course you guys have been on the front lines of this battle for for you know, over a decade and and and making more progress and changeinging the minds of the of college age students and anyone in the history of this country, and thank you for that. But so it's a it's an unknown variable on how how long.
01:02:09
Speaker 2: This will stick.
01:02:10
Speaker 13: But if history serves I think it will stay a robust alliance for quite some time. And the problem for the radical left is is that when this has happened in the past, as soon as the power is attained, the Islamists murder the communists.
01:02:23
Speaker 2: And so you know, my my is pink cared.
01:02:27
Speaker 13: You know, progressive leftist friends out there, you know, believe whatever you want to believe, but understand the Muslims, the Muslim movement in this country is not your.
01:02:36
Speaker 3: Ally well, and it's exactly the right way. I mean, what you said earlier is that this is not a suicide pack. The Constitution is not a suicide pack. When we talk about religious freedom in this country, yes, that was a value of the founders, but they were all Christian and what they were talking about was different traditions, different denominations within the Christian tradition, not Islamism, not a foreign conquering ideology that seeks to subvert the will and the value of the people of America. And so what Charlie said in that clip at the very end is the key, at the critical piece. He said, the American way of life is by the way christendom, and we have to stay focused on that. That is the guiding light. If you could go back in time and buy oil before the world relied on it, would you? Of course you would? Anybody would, So why aren't you buying silver right now? The people who recognized oil early didn't just make money, They got ahead of one of the biggest economic shifts in history. And today a similar opportunity is unfolding with silver. Silver is more than a precious metal. It's a critical resource used in solar panels, electric vehicles, defend systems AI infrastructure, in the massive data centers powering that digital world. While demand keeps growing, it's still affordable enough that the average American can start accumune relating it right now. That's why investors are turning to silver to protect against inflation and to own one of the world's most important strategic resources. Don't be the person who looks back in ten years and says I saw it coming, I just didn't act. Visit noble Goold Investments dot com slash kirk and learn how easy it is to own physical silver. That's Noblegold Investments dot com slash kirk own the metal. The future depends on. Got Wade Miller joining us talking about the Red Green Alliance. This is again something Charlie talked about so much, and I think it is critically important to the future, not only Western civilization, but right here at home. This is probably, Wade, I think the number one issue in Texas right now. If you're not talking about this issue, you're basically irrelevant, at least on the Republican side. In the state of Texas. But let's go back to this idea of the fact that the Constitution is not a suicide pact. We have this notion of freedom of religion. In this you'll have a lot of conservatives pair at that talking point. They feel bound by it, they feel hamshrunk by it, like there's no good options when it comes to what do you do with an invading, foreign conquering ideology which is Islam. What are some of the options that people like you that are thinking deeply about this topic, what are they exploring as how to deal with this?
01:05:21
Speaker 13: Sure, so you know, if you treat Islam as a political conquering ideology and not of faith, I think that that starts to untangle it from some of the First Amendment arguments that might be presented. And there's a lot of lawyers on our side who are as we speak, working on how do we actually talk about political Islam and how do we stop its advancement in our country in a way that we can defend it in courts and honestly and in other ways, you know, just shy of constitutional considerations, what are just some existing statutes that cities, municipalities, states can use, You know, how do we stop they called a prayer that you know, is being offensively pushed out on entire populations against their will. You can you know, change noise, you know the noise decibel levels, and you know, there's lots of different things at our disposal, and we're trying to put all of this together, and we're working with a lot of good allies. There's you know, there's people out there like Chip Roy and Brandon Gill that are really doing a lot of good and deep thought on how do we actually stop this because it's so important, it's just so important the future of the country. And you know, one, you know, look at the borders. We've got to stop the influx of millions of people who actively want to destroy the constitution.
01:06:34
Speaker 2: And you can see it again, you can see this in public pulling data.
01:06:36
Speaker 3: Yeah. Wait, so when we talk about immigration, this is something. This is something Blake and I talk a lot about. Okay, so we got the southern border is sealed up. Okay, great, now we have an emerging issue and actually TPOSA Frontlines. We're gonna have them on the show next week. They've just come out with a mini documentary on the Canadian border because there's a lot of people coming through there. Now that's ground zero for a legal immigration. But let's talk about legal immigration. Remember Trump one point zero, the Muslim ban. I would totally support allowing zero immigration from Muslim countries because it's just why are you playing with fire? If it's five percent of them that are bad hombres, that's way too much for any population. I don't believe you can properly vet it. What can you do on the legal front to stop immigration from Muslim countries?
01:07:23
Speaker 13: So number one, you can go back to what they did in Trump Want and expand that. And what they did in Trump Want is they essentially identified every single country in which we can't actually verify the information that's being sent for people. They're either corrupted or in the hands of terrorist organizations. You know, if ISIS controls the ID making Office and of you know, Syria, then we can't actually vet anyone that they're sending to us. And it just so happened that every country that qualified under that was Islamic, so it wasn't necessarily a Islamic ban. But I think you could significantly increase this on those grounds, and then also on other grounds.
01:07:59
Speaker 2: I think that you're right.
01:08:00
Speaker 13: I think that you can expand that to a significantly higher number of countries, not just the seven or so that they did last time. And then on our vetting standards, and I think this is where there's movement within the Trump administration.
01:08:12
Speaker 2: I can't speak for the Trump administration, but I think that they're.
01:08:14
Speaker 13: Actively working on beefing up our vetting standards because currently essentially, and then this is oversimplification, but basically, as long as you're not on some list as a known ISIS combatant and otherwise can demonstrate that you can, you know, support yourself and you can check all the other boxes they'll let you in. That's just not enough. It's not even close to enough. You know, we should be asking what are your views on apoce Se? Do you know, what are your views on the genocide of an entire people in Israel?
01:08:43
Speaker 2: I know what go on and on and on.
01:08:45
Speaker 13: I mean, we can ask them all of these questions and and and there's ways.
01:08:49
Speaker 2: To you know, are they using taquia and getting around this?
01:08:51
Speaker 13: Do double blind ask family members, you know, see if their answers start not adding up. You can do social media hits that we can even look at their email content.
01:08:59
Speaker 2: There's all sorts of.
01:09:00
Speaker 13: Things we can ask to see in order to check the box, and that would severely limit and then but beyond that, you know, I think at the end of the day that if you are a doctrinal believer in Islam, you actually believe what the Quran says. I don't know how you can hold your hand up ever and say that I take an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
01:09:21
Speaker 2: They're just not at loggerheads. It just doesn't work.
01:09:23
Speaker 13: Now, if you're an American born in Missouri and you're raised.
01:09:27
Speaker 2: Christian, you just decide you want to become Muslim.
01:09:29
Speaker 13: Fine, First Amendment, But I don't think we should be importing millions of people who actively.
01:09:35
Speaker 2: Want to destroy our entire way of life.
01:09:37
Speaker 13: And they don't even try to hide it anymore. Like you said about Texas, if you look at some of these moms and what they're saying publicly, they're not even trying to hide it anymore. They're just overtly saying that they're going to conquer Texas. They in fact, they said they don't even care about what the parents think. They're going to control the minds of the children. They say, these.
01:09:54
Speaker 3: Things well, and when you brought up this clip and it's it's something that Blake brings up. All yeah, I don't know, Blake, if you want to say no, no.
01:10:01
Speaker 4: It's just as you say. It's like, we have a lot of delusions about Islam and how it's worked in country after country, and this goes back decades. There's something really remarkable. Let's play it. This is George W. Bush in the wake of nine to eleven Clip thirty three.
01:10:17
Speaker 14: The face of terror is not the true faith of Islam. That's not what Islam is all about. Islam is peace. These terrorists don't represent peace. They represent evil in war.
01:10:39
Speaker 4: It's just it's so frustrating and upsetting to see because I think George W. Bush was the last was the last president America had who had true freedom of action that after nine to eleven he could have come out and he could have basically proposed anything, done anything as a response to that. That's the last time had ninety percent unity on action.
01:11:03
Speaker 3: He could have.
01:11:03
Speaker 4: Said, We're not going to wage war against Islam. But it's clear that it has it is culturally incompatible with us, and that when we let in tons of people from abroad we're letting in people who hate us. We're going to block immigration from all of these Islamics society. He could have done that, he could have totally secured the border and cut off dangerous immigration, and instead he came out and said, we need to become more pro islam, We need to let in more Islamic migrants from other countries. We should invade them over there so we can invite them over here. And now we're seeing the consequences of that here. We're seeing it big time in Europe, which did the same thing. And as you say, Wayed, it's going to be a huge test because we have the first men, we have freedom of religion, and I'm very worried, and Charlie was very worried that that right will not survive having a large majority, a large minority that is not very amenable to a tolerant coexistence with other groups.
01:12:03
Speaker 2: It's one hundred percent right.
01:12:04
Speaker 13: So this is this what you played from Bush is the entire conception that the the conservative movement, not everyone, but you know, the part that was in power then that they just got it wrong. And of course Islam is not a religion of peace. Now I can't speak in absolute as terms, but I can say that doctrinal Islam is highly violent and radicalized to achieve its ends of global domination and jihad.
01:12:26
Speaker 3: Wade Miller, this is excellent stuff. Thank you for coming on. We really appreciate it.
01:12:31
Speaker 2: Thanks for having me on.
