00:00:03 Speaker 1: My name is Charlie Kirk. I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic. My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth. If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful. College is a scam, everybody. You got to stop sending your kids to college. 00:00:27 Speaker 2: You should get married as. 00:00:28 Speaker 1: Young as possible and have as many kids as possible. Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter. Go start a Turning Point USA high school chapter. Go find out how your church can get involved. Sign up and become an activist. I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade. Most important decision I ever made in my life, and I encourage you to do the same. Here I am. 00:00:46 Speaker 2: Lord, use me. Buckle up, everybody. 00:00:49 Speaker 3: Here we go. 00:00:56 Speaker 1: Noble Gold Investments is the official gold sponsor of The Charlie Kirk Show. a company that specializes in gold IRAs and physical delivery of precious metals. Learn how you could protect your wealth with Noble Gold Investments at noblegoldinvestments.com. That is noblegoldinvestments.com. 00:01:17 Speaker 2: All right. Welcome back, everybody. It is October 28th, 2026. We are live from the YRefi Studios in Phoenix, Arizona. Honored to be with you all. Lots to get into today. How we doing, Blake? Oh, we're doing all right. I got out the Vote Early shirt. The Vote Early shirt. That was a Charlie Kirk special. Remember, if you are at least in Arizona. 00:01:40 Speaker 4: At this point, don't mail in your ballot through the post office because it's got to get in by that day. So you can drop it off in person if you filled it out. You can just drop it in the box. Or if you're having a hard time finding it, you can nullify that ballot, get a new ballot printed for you, submit that. 00:01:55 Speaker 2: Just go to voteready.com, voteready.com, anywhere you are. Just plug in your address and it will give you instructions on how to vote, where you can vote. and all the rest, voteready.com. We should get that on the URL on the bottom here because I'm going to be bringing it up a lot here. We just had a ballot drop of about 100,000. We don't have any graphics made because it's breaking hot off the presses. I was just telling Steve Bannon about this at the end of his show. So about 100,000 ballots came in through Maricopa. It is the Monday voters, right? So this was the first day that expanded early in person was available across Maricopa. 100,000 R plus 1.3. R plus 1.3. So not bad. Could have been better, but definitely in the right direction. Okay. R plus 1.3. What that means is we need everybody to get out and vote. We need everybody to get out and vote. Get your friends to vote. Get your everybody. Everybody needs to be on board with this across the country. Arizona is the model that we are building out. We want to scale it everywhere. I want everybody to grab this model. We're banking low propensity voters. We're getting out our low props, high prop voters. Obviously, a lot of those want to come. And that's propensity, high propensity. Make sure I'm using words everybody understands. A lot of those are going to come out on Election Day early in person in the coming days. So everybody needs to get out. This is a base turnout operation, folks. Reminder, 160 million people vote in the general. About 100 million people are expected to vote in the midterm. That means we have more than enough votes out there. If we show up, if we show up, we win. That is as simple as I can put it. So very good progress in Arizona. We are within striking distance. Let's defy the odds. Let's defy the polls. Let's put Andy Biggs. in place as the governor. I always want to say, in the governor's mansion. We don't have one. We don't have one. 00:03:53 Speaker 4: We should probably build one, but it seems like it'd be nice to have. 00:03:57 Speaker 2: So much to get to. A really quick update on the Israel elections here. I know that was a big story out of yesterday. We didn't cover it. Frankly, we had no read on how it was going to go. And essentially, it's resulted in about what we expected. Basically a tie. Because we didn't know where it was going to go. It's basically a tie. It looks like Netanyahu... sort of has won, but he doesn't have enough to form a government. So I wouldn't expect a government to be formed in Israel for another couple of months. 00:04:26 Speaker 4: Candidly, they always negotiated out and he's going to have to get major concessions. 00:04:31 Speaker 2: Exactly. 00:04:31 Speaker 4: They have a very dumb system. It's like pure proportional representation. And so here in the U S you swing five points to the Republicans or five points to the Democrats and a zillion house seats flip there. It's just entirely what percentage you get. So if you guys have a 52-48 election, it's a 52-48 split. 00:04:51 Speaker 2: But in Israel, they have the Arab parties. Well, the Arab parties showed up in big numbers. They did. So that's part of the problem. 00:04:57 Speaker 4: But that's part of it because both sides, if you're in an Israeli-Jewish party, they don't consider it. It's generally not considered acceptable to caucus with the Arab parties, or at least you have to have. be very careful about doing it. But that means 15% of the seats are just sort of not there. So you basically need 60% or so of the Jewish seats to form a government. It's just a giant big mess. Be glad we have a more normal election system in the U.S. because at least you get decisive results one way or the other. 00:05:25 Speaker 2: Yes, exactly. So this is kind of a TBD. We don't know exactly how Netanyahu is going to form a government, but He is slightly ahead, I guess, if you could put it that way. I want to tell you about another major story that The New York Times has brought us this morning. 00:05:45 Speaker 4: New York Times has done great work for us. 00:05:47 Speaker 2: I will tell you, you know, when they get it right, they get it right. Obviously, they have more resources, more reporters than anybody else. And so this is just coming out from The New York Times. And I think it is illustrative of just how savage the left is inside Democrats secret effort to stack Alaska's midterm ballot with another Dan Sullivan. This is one of the nuts, nutso, most craziest, insane stories that I have ever read. And this is how it started. In the summer of 2025, a staffer for Mary Pitola, who is the Democrat running for Senate in Alaska, was eyeing a run for Senate, received an unusual instructions from top campaign aides. Find as many people named Dan Sullivan in Alaska as you can. The staff are complied, combing through voter records to produce a list of Dan Sullivans from across the state. Now, for those of you who are unaware, Dan Sullivan is the Republican senator from Alaska. So they were looking for other Dan Sullivans, which we know has arrived on this ballot. There are two Dan Sullivans on the ballot. 00:06:56 Speaker 4: There are two Dan Sullivans on the ballot. They're entirely there just to mess it up, just to get a few people who might be older have a hard time reading not follow things get confused get them to vote for the wrong dan sullivan this guy is 100 a radical anti-trumper democrat they've lied about this repeatedly this is what stands out in the article that they lied about this endlessly the peltola campaign has repeatedly denied any involvement in the other dan sullivan's candidacy but the times has found based on interviews and text messages along with documents prepared for a potential lawsuit that not only did Ms. Paltola's team work with the people trying to recruit Mr. Sullivan to run for Senate, but the effort was much broader. They worked to coax other would-be spoilers into the race to dilute the incumbent's support and catapult the Democrat to victory. And this is fairly important because there have been legal challenges to this candidacy arguing that, This guy is not a good faith candidate. He's only there to confuse the process and essentially deprive people of their civil rights by messing up their votes. And they denied this repeatedly, and that was why these challenges failed. They said, you can argue that it looks like that, but you don't have proof. 00:08:07 Speaker 2: The Times. 00:08:09 Speaker 4: has the proof in spades they got a former employee on this campaign to come forward and say yeah this was centrally planned by our campaign they made plans to fund it they made all the plans to find the potential people they approached them and asked them to run they got legal support for them financial support they asked donors hey instead of giving all your money to us can you fund dilute divert your money to these people to get these spoiler efforts going and It's absolutely flagrant what they were doing. 00:08:38 Speaker 2: This is one of the most cynical stories that you will hear in all of politics. It's creative. It's cunning. But cynical as hell. So I want to focus in on what Blake just said. The Patola campaign denied having anything to do with this. They denied it straight to the voters' face. They lied like a bunch of cheats. And then it turns out They had everything to do with it. It was centrally planned. They did this. They recruited Dan Sullivan, who is, by the way, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along the Alaskan Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea. And voila, magically, he announced his candidacy for Senate. His name was Dan J. Sullivan. Imagine that. What else will they lie to you about? so i i what we the other story that came out i mean please tell your friends about just how cynical the disgusting lies just lying to their face out of alaska the peltola campaign i mean this if this doesn't get you out to vote for dan sullivan and secure that senate seat i don't know what will because that i mean what else will she lie. 00:09:54 Speaker 4: To you i know the vast majority of the people listening to this don't have the right to vote in alaska on the other hand this could be the race that decides it this is an incumbent republican yeah it's very possible he's expected to lose and very very possible you get to 49 50 by the end of the night and we're all looking at alaska okay so you get If you have friends and family in Alaska, tell them this. 00:10:16 Speaker 2: Send them the New York Times article. 00:10:17 Speaker 4: Share that article because this is a Republican state, voted Trump by a mile. But the fact they're considering voting for a Democrat means you're taking people who think, oh, there must be moderates. We can give them a shot. This campaign, this woman, she lied to you repeatedly through her teeth. They said, no involvement in this. Okay, if you want to go wink, wink, nudge, nudge, we knew our friends were doing it, but we're not admitting to it. 00:10:40 Speaker 2: No. 00:10:40 Speaker 5: No. 00:10:40 Speaker 4: They centrally planned this, centrally organized it, sent text messages to each other, getting updates, lined up the money for it, and then they lied aggressively about it, and probably did threats behind the scenes. The New York Times article also says they got a former staffer to divulge all of this, show them all of the text, and then she later tries to walk it back and say, I retract everything, and the Times has in the article where they say, We don't allow people to retract in that way, so we told her we're running this anyway. So what was going on behind the scenes there? It's very nasty, very thuggish. And look, we know some dirty tricks happen in all campaigns. Republicans fight to have Green Party on the ballot. Democrats fight to have Libertarians on the ballot. There's a degree of normal stuff that you do to. 00:11:25 Speaker 2: It's called ballot stacking. Ballot stacking. But to. 00:11:29 Speaker 4: aggressively go and just try to confuse voters, get someone of the same name, lie about it repeatedly, lie about how you went about it, I think it really stands out as low behavior. And they say repeatedly that this is probably legal, but I feel like with the evidence they have, it shouldn't be. They very plausibly argued in court and told lies in court about how this came about. 00:11:51 Speaker 2: They should look at that. The other big breaking news this morning, turn our attention to Flavio Bolsonaro in Brazil. He has arrived on U.S. soil. His plane landed safely in Miami. This was, of course, orchestrated, at least in part, by Secretary Rubio and the State Department. President Trump is on record saying he would allow it, he would bless this. And it's crazy that we're even at this point where a man who's beloved by was leading in all the polls, all these shenanigans, these statistical improbabilities, and Lula immediately turns around and sticks his attack dogs on these guys, tries to seize his passport. He has to evacuate, flee his country because they were going to throw him in prison. This is our hemisphere, okay? It's one thing when we start talking about sand and death in the Middle East, and yeah, you're going to lose me on a lot of that, okay? I'm sick of fighting in the Middle East. But the Western Hemisphere, this is our playground. This is our sandbox. And this kind of crap should not be happening in the Western Hemisphere. We should not stand by idly and allow Brazil to act like a thuggish third world kleptocracy. It's a dictatorship is what it is now. And they have weaponized the judicial system. But good for good for his family. OK, good for him and his family that they got out. Flavio Bolsonaro His passport was canceled. He was forced to flee by Lula. Alexandre de Mores, the insane attack dog of Lula, who is this judge that has completely weaponized the law. Judicial dictatorship. 00:13:40 Speaker 4: It's absolute lunacy what they have there. Did you see exactly how he got out, by the way? It's pretty funny because, yeah. 00:13:46 Speaker 2: Tell the audience. Yeah. 00:13:47 Speaker 4: So the way they confiscated one of his passports or canceled it, and then they apparently put out this fake story that he'd already escaped to the country so that they would start to be freaking out. 00:13:57 Speaker 2: Meanwhile, they just go to a. 00:13:59 Speaker 4: Normal Argentine land border gate, and they show him, I guess he has a second passport, and just presented their documents, and Argentina says, okay, and they just legally let them all in. 00:14:09 Speaker 2: Thank goodness for Argentina. Javier Millet came up big in that. So, you know, listen. 00:14:16 Speaker 4: We don't want foreign distractions going right into midterms, but at the same time... This is standing up for what's right. And one of the biggest wins we have in this administration is there have been very ugly, very authoritarian left-wing regimes all across Latin America that have wrecked their countries, wrecked people's lives. 00:14:32 Speaker 2: And there's been a big. 00:14:33 Speaker 4: One of the most inspiring stories of the past five years is the reaction against that, that from... El Salvador Bukele showed we don't need to live this way. All these other governments are imitating him. They're getting massively popular as a result. They are rejecting the left in Chile, in Argentina, in Peru, in Ecuador, in Venezuela, it looks like. And Brazil should have the chance to do the same. And they just have this very ugly, thuggish regime. I'm worried Brazil is headed in the direction of Brazil, Andrew. 00:15:01 Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. We have to warn about the Brazilification of America with our demographics and the third worlding of our Democrat Party. And now it's time for them to face consequences, okay? They do deserve to face the full force of American diplomatic and economic sanctions, okay? Until they stop acting like a banana republic. And by the way, I think this election should be annulled. I don't think anybody of good standing within the Western world should be acknowledging this election, all right? So here's the deal. The Trump administration earlier lifted the Magnitsky Act sanctions on DeMorris, that runaway judge, this tyrant judge, and his wife and his holding company last December. They should immediately reimpose those sanctions. All right. Visa bans should be imposed on every government official who has touched the Bolsonaro investigations and their families, too. You mess with Bolsonaro. You act like a banana republic. You're not allowed in America. Visa bans. And then we need to impose tariffs. We need to impose tariffs, double, quadruple them on Brazil in the ways that hurt the Lula regime the most. They should fear acting like this. Lula should fear acting like this. And by the way, if he tries to cozy up with China and the CCP or Russia, make that hurt too. So I don't know what's going to happen next, but I have a feeling that Secretary Marco Rubio is looking at all the options. And he is reporting to President Trump. And they are saying, Flavio is safely back at home in Miami or safely in Miami, not at home. Step two, make it hurt. And I hope that they do consider this. This is our hemisphere, baby. You don't mess with it. You don't mess with it. You don't turn into a tin pot dictatorship by rigging your polls and your elections. All right, without further ado, we have a really fun segment a couple segments here for the rest of this hour tim miller host of the bulwark podcast and author of why we did it uh tim welcome to the show it's good to have you hey. 00:18:14 Speaker 6: Hey andrew thanks for hosting me man and um everybody here i just as you said we're going to disagree a lot so i just do want to say at the top like you said i went to amfest every year for i don't know like four years and you guys always really welcomed me and Charlie was always nice. I never got to debate him. I think you were blocking that. We kind of wanted to do that. So I wish I would have had the chance to do that. But, I mean, I was just horrified last year. And I was then doubly horrified by people that spread conspiracy theories about it or that cheered it on. And I find any of that despicable. And I'm grateful that you guys are having me on because that's what it's about. Like, we can have open debate. We can disagree. I disagree with Charlie a lot. We're going to disagree a lot. But, you know, that's one place of agreement. 00:18:57 Speaker 2: Yeah, no, for sure. And I know that about you, Tim. And you were very kind in the aftermath. And I knew it was heartfelt. And I knew you meant it. And from there, you know, we're all humans. We can disagree. You have some of the worst ideas and takes I've ever seen. Like on the entire Internet, I'm always just like, usually I text you behind the scenes. You're like, what are you talking about? Like what on earth? Where are you getting this stuff from? So why don't you just introduce yourself really quickly, briefly. You used to be a Republican. You used to work in Republican politics. You were a consultant. You wrote a whole memoir, kind of mea culpa. I was contributing to some toxicity in the country. So explain your path here. 00:19:41 Speaker 6: Yeah. Look, I came up in Republican politics as a communications guy, a press secretary. I worked traditionally for the more moderate candidates. you know, so we didn't have a lot of W's. I worked for John McCain in 08, Romney in 12 on the RNC side, and then Jeb, exclamation point, in 16, with some winning races in the middle of that, you know, in the midterm years. But look, I always saw myself as kind of a moderate, squishy Republican. When Trump came down the escalator, I think as a political matter, I obviously misjudged his strength, but I think that I accurately judged his character, and I didn't like what he was arguing for the country. I don't like what his view of America is. I think he has a very dark view of America that's fundamentally at odds to what Reagan argued for, the fact that we were a shining city on a hill and that this was a welcoming country. And so I flipped. And I think that my critiques of the Trump party have borne themselves out. We can hash that out if you want. And I went through a period in the wilderness, and now I have a daily podcast. We're competitors. I think I'm beating you in the charts right now. 00:20:49 Speaker 2: I think you are. I think you are. You're doing great. Honestly, your show blew. The most surprising development of your career is how successful your podcast has been. I will concede that point. Blake Haddon. 00:21:00 Speaker 4: Well, I guess you're saying you believe your critiques have been borne out. And I think, sorry, I'm going to get very combative here. We're six days out from midterm. I think you ran representing, for example, Jeb Bush. I was just looking up how Jeb Bush reacted to Donald Trump's rhetoric on immigration, on securing the border. And what Jeb Bush said is that Donald Trump's plan was unrealistic. We are here 10 years later and we actually have a secured border here. which was never secured under Jeb's brother. It was never secured under Obama. It was willfully open to an incredibly malignant degree under Joe Biden. We now have a secure border. How does that represent a bad trajectory for the GOP, that we actually have people who are illegal visa overstays being arrested and deported from the country like a lot of people, including Jeb Bush, promised to do? It is now actually happening. And I just feel like we've seen that a lot with Donald Trump, and you may dislike his rhetoric a lot. We dislike his rhetoric a lot sometimes, like the Rob Reiner posts. But it strikes me that we talked about this a couple weeks ago. This is an administration that more than any other we have seen actually seems hyper-focused on delivering promises that were fake promises from the GOP for a very long time. 00:22:16 Speaker 6: Well, I disagree with a lot more about Trump than his rhetoric. I disagree with his actions, so I guess we'll just start right there. I just want to put the border to the side. I'm going to come back to it. I think there are a bunch of other issues where he's betrayed you guys, and he's betrayed his promises in the base, so I don't agree with that. I mean, he's He started a war of choice that is making us less prepared in the world from a military perspective. It is costing us a lot of money. It has cost us lives. And it's making things more expensive for people at home. So he's betrayed his promise when it comes to lowering costs to people. He's betrayed his promise about not getting us into dumb wars in the Middle East. And he's also really betrayed his promise to an unimaginable degree about draining the swamp. He's running the most corrupt presidency that we've had in American history by a wide margin. So we can discuss any of those things if you want. On the immigration side of things, look, he has secured the border. And I acknowledge that. And I think that that is probably the one thing from this administration that he could point to as a success. But unfortunately, it's come with some extremely anti-American actions that I think speak to what Jeb's critique was, that it is unrealistic to do what he said to do unless you want to act in a way that is contrary to the rule of law and the way that we do things in this country. I mean, he has masked agents in the street shooting people down. We don't even get to see the agents. 00:23:33 Speaker 2: Of the state or know their name. That's not true. 00:23:37 Speaker 6: We have masked agents in our streets like it's East Germany right now. We can't even see the face of the ICE agents. We don't get to know who they are. 00:23:43 Speaker 2: Well, hold on. There is a whole doxing campaign on the radical left to target The ICE agents and their families. 00:23:49 Speaker 6: But I've been doxxed. You've been doxxed. We're here showing our faces. I'm sorry. If you work for the. 00:23:53 Speaker 2: Government, if I pay you. I'm also not knocking on doors of illegal aliens or trying to. 00:23:59 Speaker 6: We pay them. 00:24:00 Speaker 2: That's your response? 00:24:01 Speaker 6: If they're paid for by me, if they're paid for by me, if the government, if government agents are paid for by me, I get to know what they're doing. And that's why I get to FOIA their information. Another thing that this administration is hiding, I get to know what their business dealings are. Like, yes, their government, their public servants. 00:24:14 Speaker 4: So should we pay for the witness protection program? Should we abolish that? No more witness protection program? 00:24:18 Speaker 5: Well, no. 00:24:19 Speaker 6: I mean, look, obviously that there are exceptions. That's different than having a whole campaign where people don't show their faces. No ICE agents are showing their faces. I think that's bad. I also think that we are detaining not just piece of overstayers. We have people in a detention center right now that were legal green card holders. We stripped their visa. There's a young man in Dilley Detention Center right now in Texas. His grandma was, I guess, one of the Iranian hostage takers. He was here legally. He did everything right. He was a green card holder. Rubio stripped his green card, and he's been in there for 200 days. We are detaining people indefinitely without due process in this country. So I think the way that they've handled the interior enforcement of immigration is has been abhorrent and against the American tradition. 00:25:03 Speaker 4: And I think that you could have secured the border without doing that. Was it against American tradition for us to have a de facto open border, for us to accept obvious lies from people seeking asylum? Was it part of the American tradition to just essentially ignore. 00:25:20 Speaker 2: A huge number of our laws? 00:25:21 Speaker 4: Isn't it ignoring America's laws to have sanctuary cities and just to willy-nilly basically say, You're allowed to break the law to come here? I feel like that is a far greater violation of our traditions. 00:25:34 Speaker 6: Well, I don't know. I think the agents of the state murdering American citizens in the streets is a bigger affront, and taking green card holders and shackling them and putting them into prisons. 00:25:41 Speaker 5: Hold on. 00:25:41 Speaker 2: Are you talking about Alex Preddy and Rene Good? Is that what you're referring to? Okay. 00:25:45 Speaker 6: Yes. 00:25:45 Speaker 2: I mean, in both of those instances, I mean, listen, here's what's going to happen. We quibble about did the agents perform their duties exactly right, but in both of those instances— There was obstructionism happening, willful obstructionism. They were trained. They were part of an activist network. 00:26:00 Speaker 6: I'm not quibbling. 00:26:01 Speaker 2: So my point here is that if you– listen, I don't want anybody to die. I don't want anybody to die. And if you don't want to put your lives on the line and go obstruct law enforcement when they're carrying out lawful actions to do exactly what we voted for, which is to get illegals out of this country, then you're putting your life on the line when you do that. 00:26:24 Speaker 5: Yeah. 00:26:24 Speaker 2: You're putting your life on the line. And by the way, all of the air cover that the media gives these people is part of the problem because you're encouraging the you're calling them a Gestapo. You're calling them Nazis. You're calling them all these. You're dehumanizing them. And guess what happens? A bunch of crazy people go and try and put their bodies on the line or ram them with their cars and bad things are going to happen. So putting that all on ice, putting that all on. Federal law enforcement? 00:26:48 Speaker 4: Nobody wanted Renee Good to die more than the left. I think that's very obvious. 00:26:52 Speaker 6: That is insane. That's an insane thing to say. 00:26:54 Speaker 4: No, that is not an insane thing to say. 00:26:55 Speaker 6: That's an insane thing to say. 00:26:56 Speaker 2: They directly encourage these people with their de-arrest tactics. That's really offensive, actually. 00:26:59 Speaker 4: They want them to get right in the face of police. Because they know that will create the friction that can cause a scandal where there's going to. 00:27:07 Speaker 2: Be a mistaken shooting, a mistaken... Someone tries to get. 00:27:10 Speaker 6: It's like people are rooting for that. 00:27:12 Speaker 2: It's horrible. 100% they are. 00:27:13 Speaker 4: They 100% are and they were enthusiastic when it happened. Just like they're enthusiastic. That is 100% the case. 00:27:20 Speaker 6: I think you're projecting a lot of evil things into people's brains that aren't true. 00:27:23 Speaker 2: Projecting? 00:27:24 Speaker 4: You think I want them to get shot? I don't want people to get shot. I don't want people to get shot by illegals who led them to this country. 00:27:30 Speaker 6: You guys seem perfectly fine with the fact that they got shot. 00:27:32 Speaker 2: What? 00:27:33 Speaker 6: You seem perfectly fine with the fact that they got murdered. 00:27:35 Speaker 4: I am not fine with the fact that they got shot. But what I am saying is that they are inevitably causing such things. They are inevitably going to cause such things. When you encourage people not to protest ICE, you want to protest ICE, that's fine. 00:27:49 Speaker 2: What they do is they actively get... In the face of. 00:27:53 Speaker 6: ICE, they actively follow and. 00:27:54 Speaker 4: Harass ICE agents. They actively try to block the road for ICE agents. They are trying to hinder law enforcement efforts. And when you hinder law enforcement efforts, when they are trying to enforce the law, you are injecting unnecessary friction. Police, they are scared. They're worried that people will pull guns on them, worried that they'll use violence on them, which is how other ICE shootings have happened. And they fear these things. That creates friction where somebody can die. I don't want people to die. And the best way to not die is to not interrupt and harass and bother police doing their job. 00:28:27 Speaker 5: Okay. 00:28:28 Speaker 6: I mean, Alex, I just, we're not going to agree on this. Alex Freddie was on the ground and he was shot in the back of the head by a person in a mask. So that's just what happened. 00:28:35 Speaker 4: So you think that officer just said, I want to execute this guy and domed him? 00:28:38 Speaker 6: I don't know what was in his head. I'm just telling you what's happened. I don't know what was in his head. 00:28:42 Speaker 2: So, Tim, how about this? Will you acknowledge that there are actual activist networks that train people how to obstruct ICE? That there are these... These stalker groups that go out and they locate ICE trucks or vehicles in their community. They stalk them. There's been rammings. There has been, like I said, doxing. So these people are under threat. To Blake's point, they are feeling very under threat. 00:29:07 Speaker 6: Man, the people that are under threat, I'm sorry. We took legal asylee holders based on their tattoos and we sent them to a foreign gulag. With no due process for unlimited detention. That is what we did. We took a gay hairdresser, a guy that was a volunteer in an autism awareness fundraiser because they were here fleeing communism. They came to the land of milk and honey. And we went and we had masked guys go into their homes, take them, shackle them, send them to a foreign prison with no due process for unlimited detention. Those people were at threat. And if there were people in the community that wanted to go out there and try to protect them from that threat. I'm okay with it. That's where we are. We're going to agree on what's happening at the border. We totally disagree on what is happening with interior detention. 00:29:52 Speaker 2: Here's the problem, though. When you let in– whatever the number is. 00:29:56 Speaker 6: Were you okay with sending people to a foreign prison based on their tattoos without due process? 00:30:00 Speaker 2: I don't know that story, so I can't even confirm. 00:30:02 Speaker 6: You don't know the– I'm sorry. Do you guys not read the news? You know, Sikant, we had an El Salvador foreign prison. There's a 60 Minutes story about it. I don't want to send my. 00:30:09 Speaker 2: People back to their home countries. 00:30:11 Speaker 6: No, we're sending them to El Salvador to a foreign gulag based on nothing. 00:30:15 Speaker 4: The biggest obstacle to us sending people back to their home countries is that their home countries get in the way of it happening. 00:30:20 Speaker 2: And you know what? If their home countries are not going. 00:30:23 Speaker 6: To accept back their own citizens... You're okay with us targeting people based on their tattoos and sending them to foreign prisons. 00:30:30 Speaker 2: Targeting based on their tattoos? What are the tattoos? Are they MS-13 tattoos? 00:30:34 Speaker 6: No, they weren't. Guys, watch the 60 Minutes report. Watch the news. This was a massive news story. 00:30:39 Speaker 2: I'm sorry you guys don't know. 00:30:40 Speaker 4: The one that missed that the guy claimed to be gay while having a wife and kids? That 60 Minutes report? 00:30:44 Speaker 2: No, no, no, no. We're talking about the hairdresser. You were making fun of that on X. I just checked. 00:30:48 Speaker 4: You were saying they're calling 60 Minutes fake and gay, which apparently his literal report says he claims he's gay. That's why he got asylum here. 00:30:56 Speaker 6: I thought it was weird the government tweeted out calling somebody fake and gay. I thought that's a weird thing for the government to do. 00:31:02 Speaker 4: Okay, well, I think it's weird for our government to give asylum to people who claim they're gay and have heterosexual families. I think that's weird. I think that's a lot more offensive to me than them using the word gay in a tweet. 00:31:14 Speaker 6: I think it's telling that you just really want to spend the time focused on this and you ignored all of the other failings of the Trump administration that I started with. 00:31:22 Speaker 4: Well, I asked about the border and then you answered with other stuff. 00:31:26 Speaker 2: I asked about the border. 00:31:28 Speaker 6: But we've now been here 15 minutes. Why don't we talk about the Iran war that he started, his war of choice, and that has caused massive damage to our standing in the world and increased costs for people at home. 00:31:37 Speaker 2: Why don't we talk about the corruption, the fact that his kids. 00:31:40 Speaker 6: Are getting hundreds of millions of dollars, like making the types of money that Hunter Biden could only dream of from Kazakhstan and from the UAE and from crypto coins. There's a bunch of other issues we. 00:31:52 Speaker 2: Could be talking about. Let's just wrap up. this this topic because i do think it's important i think ultimately when you let in millions of people through the border that are illegals that shouldn't be here mass chaos all of this fixing that problem is very challenging and my problem with the left is that they tend to pick these story here or story here we're dealing with hundreds of thousands of these okay You're not going to get everything precisely right and demanding 100 percent perfect, you know, pure as the driven snow. 00:32:30 Speaker 6: I'm just demanding not summary execution. 00:32:32 Speaker 2: This is messy business getting people out of your country. But the problem started because ultimately the left wants open borders. They don't believe in sovereignty. And that is that is my larger issue here. So I think, listen, I don't. We can move on if you want, but that is ultimately the dynamic here. We're fixing a problem that was started that was so massive and so, I think, diabolical and really damaging to the country. Listen, it's going in the right direction. I think the people on our side are very happy with it. All right, so you want to go to the next topic. The floor is yours. Which one of your topics? 00:33:07 Speaker 6: I guess we went through the list of Donald Trump betrayals, and I think that he basically ran, you know, we can agree that the border was one of the things, but the other main issues that he was running on were making things more affordable for Americans, not getting us into stupid wars, not having, you know, folks in the water, so to speak. 00:33:24 Speaker 2: All right, let's talk about affordability then. 00:33:26 Speaker 6: And draining the swamp. 00:33:27 Speaker 2: Let's talk about all of that has. 00:33:28 Speaker 6: Been a disaster. So that has been just an utter disaster. 00:33:31 Speaker 2: You realize that under Joe Biden, you realize under Joe Biden that the the per capita earning went down three thousand dollars per family. Three thousand dollars and had thing. And under the Trump, it went up and it went up another like nine hundred. before the Iran war started, granted it. But that is, wages rising faster than inflation is the way you fix affordability. 00:33:53 Speaker 6: Yeah, the economy was getting better at the end of the Joe Biden administration and it was getting better at the beginning of the Trump administration. 00:33:58 Speaker 2: So all I hear about solutions from the left is, oh, we're going to make things more affordable. Trump has made it not affordable. What are their ideas to actually make things affordable? 00:34:07 Speaker 6: Well, the main idea is stopping all the stupid stuff he did. Because if Donald Trump had done nothing except for golfed and built the ballroom, when he got in there, and just hung out and tweeted, the interest rates would be way lower, costs would be lower for everybody, and the economy would be doing better. He had two massive self-inflicted wounds by creating an insane top-down run tariff regime based on his personal whims, and then starting a war of choice in Iran that nobody wanted, that has no end in sight. The result of those two decisions has been Massive increase in interest rates, massive increase in gas prices, massive increase in food prices for Americans. So the first thing we could do is repeal the stupid tariffs and block his ability to do tariffs at whim because the Congress should be in charge of taxation, as the Constitution says. And then we should stop the war in Iran. And unfortunately, we'll end up in a worse situation than we were before he started it. But at this point, they've made a horrible bed, and the only thing to do is to try to get a deal that would help open up the two straits, both in Hormuz and Balabab. The Democrats could do nothing else except those two things, and that would be a huge help to affordability. I think there are other things they could do as well. 00:35:22 Speaker 4: You said he ran on this promise of no wars. We actually looked at trump's list of 20 promises that he ran on in 2020 and actually no wars is not one of them he does say he's going to restore peace in the middle east and in uh europe and we were frank we were grading each promise and we said this was not a kept promise yet nonetheless no new wars is not a promise. 00:35:45 Speaker 6: That's a major miss what i would add. 00:35:48 Speaker 4: What i would add is we looked at all of the other promises and i think If you were to compare them to a list of Joe Biden promises or George W. Bush promises or, frankly, even Trump promises in his first term, I think, again, this is an aggressive promise-keeping administration. Another one that I think a lot of people are very happy about, he made a promise no other prior Republican would make or at least not keep if they made it, which is we're going to roll back DEI, CRT. We're going to stop discriminating against Americans. based on their skin color. You were complaining that it was discriminatory. We're arresting people based on tattoos, but it was the norm for decades in this country for us to allow Andrew's children, any children I would have, my sisters who have children, that they can be discriminated against based on their skin color. And I just think You're mad about Donald Trump on the swamp? 00:36:40 Speaker 6: The whole idea of all of this was that it would accrue to the benefit of the American people and that Americans' lives would be better. Americans' lives are worse because interest rates are skyrocketing, gas and oil prices are up. And meanwhile, him and his family is getting richer and richer. And he started a stupid war that's going to have massive consequences for decades to come. 00:36:58 Speaker 2: My life is better. 00:36:59 Speaker 4: Because the government doesn't say I'm a second-class citizen based on my skin color. I think that matters a lot for my way of life. I think that matters a great deal. And I think you're being hugely dismissive. of something that tens of millions of people were victimized by. 00:37:14 Speaker 6: There's not a bunch of white guys that are doing better now than they were before. They're doing worse. Manufacturing jobs are down. Costs are up. You guys haven't grappled with the fact that this whole idea was that Trump was going to be an attack on the deep state, an attack on the socialist left that's making everybody's lives worse. And the reality is he's running as a kind of tin pot socialist dictator who with a state-run economy where he gets to bully companies and help out his friends and help out the oligarchs. He has the aesthetics of a socialist. We have like dear leader pictures all over Washington, D.C. He's now bribing voters like he's a socialist. Like he's running as like a right-wing nationalist socialist and nobody's lives are better. Everybody's costs are more. You guys don't have a clear message for how to fix that, how to make things better for people. 00:38:08 Speaker 4: He has the aesthetics of a socialist, you're complaining. You're in support of the side that has actual socialists who will do socialism, who will do rent control. Let's destroy Tesla because it's bad. 00:38:21 Speaker 6: You guys are doing socialism right now. This is the most socialist administration we've had since FDR. Donald Trump has a state-run economy. He's taking stakes in businesses. He's controlling the means of production in Venezuela and stealing their resources and bringing it to us. He's offering voters a $ 5, 000 bribe. He's friends with all the socialist dictators all over the world. The only part of socialism that Donald Trump doesn't like is socialist health care so people can have access to free health care. That's the only part of socialism that Donald Trump doesn't like. He's doing everything else, but he's running a right-wing, soft authoritarian... nationalist socialist administration that's making people's lives worse like that's. 00:39:00 Speaker 2: What this administration is let's let me uh let me address some of the things you talked about with the wars because that's where this started so the ukraine war actually people now know this is the price of diesel for example that is a direct result of what's happening in ukraine right because ukraine's going up now they're droning the russian refineries yeah that had a. 00:39:19 Speaker 6: Huge impact started going up right when we started the iran war the diesel. 00:39:23 Speaker 2: Which party likes to shut down refineries. 00:39:27 Speaker 6: Well, look, here's the thing, Andrew, That would have been a really compelling argument if Trump had done what he had promised, like you guys said, and came in and said, hey, what we're going to do is liquid gold. We're going to do more production here, and we're not going to get involved in the world of oil. But instead, he created an energy shock. 00:39:44 Speaker 2: Answer that question. Who wants to shut down refineries. 00:39:46 Speaker 6: In the U.S.? I mean, I think there's some Democrats in some states that do, other Democrats that don't. It's a mix in the Democratic Party. But what we've seen now is from the last two Republican administrations is they've created oil shocks, global oil shocks that have increased everybody's gas. 00:40:01 Speaker 4: So it's like, great, build refineries, but who cares? You can't even give me an honest answer of Democrats want to shut down refineries? 00:40:06 Speaker 6: Well, not all Democrats do. 00:40:08 Speaker 4: What states ban fracking? What states actually wage. 00:40:10 Speaker 2: War on fossil fuels? 00:40:13 Speaker 6: It's a mix. I mean, the Democrats have a lot of pro- It's really rich for the party that has been anti- Just in the Senate candidates, James Tallarico, Mary Peltola, Roy Cooper. These are the Senate candidates. None of them are trying to shut down refineries. They all want to. 00:40:26 Speaker 2: But hold on. 00:40:27 Speaker 4: You know that's crap because we've, like, do you think any Democrat is going to derail a Democratic administration if they attack fossil fuels? 00:40:36 Speaker 6: During the Biden administration, we were producing more oil and natural gas than we ever had in the history of the country. Like, what are you guys talking about? Gas prices were coming down. Like, gas prices were going to be as low as they'd been when we did the handoff to Donald Trump in ages because we were producing oil and natural gas here. And then Donald Trump created a stupid war of choice and started an energy spike. 00:40:57 Speaker 4: Didn't Joe Biden deliberately drain the Strategic Petroleum Reserve so he could get, like, a 10-second... mitigation of gas prices going into the midterms. 00:41:04 Speaker 2: But on top of. 00:41:06 Speaker 4: That, I recall in 2020, Trump wanted to fill the Strategic Petroleum Reserve while oil was free due to a freak historical circumstance. Oil was literally basically zero dollars due to the shock of COVID. And it was blocked by Democrats because they didn't want a bailout of big oil. 00:41:24 Speaker 6: Congrats, man. Trump did something smart in 2020. Go to the gas station. 00:41:29 Speaker 2: I'm not nitpicking. You're going to endlessly nitpick something Trump did. Go to the gas station. I'm not nitpicking. They're actually above pre-war levels. Those ships are going to take a little while to get into port and then get refined. The issue is that. 00:41:42 Speaker 6: The Democrat Party– The insurance on those ships is going to be massive forever. Guys, this is an epic. 00:41:46 Speaker 4: He started– We don't even need to fuss over Iran. This is a bigger question. I 100 percent can see oil prices went up. Oil prices went up. Gas prices went up because of the Iran war. I didn't like the Iran war. I don't like the Iran war. 00:41:59 Speaker 6: It's still going on. He's going to escalate it after the midterms. 00:42:01 Speaker 4: A shock created by a conflict– and the systematic hatred of fossil fuels and of oil as an industry, as a hydrocarbon that exists on the left. 00:42:14 Speaker 2: It's not just a shock. 00:42:15 Speaker 4: I just find it jarring you won't acknowledge that. 00:42:18 Speaker 6: It's not just a shock that lasted two weeks and then it went back down. It's been going on all year now. He says it's going to escalate the war after the midterms. regular people are like really suffering right now by the price. It wasn't just some random energy shock that happened. He made a stupid decision and now he's doubling down on it and tripling down on it. 00:42:36 Speaker 2: The left has waged a systematic war against fossil fuels. So to hear them say that they're going to be the ones to fix the oil problem or the energy prices problem is just ridiculous. And we both know that. They want wind farms. They want solar fields. They want everything sustainable. 00:42:51 Speaker 6: They don't want either. 00:42:52 Speaker 2: By the way, the Trump administration has done a great job of Permitting, easing up on permitting requests, opening up new energy sources. The two parties are light years apart on this issue. 00:43:03 Speaker 6: Yeah, they are, because the Republican Party is the only one that has twice caused massive energy shocks that has created a huge problem for people. This happens every time. 00:43:11 Speaker 2: The Republicans get in charge. Right. Which is actually why people feel the affordability issue. 00:43:17 Speaker 6: I mean, and now the inflation is going back up and interest rates are now. But we haven't even talked about it. I get to sound like a Republican. We talk about interest rates. We haven't even talked about interest rates anymore. They're back at the highest they've been in decades because in addition to all the stuff we've been talking about, the other socialist thing Donald Trump likes to do is run up massive deficits. Like we're running the biggest deficit we've run in forever. Interest rates are high because we have not controlled our government spending. And we also have huge risks that he's instituted that he's added to the economic system because. 00:43:45 Speaker 2: We have record revenues. And yeah, we need to cut. I'm a huge balanced budget hawk. I am. So getting any of those done in Washington, you think the Democrats are going to let us balance budget or do you think they want to Medicare for all, which is going to cost 70 trillion dollars over the next 10 years? Come on. 00:44:00 Speaker 6: I think that there's probably a way to do health care that lowers. 00:44:02 Speaker 2: The cost of health care. 00:44:03 Speaker 4: If Donald Trump had cut– if he had actually cut anything to balance the budget, I think you'd be attacking him over it on this show. 00:44:08 Speaker 2: As a matter of fact, you are. The health care cuts of those– the COVID subsidies that were supposed to expire. Well, they cut that. Listen, I was just on a show. They were attacking him for that. 00:44:20 Speaker 6: Well, if he did stupid cuts, like for example– Why is that stupid? 00:44:23 Speaker 2: Those were COVID cuts. that were supposed to expire. They let them expire, and now it's an attack line from the left. 00:44:30 Speaker 6: Well, I mean, that's another betrayal of regulation that mostly hurt MAGA voters. But I was talking about the Doge cuts. The Doge program was honestly one of the stupidest things I've ever seen in my life. So you ended up cutting massive parts of the government, some people that maybe probably should have been fired, other people that were doing very important things, research, things that are services for Americans. And he did it in such a haphazard way that we end up actually spending more because a lot of those people are still getting paid. They sued the government because they did it in a legal manner. 00:45:02 Speaker 2: Well, listen, we have the lowest federal employment we've had since 1966. Yeah, we're still paying– Okay, eventually we'll stop because they're not employees anymore. You have to do something, right? So what is the option just to leave the permanent bureaucracy permanently there? 00:45:16 Speaker 6: It's the same answer. 00:45:19 Speaker 4: We got on immigration, which is I feel like we favor doing nothing because the act of doing something carries with the burden that someone might mess something up. 00:45:28 Speaker 2: Yeah, did we fire some people incorrectly? Yeah, okay. 00:45:30 Speaker 4: Guess what I think is a bigger mistake? Never firing anybody ever. And I feel like that is what you prefer to have because you would rather. 00:45:38 Speaker 2: No, no, that's right. 00:45:39 Speaker 6: No, here's something. 00:45:39 Speaker 2: You've pegged me on it. 00:45:40 Speaker 6: We can have another agreement just like we had at the top. This administration doing nothing would have been a massive improvement, massive improvement. And any minor progress that they've had across a few issues has been totally swamped by the idiocy of the tariffs. of the Iran war, of the recklessness of Doge, of killing USAID. 00:46:01 Speaker 2: I love tariffs. Getting rid of USAID was a huge, huge win. And tariffs, we need to onshore manufacture. We need to make our own vitamin C. We need to make our own military equipment. You have to bring manufacturing back to the country. You have to onshore things. And by the way, Tariffs have been used to get peace in many parts of the country. It's been used– by the way, reciprocal tariffs. The EU is tariffing the hell out of us. We have to– we were suckers for years. 00:46:28 Speaker 6: There's one part of the tariff thing I'd love to get your answer to, Andrew, because it's the. 00:46:31 Speaker 2: Craziest part of the whole tariff agenda. We have to go, Tim. I actually have to wrap it up, but go ahead. I will say this half-hour race is bye. 00:46:38 Speaker 6: Sorry. Anyway, I was just going to say, the idea that he put illegal tariffs in, then the Supreme Court said they were illegal, and then he bullied companies to not getting their rebates back. If a Democrat had done that, if Obama had put an illegal tax in and then bullied corporations and said, sorry, I'm not going to give you your money back that I illegally stole from you, your guy's hair would be on fire. It's just another example of socialist right-wing socialism. 00:47:01 Speaker 2: They shouldn't have backdated and forced any of that to be paid back. It should have been forward-looking. It was actually a I understand. 00:47:09 Speaker 4: It's better for the administration to do nothing. I'll basically ignore whatever personal conduct from Trump because everyone's going to have issues with large parts of it. What I focus on and fixate on is changes that happened under this administration that would have never happened under any other Democrat, certainly would have never happened under Republicans like the one that you ran under, which is get rid of systemic racial discrimination in the U.S., actually secure the border, actually deport people. That stuff that happened under this administration, no one else would do. So I think they are transcendent accomplishments. 00:47:43 Speaker 2: Tim, thank you. 00:47:43 Speaker 6: Let's do it again at AmFest. 00:47:45 Speaker 2: I was going to say, this has been great. Honestly, listen, you're a good sport. Thank you for having the debate. I'd love to do it again sometime soon. So please, please consider coming back. 00:47:56 Speaker 6: Appreciate the invite. 00:47:57 Speaker 2: Yeah, man. All right. Be well. An important message from Noble Gold Investments. November 3rd. Control of Congress is on the line, and whatever happens, your savings are going to feel it. If Democrats take power, we could be looking at years of gridlock, followed by the same policies that fueled inflation before. More spending, bigger deficits, and a weaker dollar. We lived through this already. In June 2022, inflation was out of control and unchecked. Now, the national debt is over $ 40 trillion, and Washington isn't slowing down. What has gold done since 2022? 00:48:30 Speaker 6: Doubled. 00:48:30 Speaker 2: Up over 100%. That's right. You can't control what happens on election day. You can control how prepared you are. That's why so many Americans are turning to physical gold and silver. Visit noblegoldinvestments.com slash kirk. That's noblegoldinvestments.com slash kirk. Yeah, the emails are pouring in after our little debate with Tim Miller. Let me explain. You know, Tim is a big voice on the left, and it's important that we have those debates and those discussions. And it's important for you to understand what the left actually believes, what they think, how they how they. process information, their attack lines. And you saw how flimsy some we're supposed to believe that the left that the left is going to be the answer for oil prices. We're supposed to believe that the left is going to be the answer for war issues. When they're the ones that funded and gave blank checks to Ukraine, we're supposed to believe that they are going to be the low-price, balanced budget party? Please. I just find it incredibly– yeah, please clap. Please clap. 00:49:45 Speaker 4: You guys might know what that's called. I just find it incredible. I think there's a lot of people who they find Trump personally detestable. 00:49:52 Speaker 2: He's a very– He comes on strongly. He engenders passion. 00:49:55 Speaker 4: He engenders a lot of passion. And I just think a lot of people, they let it ruin their common sense. Because to say that this administration is worse than a Joe Biden administration or a Harris administration would be is... lunacy to me it is a lunacy yeah like and i just feel it fails to confront the basic reality he's saying it's the most socialist thing ever guys they're all democrats are coming out saying we will arrest elon musk if we win because he's like a chud that we politically dislike. 00:50:23 Speaker 2: We're actually embracing the socialist of in this country dsa we're a big big tent movement okay without further ado we got to bring in Bill Assele, he is the first assistant U.S. attorney for the Central District of California, and this guy has been crushing it. And I remember when he was in the California legislature, he was crushing it there. Bill, welcome back. I don't know what the salutation is, first assistant U.S. attorney, but you have been like a dog with a bone on this story out of California. These 20,000 ballots. And we got to get the update here because I love it. You guys are not letting this go. Please fill our audience in. What, what are these 20,000 ballots? How did they get identified? What is California's reaction been to these ballots that are suspected illegals? 00:51:13 Speaker 1: Sure. 00:51:13 Speaker 5: And first off, you can call me whatever you want. As long as I'm running this office, I don't really care what the title. 00:51:18 Speaker 6: So we will put that in. 00:51:20 Speaker 5: But, um, This is a really, really important case. This is probably one of the first cases the administration has brought where we brought the receipts. You know, a lot of times we have a lot of inclinations. We have a lot of suspicions. This time we brought the evidence. And what California did is basically obstruct every attempt we did to try. 00:51:41 Speaker 6: To clean up their voter rolls. 00:51:42 Speaker 5: They would not share the voter rolls. 00:51:43 Speaker 6: They won't work with us. 00:51:44 Speaker 2: So we did it without them. 00:51:46 Speaker 5: We obtained, you can purchase a redacted version of the voter rolls that has people's names and birthdays and addresses. That's how everyone gets political mail in California. 00:51:56 Speaker 6: It's available for purchase online. 00:51:57 Speaker 5: And so we use that and then we have to do a lot of work to figure out what the socials are for those people on there. We did a lot of additional research to try to get more identifying information for the people in the voter rolls. And then we took that and put it, gave it over to USCIS, which is the government agency that holds all the immigration records, the A-files. And they went and they connected a minimum so far at 20,000 alien files to active registered voters in California. And that's the list we delivered to California, I think about a week or two. Things are moving so fast. So we gave that list to California two weeks ago. We said, tell us in 48 hours if you intend to work with us to segregate these ballots so they don't get counted and confirm the citizenship status of these alleged non-citizens. And they basically told us to pound sand. And we've been in a race since then to get an emergency court order, ordering California. 00:52:54 Speaker 6: To separate these ballots. 00:52:56 Speaker 5: Because what people don't understand is even though the election's a week away, California's already started processing the ballots. All the ballots being returned by mail. They're opening the envelopes. They're taking out the ballots. They're getting them ready to put through the tabulators on election night. Once the ballot is separated from the envelope, it can never be connected. It's a secret ballot. There's no identifying markers. So effectively, the damage is done once the envelopes open. LA County alone has already processed over 500,000 ballots for the November election. And so that's why this is an emergency. So we asked the judge for a TRO last week. He didn't give us one. We went up on appeal on an emergency basis. It was two to one where the judges kicked it back down. Judge Bumate, if you don't know Judge Bumate, he's a rock star. He's a Trump appointee, a Ninth Circuit judge, and he wrote a killer dissent, which is basically going to be the roadmap for us to basically take this back up on appeal very quickly. We had a long hearing yesterday in district court where we laid out the evidence and the facts. 00:53:56 Speaker 2: The judge said he will rule today. 00:53:58 Speaker 5: As soon as we get that ruling, we're going to go right back up on appeal. 00:54:01 Speaker 6: We need to have an emergency order. 00:54:03 Speaker 5: We cannot let California commingle the ballots of non-citizens with American citizens. 00:54:08 Speaker 2: That's exactly right. And so this is what's crazy about this. So I want our audience to fully internalize what's happening in California. The government The federal government goes to it and says, we have reason to believe these are non-citizens voting. They said, what can we do about it? It's the honor system. We take their word for it. What could we do? And so you and the federal government are saying we gave you all the proof. Can you just keep these ballots on the sides? You don't commingle them with everything else. And what's interesting is and this is new from Matt Finn over at Fox this morning, says L.A. County says a sample of Trump's Trump admins, 200 names of suspected noncitizen voters showed that 38.9 percent attested to being born in the U.S., Again, because it's all in the honor system. So they said they're born in the U.S. But in a new sworn statement under penalty of perjury, a DHS official says its investigation shows none of L.A. County's 200 names were born in the U.S. Okay, so that basically means about 40% of them were lying. And California just takes it on the honor system. After a thorough review of the immigration records of all the individuals in the county sample list, it was determined that none of the individuals USCIS matched of the county sample list were born in the United States according to USCIS records. Explain what a bombshell that is, because that's crazy what we're doing. Also why we need the Save America Act. Yes, the Of course. 00:55:35 Speaker 5: So this is one of the first cases being tested in court. So the media loves to fixate on these letters going back and forth. They said Nevada, the government said it was 100, like 200 people were non-citizens. Nevada came back and said they're all citizens. And the media has taken that as gospel. Neither California nor Nevada has an independent way to verify anyone's citizenship. They go based off what the person wrote on their voter registration application form. So they're taking that as truth and fact. So they did a sample of 200. We asked for who they sampled. They finally gave it to us. We had USCIS rerun all of them again. 100% were not born in the United States. 00:56:14 Speaker 2: All of them. 00:56:15 Speaker 5: None of them were born in the U.S. 00:56:16 Speaker 6: They're all foreign-born. 00:56:17 Speaker 5: And so it just shows people are lying to register to vote. 00:56:23 Speaker 6: The attestations are not sufficient. 00:56:25 Speaker 5: And what you said is correct. Even though Congress hasn't required California to verify citizenship to add someone to the voter rolls, what they cannot do is ignore credible evidence that someone is not a qualified voter once they have it. And that's why we delivered the list of 20,000 to every county election official in the state of California, to put them all on notice on exactly who on their voter rolls is not a citizen and to make sure that they think twice about tabulating those ballots. 00:56:53 Speaker 4: Yeah. 00:56:53 Speaker 2: Well, what happens if they end up tabulating them? What's the recourse? 00:56:59 Speaker 5: There was a letter sent by the Deputy Attorney General. I mean, we're not going to preview or speculate on what could happen, but he did admonish them that it is a federal crime for non-citizens to vote, and it's also a federal crime to aid and abet the commission of that crime. So if you know someone's not a citizen and you continue to process their ballot, then you could be held criminally liable as well. 00:57:19 Speaker 2: Well, you guys have given them everything they need to know that there's at least suspicion around these ballots. And if they fail to act... to the layperson out here, which I count myself, I'm not a lawyer, I don't play on TV even like Blake here, I would just say that that seems like it should be against the law, that you have been given credible information by a federal government authority that these ballots could be suspect or could be illegal, then the onus then goes on you that you need to take that advice and then do the proper due diligence. The fact that they are so hardened on this point is so infuriating. And all of you voters out there should be so ticked off because it's a dilution of your ballot. It's a dilution of your voice when we let this happen in California. Oh, we just take their word. It's an honor system, guys. It's all fine. You should be frustrated because I'm frustrated. And hopefully you join me in that. Thank you so much for your work. Bill Asaley, the first assistant U.S. attorney from the Central Coast. I know you got a jam. You got a busy day ahead of yourself. Thank you, sir. God bless you. 00:58:27 Speaker 6: Thanks for having me. 00:58:28 Speaker 2: Blake, we've got emails. 00:58:30 Speaker 4: Oh, we were getting infinity emails throughout that. Some people just wondering why we did the segment. I think it was pretty enjoyable. You've got to hold very firm, of course, because I think he came out very hard where he's saying, I think Trump is corrupt and a failure and liar and shouldn't have done anything. And We've got to push back really hard on that. And I hope I hope we did to people's satisfaction. But a few of these vortex says Tim was just so indoctrinated and wrong with his perception of Trump that it was alarming. But Blake really stepped up to the plate. I'll take that one. 00:59:03 Speaker 2: Thank you. 00:59:04 Speaker 4: Glenda said, I disagree with Trump on some things, but he is still the best person possible. and deserved my vote. I think that's a lot of people. 00:59:13 Speaker 2: I mean, that's how I feel. That's definitely how I feel. You know, President Trump is the only guy that would have absolutely done any of the things that we listed as his successes. The border, deportations, actually getting ICE funded, getting those no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security, locking in the 2017 tax cuts that Dems wanted to get rid of. We were pushing for more cuts. This is what's hilarious about our system. We were pushing for even more cuts. If you remember with the one big beautiful bill, the big problem that a lot of the base had was it didn't cut enough. Well, it wasn't technically a spending bill. It wasn't the right type of thing to do Huge spending cuts on, okay, back and forth, back and forth. But the bill was absolutely more good than bad on every single metric. And here's what's crazy. The one cut we got, which was letting those COVID-era subsidies for the ACA expire, that's what the Democrats are running on. That's what they're running on. So every time you cut anything from the government, they're going to weaponize it and they're going to come after you. USAID, oh, it's killing millions of people all around the globe, blah, blah, blah. No, it's not. It's not, it's an, it's an unfalsifiable claim. So they get to say it and it's impossible to prove either way. It's not true though. We know it's not true. USAID was a rogue agency. And by the way, the good parts of it got rolled into the state department. Marco Rubio is still giving out free food to poor people around the world. Okay. 01:00:42 Speaker 4: Chrissy says, we watch you every day at lunch. Whoever this freaking liberal is has ruined it. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. Uh, I like Vicky says, that's right. Push back on that POS. Most corrupt administration. 01:00:58 Speaker 2: Seriously. He is a liberal nut shop. Don't give him airtime. I disagree with that a little bit because I think it's important to have these debates. I want this audience to be the most informed audience in the country. I want you to know. I want you to know what they actually think, what their attack lines are. You got to understand. He came out of Republican communications. So his whole job was to spin a narrative. Then he writes a book, mea culpa, I was part of this toxic culture and I was bad for the country. And now he's doing the same thing just for the other side. So you need to understand what he actually believes and what he thinks. And you need to understand the arguments that the left is making. So that sometimes can only happen through debate. 01:01:39 Speaker 4: Joanne says, your guest is totally TDS and full of crap. The ballroom isn't costing the taxpayer a dime. Iran cannot nuke us now. The tariffs are great. We have seen what happens in the country when libtards are in charge, and it is depressing. Gas prices were higher. Inflation was 9%. We were mandated to buy freaking electric cars and no gas cars by 2030. 01:01:59 Speaker 2: I think it was 2035, federal. I can't remember. 01:02:01 Speaker 4: They were burning down chicken ranches, grain processing plants, killing herds of cattle. This guy is full of crap and a tainted liar. Very aggressive, but I think That is what stands out to me. I think a lot of people, like I said, people get driven a little bit bonkers by Trump. He kind of they react so strongly to what he's done because Trump is a thing doer president. The best argument for Trump is just we'd settled into this rut of accepting endless decay. It's like the Bukele thing where gangs ruled his country and just no one could stop it. 01:02:35 Speaker 2: They just said, what are we supposed to do? Arrest them? We can't do that. That would violate a norm. 01:02:39 Speaker 4: And just everyone had to accept their country being the worst thing ever, permanently violent, permanently awful, when they could hit the fix everything button. And Donald Trump, he has a lot of eccentricities. He'll do stuff you disagree with. But he is the guy who will actually push the fix everything button. He's the only one who will fix the border and not be cowed by, oh, well, while trying to deport people, we had an unfortunate incident. We heard what he'd say. Because one unfortunate incident happens once. Guess we've got to go back to having open borders forever. You can't have a country because I will get traumatized by a video I can see on X. President Trump won't do that. 01:03:14 Speaker 2: President Trump is the ultimate man in the arena. You can disagree with Iran. I certainly have my qualms. You can disagree with him liking to talk about the ballroom. You can disagree with all those things, okay? But he is the man in the arena that actually gets stuff done and dares greatly. And if we didn't have him, the entire GOP, the Jeb Bush GOP, the George W. Bush GOP was leading us off a cliff. We were in permanent purgatory as a party. President Trump was the only guy that came along and actually pumped energy into this movement and called a spade a spade, namely on the border, namely on immigration, namely on stupid foreign wars, namely on the way that we were running our economy and getting ripped off by everybody around the world. He's the only guy. that had all of that energy and had the force of will to put up and accept all the slings and arrows, all the lawfare, all the weaponization, the attempts to bankrupt him, the attempts to ruin him, the attempts to paint him as some sexual predator. He was the only one that was able to do that. And for that, he will have my ever-loving and everlasting respect and admiration. I disagree on many things, but he's the only one with the guts to do it. He's the only one that I trust to actually see through really hard things. Because when you have a country that has built up decades and decades and decades of bad decisions, bad spending, bad management, bad governance, it's going to take somebody with a lot of force of will to actually move things in the other direction. And for the first time in my life and the first time in Blake's life, we actually have an administration that is fixing really entrenched, calcified problems within this government. And now they want us to go back to the people that ruined it in the first place. No, thank you. I don't think that's where we're going to go. Oh, yeah. This whole icing, the Renee, the Renee Good and the Alex Petty thing. Listen, nobody wanted them to die. But if you think fixing this problem is going to be easy and if you think the Democrats are going to make it easy, no, they're the ones obstructing justice. They're the ones putting their lives in a stupid position. 01:05:17 Speaker 4: They're the ones who train people to do things that will put you at risk from police because they know that is a side effect. 01:05:23 Speaker 2: And then they act shocked when something bad happens. I 100% stand by what I said there. 100%. Very ugly what they do. I talk about jobs and industries on this show all the time, but I didn't expect to find an entire skills trade community on TikTok. Plumbers, electrician, builders and contractors sharing the work they do every day. And it went way beyond tips and tricks. People were sharing their craft, connecting with local contractors and talking about how they were building their businesses and growing their teams. It opened my eyes. to how people in the trades are using TikTok to share their skills, make connections, and find new opportunities. I remember thinking, this is exactly what we need more of, people sharing what they know and creating opportunities for others. And I never expected to find a community like this that's the thing about TikTok. You start with something you know, and suddenly you're finding a whole new side of it that surprises you and leaves you wanting to know more. Your next discovery is waiting for you on TikTok. Learn more at TikTok.com slash discover more. Man, the emails are still flooding in. I love it. Safe to say this audience didn't resonate with many of Tim's It's hilarious. Could you imagine? 01:06:33 Speaker 4: I'd be really worried if they were like, he had some good points. I'd never really thought about that before. I'd be pretty upset if they'd done that. 01:06:38 Speaker 2: It's hilarious. There's this troll online, left-wing troll named Aaron Rupar. Troll. 01:06:43 Speaker 4: A guy who sits in his bedroom and cuts clips all day. 01:06:46 Speaker 2: He's a trip. And he's like, oh, they got destroyed. It's hilarious. It's like the whole clip farming and the narrative spin on the back end. It's hilarious. 01:06:56 Speaker 5: No. 01:06:57 Speaker 2: Tim was a good sport, but there is literally nothing he could say to half of what we brought up. And he dodged every direct question. 01:07:04 Speaker 5: All right. 01:07:05 Speaker 2: Without further ado, I'm actually really excited about this story. It's a professor of philosophy at Arizona State University. And you will not believe what is happening to this gentleman, Owen Anderson. He is being, I think, safe to say, persecuted by Arizona State University because he's a Christian. And they're basically saying that, that they're saying his coursework is too Christian. Welcome to the Academy. 01:07:29 Speaker 4: I don't know you'll ever get fired for having a course that's too godless. 01:07:32 Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm pretty sure there's a lot of pagans, like sex pests, like weirdos. That's all fine. Owen Anderson, welcome to the show. We're so grateful for your time. Explain this crazy story because I think you need to say it out loud. I don't think people will believe it if I say it candidly. What is happening to you at ASU? 01:07:52 Speaker 3: Yeah, and thanks for having me on. It's great to talk with you both and good to see Blake again. We were just out at ASU together for a Frank Turek event. And you're 100% right, Andrew. If you just read this, you'd think this was a satire or something from the Babylon Bee. But I'm currently involved in a lawsuit against ASU. It's at the Arizona Supreme Court over ASU's required DEI training. And that's been going on for about two years. We don't have the Supreme Court's decision yet. But in the meantime... My annual review, we have to do annual reviews of our teaching and research every year. I get my annual review back last May, and I'm gained points, which also means I have merit pay taken away because my classes are considered too Christian. And I asked for evidence. What is the proof that you're talking about? And I was given five quiz questions. So this is out of like 100 questions, right? So that's not even a good sample. Five quiz questions and two negative student comments. which prove my classes are too Christian. And I was just dumbfounded because the student comments, they were, one of them actually said, I like what Professor Anderson teaches, but I might hypothetically be insulted if I was a Hindu, which I don't even know what that means. But it's not even an actual offense to the student. It's a hypothetical offense. And so I appealed this from my dean up to the highest level we can, the final level of appeal within ASU, ASU's provost's office, And last Monday I got back their decision of holding what the dean said and saying, yes, this is sufficient proof that you're too Christian. And so on my sub stack, I shared the questions. 01:09:31 Speaker 2: Oh, go ahead. 01:09:32 Speaker 6: Yeah. 01:09:32 Speaker 2: I'm just, I'm just curious. Is there somewhere, I mean, you're a philosophy professor. Christian philosophy is a rich academic tradition, religious philosophy. Uh, Is there somewhere in the bylaws? Is there somewhere in the statutes that said thou shalt not be Christian in class? Like, what are they even basic? Like, it feels like an arbitrary critique of anybody. Are they doing the same thing to some of these Hindu professors or Muslim professors? Well, that's what I asked. Or the atheists? 01:10:01 Speaker 3: Yeah, so I sent the provost pages and pages of evidence from my school at ASU where we've been told to decolonize our curriculum. And the decolonization philosophy is a specific Marxist. It's a Marxist philosophy about the evil Christians and the evil West. And I was sent material from the director of my school saying this is what decolonization means. And in the description, it said you need to reduce the influence of white men. And so they're pushing this material. I sent that to my provost. And the provost said, yeah, that's not proof of any kind of bias because you didn't have to do it. They just suggested you do it. Well, now let's flip it. Let's say I told my student– yeah. 01:10:41 Speaker 2: Yeah, so they said you had to decolonize your curriculum and that the negative impacts are like less influence to white men or something. So that's not proof of bias? That was a suggestion? 01:10:57 Speaker 3: Yeah, that was my exact point to the provost, and the provost dismissed it. But let's flip it. Let's say I was a director and I said to all the professors, hey, I want you to think about how to make your classes more Christian. You don't have to, but you should consider doing that. We all know they would say, hold on, you can't do that. That's a bias. But it's perfectly fine if it's decolonization or LGBTQ ideology, anything like that. And so this is a big problem for ASU because it seems like I'm being targeted because of my other case against ASU. And then on top of that, it simply is a violation of our bylaws. It's a violation of our college's rules about how to conduct annual reviews. 01:11:36 Speaker 2: I mean, you have tenure, right, Professor? 01:11:40 Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm tenured. 01:11:41 Speaker 2: But here's the thing. 01:11:42 Speaker 3: This is step one to getting even a tenured professor removed because the five questions are so bad. I'll share one of them. For example, I asked true or false, and this is in a class called Philosophical Aspects of Death and Dying. And I had a question. I thought it was such a trivial question. True or false, death should make us think about the meaning of life. And that was one of the questions they said makes my class too Christian. I mean, that's like a quote from Viktor Frankl, who was not a Christian at all. And so the proof they gave was so bad. Even if I take out these five questions for next year, when it comes to my annual review next spring, they'll say, Anderson, we told you you're too Christian. Did you change that? And I'll say, yeah, I took those five questions out. And they'll say, I know, but look, there's five other ones that we found that are also Christian. Insubordination, you didn't listen. And so that's step two. This is your step one. Then that's step two to disciplining me and going to step three of actually removing me as a tenured professor. 01:12:41 Speaker 2: I thought tenure was supposed to protect the freedom of professors like yourself to be able to express controversial ideas and to push the boundaries of different topics. Isn't that the whole point? But then you did it into a traditional of a way, which wasn't like pagan enough or wasn't licentious enough. It wasn't debaucherous enough. And therefore, you're getting targeted for pushing virtue. But you didn't even really do it. 01:13:08 Speaker 3: That's the point, yeah. 01:13:09 Speaker 2: That's what's wild. And this is why the academy is getting so tilted and out of whack. And when you send your kids to places like ASU and other schools, and it pains me to say this, you're playing Russian roulette with their values. Because here's one guy standing in the gap saying, hey, let's explore some of these different ideas. And it doesn't sound like you're overdoing it or something. 01:13:33 Speaker 3: No, well, that's the thing. When you hear I'm too Christian, you might think I have like altar calls at the end of every lecture or something. These are classes where these five questions, they're not specifically Christian at all. They might be Plato, Aristotle, Viktor Frankl. And so what they're doing is they're taking a warning shot, right? They shot over my bow to say, hey, Anderson, we're watching you. And we can basically charge you with anything we want. We can find evidence to prove anything we want. These five questions are a joke. The two students didn't actually complain. They just had a hypothetical they might be. And so this is just a warning to myself. In law, this is called the chilling effect because it tells all conservatives at ASU, there's not a lot of us, but the few that are there, you better be quiet or what happened to Anderson will happen to you also. 01:14:16 Speaker 4: Yeah, this is all I can think. I imagine there's a lot of professors at ASU. A lot are probably on the other end of the ideological spectrum. You don't need to name names, but you've probably seen some really egregious classes and really egregious tests, biases flourish at that university. And what do they let people get away with if they're in the right ideological camp? 01:14:39 Speaker 2: Maybe I'm wrong, but I bet there's stories. 01:14:41 Speaker 3: No, I've got so many stories. I've been posting them on my sub stack because let me give you an example. based on what Andrew said about paganism, our Honors College had an event about the benefits of witchcraft. And not just like as a feminist ideal, but no, witchcraft has benefits for female students. They had another event on the benefits of polyamory. Now, I've never seen an event on the benefits of biblical marriage. And so, yeah, they're allowed to get away with pretty well anything they want. But this Christian professor comes along and he asks the question, should death make us think about the meaning of life? And that just is too far for them. They can't handle that. 01:15:19 Speaker 2: Yeah, it just it seems obscene, I think, you know, to the average listener, to the normal American, that this is how tilted and out of whack this is. But it doesn't surprise me, Professor Anderson, these are my words, not yours, that a school that's embracing witchcraft and polyamory would be so offended at biblical Christian truth presented ever so gently, by the way. And in the mix of a larger curriculum at which you're not proselytizing, you're not, as you said, doing altar calls. I would have no problem if you were. As a matter of fact, I think there should be more universities where we're proselytizing. 01:15:59 Speaker 3: And it would be one guy out of thousands, right? Because a thousand leftists are doing their altar calls for paganism. 01:16:05 Speaker 2: Yeah, so explain this, though, this drive. Because I think a lot of people scratch their heads when they look at the academy and they're told it's like 20% liberal or progressive professors to one conservative or libertarian they're not usually it's not even a conservative it's usually like a libertarian what like how did we get here because your story is endemic i think of a larger rot in the academy yeah the the coercion the the the social pressures the financial pressures. 01:16:34 Speaker 3: Well we got here by something you said earlier which is we've permitted this idea that universities are not going to make us more virtuous. We've turned a blind eye to how much they teach people that vices are good. And we agreed to a myth. The myth is the myth of neutrality, that we can kick Christianity out of the universities and nothing will replace it. But instead, Marxism of various shades replaced it because Marxism makes claims, moral claims, like the oppressor oppressed dialectic. And so that's allowed to be taught because they'll say, well, that's. 01:17:07 Speaker 2: Not a religion. 01:17:08 Speaker 3: That's just the truth of the matter. But Christianity is a religion and it's biased. And so I think it's time for Christians to say, hey, I'm not going to do that anymore. I don't buy into that. There's really no neutrality. Universities are pushing this far left ideology and they're doing it on taxpayer money. And that needs to end. You know, I kind of got started. 01:17:26 Speaker 2: What you just said is so profound. The entirety of our country was sold a lie about neutrality. That, yeah, we're a mostly white, mostly Christian nation. It's decades we've been told this. And we need to be neutral. In the public sphere, everybody needs to be neutral. No bias. Meanwhile, they brought all of their biases in. Meanwhile, they brought all of their agendas in. 01:17:48 Speaker 4: And they call it rationality and neutrality. 01:17:51 Speaker 2: Yeah. And that you are the bigot. And you are the problem. If you dare to stand up for what this country has always reflected, the values of its people. It's a profound psychological operation that has been levied against the American people for decades, and it's been led by people in the academy. And I think– I mean, listen, again, my word's not yours. I think it's one of the most diabolical things that has ever happened to this country to hollow out institutions that should advance virtue like the academy but to then make it basically illegal when somebody dares– Bring those values into the classroom. And by the way, in such a gentle way, in such a respectful way. 01:18:36 Speaker 3: Because you know, if I ask even five questions out of 100, they'll kick me out. So that's the chilling factor. You don't want to deal with that. I just want to be a professor, most people say, so they don't even raise a question. 01:18:48 Speaker 2: Thank you, though. Professor Anderson, thank you so much for bringing this story to us. It's so important. We have to keep calling it out. And I hope ASU gets a, you know, let's just say a slap on the wrist from Harmeet Dhillon. All right, Blake, we got emails. We're making more space for emails because you guys just went crazy on it today. 01:19:09 Speaker 4: I liked Francisco here in AZ says, Tim Miller told on his insane self when he said, don't you watch 60 Minutes. And he goes, I was a Republican under three losers, McCain, some guy in Utah, Texas, Jeb Bush. They all want open borders for guns and drug runnings, in my opinion. And he just says, start a segment called 60 Minute News, list all of their lies, then list all of the facts. 01:19:36 Speaker 2: Love you, Francisco. 01:19:37 Speaker 4: Caroline says, please don't have this jerk back on your program. I didn't know who he was, so I Googled him. He's a Bush person, figures. I just love how it's like, yeah, at this point, Jeb Bush people, it's like as obvious a marker as if it was a Kamala person. Larry says, I wanted to thank you for that message. I believe President Trump is doing a wonderful job on undoing the ideology of leftist anti-American government because I believe that is what they are. We need to abolish them. President Trump and Vice President Vance are doing their best, I believe. 01:20:09 Speaker 2: Thank you. 01:20:10 Speaker 4: We got a very long one from Kenny who had some very colorful things to say about Miller. He says Miller just absolutely loved Biden for four years. I didn't check on that, but I find it pretty believable. But overall, he's pointing out, he's saying outsourcing has been a problem for years from both Democrats and Republicans. NAFTA under Clinton was a big disaster and a failure. Two or three were shot by ICE, but they were trying to illegally impede ICE officers. They are terrorizing them, harassing them, and that is going to be side effect of that. 01:20:40 Speaker 2: Tragically exactly so look at this cover from the new york post throw it up guys if you just can get it i know i just sent it over but car attacks on ice agents spiked by more than 3200 percent in a year dhs reveals after minnesota ice shooting yeah so this is what they do they train up activists they get them all whooped up they use their media apparatus to say oh This is Gestapo. They're Nazis, masked vigilantes. No, they're ICE agents. And their lives are on the line every single day that they go out there and enforce our nation's laws. And then they get these community activists, they're criminals, to go and chase ICE agents around with a car, to dox them, to threaten them, to spit in their face, to get in their face, get big, get loud. And then they act shocked when bad things happen. This is what my dad told me to do when I got pulled over by a police officer, if it ever happened. It happened a couple of times when I was younger, speeding or whatever. You put your hands at 10 and 2. You turn the car off. You put the keys on the dash. You roll down the window. You say, yes, officer, no officer. How can I help you, officer? And you comply. OK, now contrast that image of interacting with law enforcement with what the left trains their activists to do. Shout, whistles, blow horns, ram them with cars, trail them in caravans. No, no, no, no. You do not behave that way in front of a police officer. And the fact that people like Tim Miller and others get all over wherever and they say that actually it's the ICE agents that are wrong. Actually, they're the Gestapo. 01:22:22 Speaker 5: No. 01:22:22 Speaker 2: If you get in the way of a police officer, if you get in the way of a law enforcement officer, you put your life into your own hands. And yes, it is tragic when things go awry, when tragedies happen, but I cannot abide this anti-police sentiment, this anti-law enforcement sentiment. They are all contributing to all of it, all of the chaos. 01:22:42 Speaker 4: It is not good if a police officer shoots someone unnecessarily, but when you make it so that police have to violently arrest you to the ground, throw you to the ground because you are breaking the law and getting in the way, you are putting life in the hands of God, basically. You are taking a risk, and we have to be honest about that. And it is one political faction of this country that is aggressively trying to make situations like this happen. They are using people as human shields and then screaming when their human shield gets hurt. 01:23:14 Speaker 2: And guess what? Blake was 100% accurate. They wanted something like this to happen. They wanted a cause celeb. They wanted a name that they could bandy about as a political cudgel. And guess what they got? They got Alex Preddy and Renee Good. Do I wish they were still alive? Yes. But guess who's taking the most advantage of their names? The reason you still know their names is because leftists keep bringing them up. 01:23:38 Speaker 4: And then there are immediate responses because they know strategically because this has happened. Oh, guess we can't have a border anymore. That is how they operate. We've got to end ICE. We can't have any ICE. If anyone's illegally in this country, they can never fear being arrested. That's why they always want to expand the places you can't go. Can't arrest them at a supermarket. Can't arrest them at a courthouse. Can't arrest them at an airport where they're possibly flying back and forth to the country that they claim asylum from. Can't ever arrest them for any of these things. Ultimately, they don't want laws. Do we have any more emails we need to get to? They're endlessly flooding in, but nothing super new. 01:24:15 Speaker 2: Well, I love it. Blake went off. I'm getting, I'm getting that note from, you did kind of go off. I did. Here's the problem. I've known Tim for a long time. I think his ideas are destructive and terrible and horrible and wretched, but I've also had to sort of, you know, see him at, at, at events. And you know, you, you, you know, I, I, so I was coming in with a little different energy and Blake just bam, right up the door. In we go. Yeah. But yeah, I mean, listen, it's okay to have, You know, I'm a big believer in, you know, you try and we've seen what happens with dehumanization in this direction. This is why Charlie isn't with us. And I try and make sure that we always remember people are humans. But you can hate the heck out of their ideas. You can think that. I mean, you should. You should viscerally be disgusted by it because it's how we got into this mess. This whole idea that, oh, we've changed the way America should be a welcoming place. Maybe we shouldn't. Like, where do you get off on that? Like, why should we be welcoming all these H-1Bs to take our jobs? Why should we welcome all these third-worlders to dilute our culture and get on welfare? No thanks. No more. For more on many of these stories and news you can trust, go to charliekirk.com.
