00:00:03 Speaker 1: My name is Charlie Kirk. I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic. My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth. If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful. College is a scam, everybody. 00:00:26 Speaker 2: You got to stop sending your kids to college. 00:00:27 Speaker 1: You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible. Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter. 00:00:33 Speaker 3: Go start a Turning Point USA high school chapter. 00:00:35 Speaker 1: Go find out how your church can get involved. 00:00:37 Speaker 3: Sign up and become an activist. 00:00:39 Speaker 1: I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade. Most important decision I ever made in my life, and I encourage you to do the same. 00:00:45 Speaker 4: Here I am. 00:00:46 Speaker 2: Lord, use me. 00:00:48 Speaker 3: Buckle up, everybody. Here we go. 00:00:56 Speaker 1: Noble Gold Investments is the official gold sponsor of The Charlie Kirk Show. a company that specializes in gold IRAs and physical delivery of precious metals. It is October 27, 2026. 00:01:21 Speaker 2: What it is, Andrew, is it is one week. Seven days. Seven days till Judgment Day. If you're in Arizona, this is the last day you can safely mail in your ballot, according to GP Action. 00:01:31 Speaker 5: Apparently that's nationwide, actually. I was just talking with Tyler. 00:01:34 Speaker 2: If you're in those blue states, they'll count them for eight months afterwards. I know, that's true. 00:01:38 Speaker 5: He's coming on the show in just a few minutes, actually, at 1 p.m. Eastern, so at the top of the next hour. We're going to go through the entire map. State by state, how. 00:01:47 Speaker 2: Are we doing? 00:01:48 Speaker 5: Early votes, trends. There's some very interesting trends emerging, by the way. 00:01:54 Speaker 2: I was getting really white-pilled talking to our TP Action team yesterday. I was asking them about the numbers, and they were actually very upbeat. 00:02:01 Speaker 5: Listen, Speaker Johnson was on the news yesterday saying that the polls are wrong. He said that defiantly. Now, what's ultimately going to determine that is if you show up. There is a striking stat, by the way, that 95% of Muslims are going to vote. Only about 50% of Christians are in this midterm. Who wants it more? Who loves their civilization? Who loves their values more? 00:02:28 Speaker 2: You know, Somali Americans, did you know that of any immigrant group from any country, they get naturalized at the highest rate? It's great. It's good times. I think they know what they're going for. So you have to care as much about defending your country as some other people care about plundering. 00:02:43 Speaker 5: It yeah exactly so but what's interesting seven days out is you're getting all this poll you know headwinds tailwinds whichever side of the aisle you're on the democrats are getting into a frenzy they are looking at the polling and they they're chomping at the bit it's almost like they're salivating you can see that they expect to have a big day in seven days and they're already kind of ideating about what they're going to do when they get power okay Which is good, because that's like us four years ago. They are telling you who they are. They are telling you who they are one time after the next. And it's just wild to see the difference between left and right in this country. It truly is getting like a chasm. The values that are completely different. So we're talking about who's going to vote. Listen to the way that Democrats, well, socialists, are encouraging people to vote. This is straight out of Some sort of bizarro world. It's an upside-down world. But this is Zoran Mamdani in New York, SOT6. 00:03:49 Speaker 2: At our elections this year, here's what every New Yorker should know. Voting is easy and safe. 00:03:54 Speaker 5: In New York City, you don't need to bring anything with you to cast your vote at the polls. 00:03:57 Speaker 4: We'll even give you a pen. 00:03:58 Speaker 2: Our city's elections are secure. So you don't even need to bring an ID. 00:04:02 Speaker 5: And I love that there is, like, sort of clown music there because they're making a mockery and a joke of our system. 00:04:08 Speaker 2: You don't need to bring an ID and, you know, if you... feel like having him run will also give you an ID if you're an illegal. Exactly. 00:04:14 Speaker 5: What's interesting here is he says that our elections are super secure and they're safe. Not in the way that we think of elections being safe. He's saying that they're safe because ICE won't be there. Now, If you are coming to the same conclusion that I came to, I'm not sure why an American citizen would be that concerned with ICE being president of a voting center. 00:04:36 Speaker 2: They say this all the time. They say this all the time, that having ICE at polling places would intimidate voters, that having ICE investigate people in the lead-up to the election. They say this all the time. They're just nakedly throwing out there. The left's agenda is, it's not that they want to stop illegals from voting. They want it to be so easy and routine that afterwards they can throw up their hands and say, are you going to throw 50,000 people in prison, which, yes, we should. Yes, we should. 00:05:03 Speaker 5: But why would somebody who's voting in New York be worried about ICE? Riddle me that. How does that make it secure? Is it maybe because illegals are voting? Is it maybe because people that don't speak English think that they can vote? That's what's interesting because Zoran then comes out with an advertisement promoting, in Spanish, by the way, people to come out and vote. So it's all very interesting. We're seeing the same trend in Minnesota. Sat 7. 00:05:37 Speaker 6: If you're already registered to vote, you don't need to bring anything with you. You just show up to your early voting location. If you're not registered to vote and you still have options, if you have a Minnesota ID that is updated, that's all you need to bring with you. If you don't have that, there is a list of documents on our website that you can find. You still have options to get registered same day. 00:05:58 Speaker 2: Okay. 00:05:59 Speaker 5: Just so all those Somalis that don't speak our language, that apparently at a clip of about 80% are on welfare, many of them defrauding welfare, some of the highest rates of fraud in the country. We're encouraging them to determine the future of Western civilization. And we're making sure that the Somali community, which votes in block for Democrat, is ready to go. 00:06:20 Speaker 2: I'm saying if you're in Minnesota, if you're someone in Minnesota, I guess if you're watching, you're probably aware of that. But your state is rapidly approaching a tipping point. for a long time. Obviously, it's been liberal for a long time, but it's also been a competitive state. They do have to worry about messing it up enough that they could lose the governorship, lose House seats, lose senators. But it's just getting, it's going to get very, it's getting very close to where it's California. They can go as hard as they want. And then your state's basically dead. You'll all have to move to the Dakotas. Yeah. 00:06:50 Speaker 5: Well, this is what's interesting, though. Like I said before, the Democrats are salivating. You can feel their eagerness, their anticipation of at their expected win on November 3rd. So we played this yesterday, but it bears playing again. This is Eric Holder. We've got a couple of these types of clips. Eric Holder, SOT9. 00:07:08 Speaker 7: And it's going to take some time to rebuild the reputation of the Justice Department. Given all of the power that this Supreme Court has given to the executive branch, you can certainly make huge personnel changes within the Justice Department. All those people who Harmeet Dhillon has hired, for instance, in the Civil Rights Division and turned around what the historic mission of that division has been, they got to go. 00:07:31 Speaker 8: They just got to go. 00:07:32 Speaker 2: So whatever. 00:07:33 Speaker 8: This is not a time to get. 00:07:35 Speaker 1: Rid of all of those. 00:07:36 Speaker 9: Those are the Harmeet Dillons that have been appointed into those positions. 00:07:40 Speaker 7: This is not a time for timidity. The power that the Supreme Court has given to the executive branch, to the president, has got to be used by hopefully the next Democratic president to restore some sense of order, balance and the norms that have governed the Justice Department for decades. 00:07:57 Speaker 2: OK, so a purge. 00:07:59 Speaker 5: They're talking about a purge that's going to happen. And they're also talking about how they're going to start going after ICE and Border Patrol. 00:08:07 Speaker 2: SOT 8. 00:08:09 Speaker 10: Will you look at Trump's corruption? You know, it's unclear. I mean, the president obviously has a certain status granted by. 00:08:16 Speaker 3: The Supreme Court. 00:08:17 Speaker 7: Right, immunity. 00:08:18 Speaker 3: And that's the status quo. 00:08:20 Speaker 10: And so it's unclear to me whether we'll find anything that would fit within the narrow pathways left by the Supreme Court. Our focus is probably going to be on the ICE and Border Patrol abuses and the kind of corruption that feels more like bribery and extortion. 00:08:38 Speaker 2: Oh, OK. 00:08:38 Speaker 5: So we've just been informed that they're going to purge the DOJ of anybody with any common sense, Harmeet Dhillon's group. And now we've been informed that they are going to pursue cases against ICE officers and Border Patrol. 00:08:52 Speaker 3: Yeah. 00:08:52 Speaker 2: So these are these are little little bread. They're getting much more ambitious. They used to promise, oh, we'll put Trump in jail. Now they're very openly saying anyone who works for Trump will go to jail. Anyone who enforces our nation's laws will go to jail. They want. The worst anarcho-tyranny imaginable, where you can be a gangbanger who breaks into this country and rapes and shoots and robs people, and you face no accountability. But if you tried to arrest that person to deport them, you have to worry about going to prison for life. They want to make it impossible to have laws in this country. 00:09:23 Speaker 5: Well, and we are getting new reports out of New York that different DAs are actually instructing their offices to downgrade and reclassify crimes of illegal immigrants so that they don't get deported. So basically, the Democrats are promising that the third worldization of the country will only continue the chaos, the coups, the weaponization of our Justice Department, the lawfare. 00:09:49 Speaker 2: That is their promise. 00:09:50 Speaker 5: Listen to John Ossoff, who many consider to be the the front runner for president, believe. 00:10:00 Speaker 2: Not 11. 00:10:00 Speaker 9: We will conduct vigorous oversight of what everybody knows is the most corrupt presidential administration in American history. The priorities of oversight must be the misuse of public funds, the shocking conflicts of interest. the president and First Family's self-enrichment. 00:10:21 Speaker 3: And should impeachment be considered on the table, off the table? 00:10:26 Speaker 9: Well, in my view, the president's misconduct has already exceeded any prior standard for impeachment. If the House sends the Senate articles of impeachment, then I'll consider them on the merits as a juror. 00:10:40 Speaker 2: Listen to that closely. 00:10:41 Speaker 5: The president's misconduct has already exceeded any prior standard for impeachment. Meaning he will already vote. 00:10:47 Speaker 2: They will auto-impeach. Yeah, it's an auto-impeach. Honestly, that's kind of... I wouldn't mind... I don't want to phrase it that way. Like, that might be one of the better potential outcomes here, that they come in for two years and waste their time, impeach Trump every month, turn impeachment into a complete running joke. That's actually a fairly good outcome compared to what they could do, because what they're... That would be... a joke. It would annoy people. It would be a lot better for them to be doing that than for them to be systematically defunding and gutting DOJ because it dares to defend white people or gutting ICE because it dares to deport people. That is what a really serious Democratic Party could do. They could do permanent damage to our ability to have actual justice and laws in this country. Yeah. 00:11:30 Speaker 5: Well, and this is the thing. You can feel the pitch. 00:11:34 Speaker 2: It's increasing. 00:11:35 Speaker 5: The tenor with which they speak, the ambition, the confidence, and it should terrify you. I mean, we've gone into great detail about how radical El-Sayed really is, the man who cannot disavow anything without 58 words trailing it to qualify everything, because he truly is sympathetic to Islam. He is a Muslim, after all. He's sympathetic to the Muslim Brotherhood. He's But what you see when you look around the landscape is that the Democrat Party is getting increasingly brazen, increasingly confident, and they will follow through. Unlike some of our squishes on the Republican side, these people are maniacs. 00:12:22 Speaker 2: They will look to. 00:12:23 Speaker 5: Throw their political opposition in prison. We are seeing it in Brazil. They will bring that here. The Brazilification of America, the third world worldification of America. 00:12:33 Speaker 2: This is their vision. 00:12:35 Speaker 5: And if you dare to disagree, even if you're black, you're a white supremacist. 00:12:40 Speaker 11: And now you see people like Nicki Minaj, who made an awful lot of money in hip hop, aligning themselves comfortably with white supremacy. 00:12:49 Speaker 5: So Nicki Minaj is now a white supremacist because she dares to support the president. 00:12:55 Speaker 2: That's how deranged this is getting. It's everything. I think a lot of people, sadly, the general public does not have long memories. And so Everyone, most people prefer to have total amnesia for COVID, forget that it happened, but they also just prefer to forget about, or they just genuinely forget about everything we had to go through in 2021, 2022, or for that matter, the first Trump term. People were really loopy. You could not honestly express yourself online, in public. You could get fired for very trivial things. A lot of people have never gotten over that going away. They want to bring it back as aggressively as possible. You can easily see. What is it? In Britain, they're now rolling out respect orders, where if you're not respecting people the right way, they can ban you from public places. They can basically just take away your rights. Left would 100% roll that out here if they can get away with it. 00:13:49 Speaker 5: Well, speaking of bringing back things, Assam Piker is back. I don't know why they thought this was a good idea, but apparently this is from the I'm the Captain Now guy, Omar Fatah. 00:14:00 Speaker 2: Fatah? Fatah? Fatah? Fatah? 00:14:03 Speaker 5: Anyways, he's got a podcast that says I'm the host now is the name of the podcast. And they did sort of a live event with Ilhan Omar and Hassan Piker. And so the that streamer from California that El Sayed doesn't like to talk about. Well, he was back last night and he was asked what stuck out to him the most when it came to the Minneapolis ice raids, you know, which was much celebrated on their side. It was a big PR victory for them. Here's Hasan Piker talking about what made him most pleased. Sat 3. 00:14:35 Speaker 4: You came here. 00:14:36 Speaker 8: You came actually during the time of the protest downtown when. 00:14:39 Speaker 2: It was pretty cold outside. 00:14:41 Speaker 3: And I want just to ask you, what is something that stuck with you in your time during Operation Metro Surge here in Minnesota? Yeah, I was taken aback by, well, first of all, I was taken aback by how cold it was. 00:14:55 Speaker 11: I thought to myself, damn, these guys got to be extra racist to be deploying out here, you know. 00:15:00 Speaker 2: We saw a lot of funny compilations as well. 00:15:04 Speaker 8: A lot of hip bones were broken. 00:15:09 Speaker 3: Officer Martinez down. 00:15:12 Speaker 5: Oh, so it's funny when federal law enforcement, they get injured enforcing the law, huh? That's Assam Piker. You know what's crazy about that clip is that is not even the most obscene thing he's said. 00:15:23 Speaker 2: Not nearly. Not even close. 00:15:25 Speaker 5: But these are the type of people and the quality of people, and I genuinely don't think that People understand the different value set that these people are operating. It's like if you were operating with Microsoft Windows and they're on DOS or that they are on Apple and you're on Windows. It's completely different. Their value set is completely different. It's alien to you. They will justify all manner of ill and evil to achieve their political ambitions. 00:15:55 Speaker 2: That is the truth. 00:15:57 Speaker 5: It is purely Machiavellian. The ends justify the means. So that is what they will do. And they will lie to your face. Here's another example of just how insane these are. And this is what's crazy. I'm going to show you a clip of Angie Dixon in Florida. She's running for Senate. She's a DSA candidate, Democrat Socialist of America. And she's willing to lie to the politicos' Dasha Burns face when asked if she's a capitalist or a socialist. 00:16:25 Speaker 2: Listen to this. 00:16:26 Speaker 5: They will lie straight to your face. And this woman is down, too, if you believe the polls. 00:16:31 Speaker 2: Stop for it. 00:16:32 Speaker 3: You've called yourself a capitalist. You're also a member of the DSA. Are you a capitalist or a socialist? 00:16:38 Speaker 11: So what I would say is I live in a capitalistic society, and I just want to make sure that people have strong social programs and safety net programs because I've had to use them before. And so you can call me whatever you want, but just know that I'm going to be out here working and fighting for hardworking and retired people and folks living with disabilities. 00:17:02 Speaker 3: But in terms of your own identification, what do you think about? I don't know. I don't know. 00:17:07 Speaker 11: Like, I don't know. I identify as Angie Nixon as a black woman. 00:17:16 Speaker 2: We'll get a lot of content. We'll get a lot of content if she wins, but that's not enough reason to let it happen. No. Go vote. If you haven't voted yet, vote today. Drop your ballot in the mail today. If you can't do it today, vote in person tomorrow. Get it done. We got an email where someone was asking, can I drop my ballot off at Turning Point Action? No! You've got to go to a polling place and vote. 00:17:38 Speaker 5: Go to voteready.com, voteready.com. We'll give you everything you need to know at voteready.com. Make sure that people like Angie Nixon never see the inside of a Capitol Hill office. Microplastics are becoming too much of a problem to ignore. 00:17:58 Speaker 2: They're in 94% of U.S. drinking water. 00:17:58 Speaker 5: 94%. 90% of our meat and seafood, and the average American inhales, get this, 68,000 microplastic particles each and every single day. The EPA recently decided not to include microplastics in the next nationwide drinking water monitoring program, meaning we likely won't have updated data for years. Even as microplastic exposure continues to rise, scientists have already found microplastics in our blood, our arteries, and even our brains. The good news is that new research suggests there are ways to help your body fight back. Certain probiotic strains found in kimchi, that's right, kimchi, have demonstrated the ability to not only remove toxins like BPA, new research is also exploring how these same beneficial bacteria help bind and excrete microplastics before they can do further damage to your body. Kimchi is one of the world's most powerful superfoods, but its strong taste and smell is can make daily use, daily intake a challenge. 00:19:00 Speaker 2: I know it is for me. 00:19:01 Speaker 5: Kimchi One gives you all the benefits of fermented kimchi in an easy-to-take capsule without the mess or hassle. Each capsule delivers over 900 probiotic strains, live enzymes, and antioxidants that help restore and balance your gut. People are seeing improvements in digestion, bloating, regularity, energy, and metabolism. 00:19:22 Speaker 2: Studies show that. 00:19:23 Speaker 5: Kimchi can even reduce the risk of obesity by 31.8%. That's 888-317-9258 and lock in that email. 00:20:11 Speaker 5: Oh, man, can you imagine? Gosh, what a beautiful state. What a state that deserves to be great. But sadly, it's not. And that's California. We're about to speak with the one and only Steve Hilton. He's a great friend of the show, and he's running to be California's next governor. Steve, welcome back, my friend. It's so good to see you. And you had this amazing event. And I know we have the picture here, this crowd in Oceanside. it's like, and I, I tweeted out, I said, there's so many amazing Patriots in California. This state is worth fighting for. And I'm so grateful that you're fighting tooth and nail and you're leaving it all out on the field. I mean, this is, that's a real, that's a massive crowd. 00:20:53 Speaker 2: That's Trumpian. 00:20:54 Speaker 5: Dare I say, Steve, give us a state of the race. How are you feeling about it? What are you hearing on the ground? And you're saying, ignore the polls. 00:21:02 Speaker 3: Yeah. 00:21:03 Speaker 2: Thank you guys. 00:21:04 Speaker 12: Great to be with you. Proud to be with you a week to go. It was an amazing crowd, and it's been like this everywhere. I mean, this is the biggest one we've had, the first of our California-back rallies. We've got another one today in Orange County, Wednesday and tomorrow in L.A., Thursday in Fresno, Friday Sacramento, the weekend in L.A. again. You know, we're really going for it, and we're getting the energy back. And so there's two things going on. You've got actually I'm going to say there are three things going on in this race right now. You've got the establishment polls, the ones that have been polling California for years, and they're giving the same result we've had for years because they have a certain model of turnout, which assumes a low Republican turnout. And so when you look at some of those polls, it's the still the big lead that we've had for years for Democrats in California for 20 years or more, you know, 20 point lead. There was one that had a 27 point lead for Becerra. That's one set of polls. Then you've got another set of polls, which you could consider to be the kind of ones that are commissioned right now in the moment. The California Post had one the other day, the ones that we're commissioning, some of the ballot initiative campaigns. They are all telling a very different story. Still a Democrat lead, but less than half what the establishment polls are showing. Six points, eight points, 10 points, 12 points. Still the Democrat ahead, but by about half as much. And then the third thing is what you see there in that crowd and all over the state. And every single day I got people coming up to me saying, I'm a lifelong Democrat, but this year I'm voting for you because we got to have a change in California. A lot of those people, by the way, saying I'm not telling anyone that I'm voting Republican. And so I don't know. I don't know where the actual truth is, but I know this. The pure numbers. This is the most important point. We think that to win this election, not just to do well, but to win, I'll need 6 million votes. In 2024, President Trump got 6.1 million in California without even really campaigning here. So the very simple truth is that if everybody who voted Republican in 2024 turns out this year, And now that's a big ask because obviously you don't get a presidential year turnout, usually in the midterm. But the point is that we can do it. We really can. And that's why everyone watching and listening, all the turning point energy and the chapters and. 00:23:34 Speaker 3: All of that. 00:23:35 Speaker 12: We got to get people to don't believe it's absolutely right. Don't believe that this race can't be won. People are desperate for change. There's a majority of Californians who want change. But if we vote, everyone shows up and then. 00:23:48 Speaker 2: Gets all their friends. 00:23:50 Speaker 12: Those ballot harvesting, all those things that the left do, we really can win this election. 00:23:55 Speaker 2: I think that's so inspiring, Steve. 00:23:58 Speaker 5: And I really think that your race is important nationally on so many different levels. I think we have to play in the Democrats' turf. 00:24:07 Speaker 2: We have to. 00:24:08 Speaker 5: And everybody knows California has gone hard left. We have to fight there. Every inch of America is still America, even when the communists are running it. And then secondly, there's these terrible ideas that emerge from places like California, like the wealth tax, which is on the ballot, which is like, you know, 5% of a billionaire's wealth. 00:24:28 Speaker 2: And it was supposed to just be, apparently it's just an extortion attempt by the SEIU where they'll say, oh, we'll threaten you with this wealth tax if you don't get concessions, except it's gotten out of control and now it's probably going to pass. Yes. Tell us about that, Steve. It's insane. 00:24:42 Speaker 12: I mean, it's already exactly as you say, it's confiscation. It's It's arbitrary confiscation. The government just deciding on a particular day to take 5% of your actual wealth. The government coming, valuing your home, your possessions, anything you own, and then taking 5% of it. It's just so un-American. And then the worst thing is within the legislation, that if it's adopted by the voters, becomes the law, they can change it. The legislature can just change it. They can change the percentage. They can change the threshold. as everyone always points out, it starts with the billionaires, and then it gets lower and lower until it's basically anyone they want to feed their bottomless money pits. Now, already, we have the highest taxes in the country. Already, the top 1% of Californians earners pay about 50% of the income tax. So this argument that the rich don't pay their fair share is completely ridiculous. And already, just the threat of this insane tax, because it's on top of everything else, retrospective. So it kicks in at the beginning of 2026. So already huge numbers of entrepreneurs and wealth creators have left California. So we've already lost billions of dollars in tax revenue just through the threat of it. It's completely ridiculous. It does look, however, as if it's not doing that well. And the encouraging thing is there's a couple of initiatives on the ballot that would invalidate it. poison pills, if you like, and they look like they are doing well. So I'm actually pretty confident we can one way or another defeat this insanity. 00:26:20 Speaker 5: But it's crazy that it's gotten to this point at all, Steve. I mean, the state is just so poorly managed and mismanaged, really. And that's kind of, you know, I look at New York, you look at Illinois, you look at California as these cautionary tales, these canaries in the coal mine. But if they can turn around... then there's hope for us all, right? There is. And I do believe that the pure politics of it, as you mentioned, there is a majority of Californians that know the state is headed in the wrong direction. There is a majority, a clear majority. They don't like the status quo. And so they're looking for change. The issue then becomes the scarlet letter R that's on your chest, right? What are you hearing about that? 00:27:08 Speaker 2: Is it just that. 00:27:10 Speaker 5: The R brand in California so tainted? Or do you think that we can make it have a comeback? 00:27:16 Speaker 12: Well, we're trying to bring it back. And the style and creativity and energy of my campaign is already working. We're already seeing reports from congressional races and state legislative races in California that I'm running 10 to 15 points ahead of the regular Republican candidate. In that sense, we're already lifting up people down the ballot, which I'm very proud to do. I've always seen this as a team effort. But that's really the focus of the campaign. You see behind me, just try it. That's exactly what we're doing with some of the ads that we're running and the way that we're doing this. No one's ever seen anything like that. Some of it a little bit controversial, but that's the point. It's saying, look, come on. We've had 16 years of doing it one way. 16 years of one party rule. It's time for something different. 00:28:02 Speaker 4: Just try it. 00:28:03 Speaker 12: In fact, there's a video we put out this morning which I feel very strongly about. And it's got some strong language in it, frankly. But I filmed it in a place called Fentanyl Alley in Los Angeles, just next to MacArthur Park. No city should have a Fentanyl Alley. But we went there to make the point, very simple point. Are you really saying, California, that you're prepared to put up with another four years of all of this because you don't like Trump or you can't bring yourself to vote Republican? That is insane. Although I actually put it a bit more strongly than that. 00:28:34 Speaker 2: Good. And I don't feel like It's just it really is just that scarlet letter. I think there's no red states that have just voted Republican for decades and they're completely failing as a result of it and unable to meet basic needs. And so but people are just in denial and they keep voting red. But every deep blue jurisdiction is like this. Everyone knows California has massively screwed itself up compared to 30 years ago, 40 years ago, 50 years ago. Everyone knows New York is losing it, that they're shedding every industry. Everyone is bailing on blue states. And they just it's like they need to overcome the psychological block that, oh, wait, us being radical Democrats is what has done this. 00:29:17 Speaker 12: And that's the point we make the whole time. I mean, I make it in every event, which is the most damning indictment of the 16 years of one party rule is the fact that millions of people. have left and are leaving a state as beautiful and amazing as California. And as I put it, they're not fleeing Trump. They're fleeing Democrat policies and they are moving. to states run by republicans well where the taxes are lower the costs are lower the streets are cleaner the business climate is less hostile that's what they're moving towards. 00:29:51 Speaker 5: And Steve, I mean, you can't make the point enough. It almost feels like you're running up against like a phantom, like he's just like a caricature of and he's he's a mediocrity. He is loathed within Democrat circles. Everybody knows he's he's no good. He wasn't a good operator, not a good manager. He's corrupt. 00:30:12 Speaker 2: But yet he's got the D next to his name. I mean, it's a machine. 00:30:16 Speaker 5: Yes, he's a machine Democrat politician. Steve, we've only got a minute left here. Tell us how to support your race in this last run up to Election Day. 00:30:26 Speaker 12: Well, and the final point there is the key one. I mean, he's doing nothing, no ideas, not campaigning. It's an insult to everyone. I mean, I've never seen anything like it in the nearly 40 years I've been in and around politics. But the truth is we are being outspent because everyone looks at those big polls and we're being outspent 20 to one in this race right now. Now, we've got an army of small dollar donors. That's fantastic. But really, right now, it's not about any of that. It's about voting. If you live in California, vote and then spend the rest of this week getting everyone you know to vote and believe that we can do it. Because if we all vote, we really can make it happen. 00:31:05 Speaker 5: Steve Hilton is going to be the next governor of the great state of California. 00:31:10 Speaker 2: Gosh, darn it. 00:31:12 Speaker 5: It's a state worth fighting for. God bless you, Steve Hilton. Thank you for fighting. 00:31:15 Speaker 2: It matters. It really does. You know, California. Goodness gracious. 00:31:23 Speaker 5: You know, it was a bastion of freedom and opportunity when Republicans ran it. And then Democrats just. 00:31:29 Speaker 2: It was the... California in the 20th century. People will barely even believe you if you describe it. It was paradise. We think... Nowadays, it's because California's decayed so much, we think of either... obviously all of the ethnic ghettos, places no one speaks English and all of that, or you think of the ultra-rich. You think of it's this playground for celebrities. But what California was in the 20th century was the greatest place in the history of the world to be a lower middle class person. It was middle class Mecca. That was California's paradise, that you could move out there from Oklahoma and Grapes of Wrath, or you could move out from the Midwest... You could work your factory job. It used to be a big factory state. Your oil job used to be a big oil state. You could have one of those lower middle class blue collar jobs. You could have a standalone house. Great schools. You could have a pool in the backyard. University of California was free for your children to attend and was one of the best schools in the world. University of California, Berkeley, as important to the history of science as Harvard or Cambridge or any other big fancy school. That was California. And we got endless innovations. Silicon Valley, it wasn't all just, oh, these glowy brain liberal eggheads. It was just good, smart, competent, middle class. A lot of white dudes who went to their state university, found a bunch of other guys, started a new company. Biggest innovations we've ever seen in world history. That was what California was. And we let it get thrown away with immigration issues. and guilt tripping everyone. And now it's the state, it is the least middle class state in the US. It is the state the middle class has to flee. 00:33:07 Speaker 4: Yep. 00:33:08 Speaker 5: Listen to Gavin Newsom, his take on it. Again, we are telling you what's coming. We are telling you what the next move is, where this is going if you don't get out and vote. Stop 14. 00:33:20 Speaker 13: It's time for a national billionaire's tax and a new social contract. It's time for an economic reset, a true minimum tax recovery. A true minimum tax on billionaires that ensures the people at the very top pay at least the tax rate their own workers pay. The system the American founders built, well, was designed to prevent the concentration of power in a few hands. But we've allowed that concentration to happen anyway, slowly and in plain sight over the course of decades and decades. But we can reverse it. We can reverse it together. It's time to democratize the American economy to save our democracy. 00:33:59 Speaker 2: Oh, gosh. Just stop it. Our democracy. 00:34:01 Speaker 5: But here's what's interesting is, you know, Gavin is like the classic politician that licks his finger and sticks it up in the air and sees which way the wind is blowing. He knows that the DSA is ascended. And this is how we're going to end this hour. The DSA is purely anti-American. They believe the American dream is dead. They don't believe in ownership. They believe in seizing the means of production and confiscation. in coercion, in the weaponization of the Justice Department, in stacking the courts, in rigging the game, in cheating, letting illegals vote, decriminalizing crime, letting illegals run rampant all over the streets, reclassifying crime so they don't get deported. 00:34:48 Speaker 2: The list goes on. 00:34:50 Speaker 5: And here's Gavin Newsom admitting that he knows exactly where this thing's going. 00:34:54 Speaker 2: Stop five. I was wondering, because I'm a younger voter, and a lot of us, we want to see the Democratic Party move forward. Where do you see, I guess, the Democratic Party going? 00:35:03 Speaker 4: I think it's... No one. 00:35:06 Speaker 3: Is arguing to manage the status quo and fail more efficiently. 00:35:11 Speaker 2: So I think that the. 00:35:12 Speaker 13: DSA, the energy and the desire and demand for bold change, non-incremental change, is very much going. 00:35:20 Speaker 4: To be dominant. 00:35:22 Speaker 13: I mean, that's going to be a mainstream democratic movement. 00:35:24 Speaker 8: Absolutely. 00:35:25 Speaker 10: No question in my mind. 00:35:26 Speaker 3: You can't play on the margins anymore. The whole system's broken. It's completely unbalanced. 00:35:34 Speaker 10: And we can't manage the decline. 00:35:37 Speaker 3: We have to completely reimagine. 00:35:40 Speaker 5: Can't play at the margins anymore. You can't manage the decline. The DSA is where the dominant energy is going. Now, remind you, we should remind you of what the DSA actually believes and what this is going to do to the Overton window on the left. They believe in abolishing the presidency. They believe in abolishing the Senate. They want a unicameral... federal body, just the House of Representatives. 00:36:07 Speaker 2: That's it. 00:36:08 Speaker 5: They want to abolish prisons. They want to abolish ICE. They want to abolish borders. They want to spend $ 70 trillion on healthcare in the next 10 years, on top of current levels of spending, I guess minus the military, because they're probably going to abolish that. They want to shred the Constitution. They want to do away with private property rights. 00:36:28 Speaker 2: They actually... Are we talking about this later today? They despise patriotism. 00:36:32 Speaker 3: Yes. 00:36:33 Speaker 2: That's just. 00:36:33 Speaker 5: We're going to be talking about that with Nick Freitas later. 00:36:38 Speaker 2: They find it icky to want the best for this country. Where do you think that's going to lead? I think we all know exactly where it goes. When people overtly say they do not like this country, they do not want good things to happen to this country or its people, you do need to believe them. Yes. 00:36:56 Speaker 5: And everywhere they go, they're like a horde of locusts. They come in and they ruin a perfectly nice state or city. And then they leave that when it's terrible and they go infest the next place. Looking at you, Texas. So when you bring in industries, by the way, Georgia with Hollywood, Texas with tech, don't be surprised when those bad ideas start infesting your state as well. But they are a horde of locusts that go and consume everything that they touch. And they want to ruin your home too. And they want to ruin America too. I don't know if it's misplaced guilt. I don't know if it's resentment or class envy. The downwardly mobile elites, it's probably some confluence of all of those mixed in with anti-Christian bias, anti-white bias. But they want to ruin this country, and they are hell-bent on doing it, and they've got a lot of momentum towards such an end. So we have to vote. We're going to say it again and again and again. So go to voteready.com, voteready.com. Tyler and the Turning Point Action team have built this tool for you. All you have to do is plug in your address. It's going to show you how to vote, when to vote, the different options to vote. You need to make a plan to vote. Today is the last day in Arizona for sure, but nationally as well, to get your mail-in ballot in by Election Day. So turn out the vote and win. It is the only thing that we have to do right now. The last thing you have to do is just vote. Because you can defy the polls. 160 million people vote in a presidential election. Only 100 million people are predicted to vote in this election. 00:38:32 Speaker 2: Maybe a little bit more. We might have higher turnout. The winner of this election will be who loses fewer people. 00:38:36 Speaker 3: True. 00:38:36 Speaker 2: That's all you have to be. All we have to be is the ones who lose fewer people. There are people in your church who you think are good, who voted in the last election, who are going to blow it off this time. You can talk to those people. There are people in your family who are going to blow it off this time. Ah, didn't get around to it. Don't let them. Ask them. Have you voted? If they haven't, make a plan with them to vote. Go with them to vote. On the margins, that is what will decide this race. Do you care as much as they care about hating this country? 00:39:07 Speaker 5: In the next segment, we're going to talk about the Turning Point Action app as well and how you can use that to get others to vote, send texts, knock on doors, all the things. Now is the time for action. No spectators, no sitting on the sidelines because the other side won't. The question is, will you vote? An important message from Noble Gold Investments. November 3rd, control of Congress is on the line and whatever happens your savings are going to feel it if democrats take power we could be looking at years of gridlock followed by the same policies that fueled inflation before more spending bigger deficits and a weaker dollar we lived through this already in june 2022 inflation was out of control and unchecked now The national debt is over $ 40 trillion and Washington isn't slowing down. What has gold done since 2022? 00:39:54 Speaker 2: Doubled up over 100%. That's right. 00:39:58 Speaker 5: You can't control what happens on election day. You can control how prepared you are. That's why so many Americans are turning to physical gold and silver. Visit noble gold investments.com slash Kirk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We have Tyler Boyer in studio, COO of Turning Point Action. Tyler, I know you just got back from your war room, crunching numbers. I mean, the data operation that we now have in place at Turning Point Action, I think is the best in the business, rivals anybody out there on the left, certainly. But let's give this, this is the The most recent update, and this is from this morning, we had a new big drop. It was an R plus 3 and change for Republicans in Maricopa. 00:40:53 Speaker 8: R plus 3.7. 00:40:55 Speaker 5: R plus 3.7. Okay, that's even better. It's closer to R plus 4. So here's where we're at. Yeah, that's the Maricopa drop. Now we have the full state totals right now. There has been 1.1 million ballots returned. 00:41:12 Speaker 2: In the state of Arizona. Okay. 1.1 million. And we are currently at an R plus 0.6. Yep. 00:41:20 Speaker 5: And at the same day in, and we have this graphic, if, if Katie and the team can put it up there, if the, in the same day in 2022, it was D plus two. So it has shifted R plus 2.6. Let me say that one more time. Our current margin is R plus 0.6, but in 2022, the same day, it was D plus two. So that means a shift in our favor of R plus 2.6. Now, let me just say, but Tyler, that's not enough because you cannot predict 2026 based on 2022 because people's voting habits are different. We're starting to vote early as a party now. 00:41:59 Speaker 2: Is this enough? Are we looking good? 00:42:03 Speaker 3: So, yeah. 00:42:03 Speaker 8: So a couple of different things. And again, this is Arizona, which is, I think, tip of the spear for a lot of the swing states across the country. ahead of 2028. But here in Arizona, we have thrown the kitchen sink. Obviously, I get out the vote. What's important when you look at early ballot returns is to not cannibalize the same voters that you expect to show up on election day versus return early. So turning point action in Arizona is super focused on getting the same people out that voted early in 2022. So that's first and foremost. So we're obsessed with that and not cannibalizing our election day And then two, also just getting the low propensity voters out earlier. So what we're seeing in Arizona right now, part of the reason why we're doing better than we were in 2022 was first off, the establishment put no ground game on the ground for Kerry Lake or Blake Masters in 2022. That's part of the reason why we constructed what we did was because you have to start. getting those low props out early. We actually have been beating the Democrats at the low prop game. 00:43:07 Speaker 5: That would be like the zero out of four, the one out of four, two out of four, three out of fours. 00:43:11 Speaker 8: Yeah. So zero, four, one out of four, what we consider a low propensity voter. The lowest of lows are actually who we target. And we've been beating the Democrats this entire election cycle so far and turning those out. 00:43:23 Speaker 2: That's huge. Hold on. 00:43:24 Speaker 5: What you just said is a huge, huge point for anybody trying to like read the tea leaves here. Repeat that again. We are beating the Democrats. 00:43:32 Speaker 2: At low props. 00:43:33 Speaker 3: Yeah. 00:43:33 Speaker 2: That means we're not cannibalizing our day. 00:43:36 Speaker 8: Ups and our high props. 00:43:37 Speaker 3: Exactly. 00:43:37 Speaker 8: So what we track and we look at is what percentage of the daily returns are our people that we're attacking, essentially, to turn in votes. And right now, so this drop that was interesting today that you just mentioned in Maricopa County, over 20% of those people were in the turning point action universe of low prop voters. 00:43:59 Speaker 3: Hmm. 00:43:59 Speaker 8: So that's a great sign. 00:44:01 Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a really good sign. 00:44:01 Speaker 8: It's a huge sign because that means that, again, you're not cannibalizing. Now, the question is left to be determined. The question is left to be determined. Will your high props still show up on Election. 00:44:13 Speaker 3: Day, right? 00:44:14 Speaker 8: And so what's good is all the signs are good right now, which is we're doing our job. We're getting the low props out. I would rather be the party that's turning out low props early and then getting high props on Election Day rather than the opposite, which the Democrats are now trying to do. The Democrats are now behind. So now they're having to go chase their low props and trying to get them to show up and vote in person, which is really, really difficult. And then second is get their high props out. Now, for us, the way that we can lose and we can lose in a lot of places is not having a strong enough election day, not having a strong enough election final week here where people are showing up for in-person early voting here in Maricopa County. So many more in-person locations actually opened yesterday. What's another good sign is that we had the largest historical in-person election voting day in history yesterday with 22,000 voters. 00:45:07 Speaker 2: When do we get those ballots in? 00:45:09 Speaker 8: Tomorrow. 00:45:10 Speaker 2: Okay, so we're going to have another big drop tomorrow. 00:45:12 Speaker 8: So today was interesting from a perspective because usually the Democrats, they ramp up in the final weekend ahead of early voting closing, mail-in voting closing. which was this last weekend. Republicans beat them by almost four points in Maricopa County this weekend. That's number one. Number two is when the early in-person voting sites open, do Republicans win that? 00:45:40 Speaker 2: All eyes on tomorrow. 00:45:42 Speaker 8: Today was this weekend. 00:45:44 Speaker 3: We won. Good sign. 00:45:47 Speaker 8: Tomorrow is the first in-person early voting day. How much will we win by? Will we win? So on, right? 00:45:54 Speaker 3: Okay. 00:45:55 Speaker 8: And so this is part of what people are tracking in Nevada and other places in North Carolina. 00:46:00 Speaker 5: I keep hearing great stuff out of Nevada. And we have our full ballot chase in Nevada. 00:46:06 Speaker 8: Yeah, so there's good and bad, right? So again, North Carolina and Nevada, two different sides of coins here. North Carolina, everyone's dooming and glooming about because we're losing... in-person voting, the mail-in voting is looking terrible, way down for Republicans, right? So those are kind of two different buckets that you look at. The Democrats are always historically much better at the mail-in voting part, and Republicans have gotten better at the early in-person part, right? So again, this is just speaking in generics. Every state's unique and different. But what you want to see is a really strong in-person early voting number from the Republicans as a percentage, because... That is usually an indicator of how your election needs to go. 00:46:48 Speaker 5: Well, because you hear that a lot when you're talking to Republican voters. I'm going to drop my ballot off in person. I don't trust the mail service. 00:46:53 Speaker 8: Well, it's not even dropping a ballot off in person. 00:46:54 Speaker 2: Or the person who asked if they could drop off at turning point action. And the answer was no. You've got to drop it in actual ballot delivery places. We cannot turn in your ballot for you. 00:47:03 Speaker 8: Against the law. But that's the indicator that you want to see and you want to look at, especially as you're reading this online. is early in-person voting going well for Republicans. That's, again, usually indicative that we're going to have a stronger election day because people are showing up and they're voting. Strong percentages early usually indicate strong election day, which is good. If you can beat the Democrats at their own game, meaning mail-in voting, plus you can beat them, obviously, in-person early and then on election day, that's how you win elections. So the good news from Arizona right now Is we're beating the Democrats at their own game, and tomorrow will be an indicator, are we beating them at the things that we're supposed to beat them at? 00:47:47 Speaker 5: Which would be an indicator, did we cannibalize some of our in-person with the mail votes that we've been seeing? 00:47:54 Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean, so early in-person hasn't historically been a huge number. Most of it's been mail in Arizona, and then election day. The early in-person thing is new. So your early in-person is more likely to cannibalize your election day. 00:48:07 Speaker 3: Right. 00:48:07 Speaker 8: Does that make sense? 00:48:08 Speaker 3: Right. 00:48:08 Speaker 8: So- Again, that's another kind of little bit reading between the lines that we have to look at. 00:48:14 Speaker 2: Well, you know what else? 00:48:15 Speaker 8: But early in person, I would much rather those people go out and show up and vote early and bank their vote rather than waiting until Election Day if we can. 00:48:24 Speaker 2: By the way, when you. 00:48:24 Speaker 5: Bank your vote, you get off our list. We're not going to go harass you. We're not going to come after you. We're not going to keep knocking on your doors. 00:48:32 Speaker 2: So you get it in. We'll leave you alone. If you find elections annoying, the fastest way to make them no longer annoying is you vote. Because we don't want to waste time going after people whose ballot is already secured. More important than that, too, is that if they vote early, the earlier you vote, then that allows people to go chase votes for election day all week. 00:48:51 Speaker 5: So the TP Action app, there's a lot of questions around the TP Action app, Tyler. 00:48:55 Speaker 2: How do we use it? 00:48:56 Speaker 5: What's the best way to use it? And if you don't live in Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire... How do people best interact with the app? 00:49:04 Speaker 8: Super easy. You download the Turning Point Action app. 00:49:07 Speaker 2: It's blue. 00:49:08 Speaker 8: It's TP Action. It's not the TPUSA. It's the TP Action app. So the TPUSA app is red. The TP Action app is blue. You can go to tpaction.com slash app, download it directly onto your Android or iPhone. Once you get in, it pulls up a screen, and then all you have to do is click the top left-hand corner. There's a little arrow, and it asks for you to input your information where we verify that you're actually conservative, everything. And then you go in, and it's real easy. And we tested this on some of our more senior citizens. We gave them a few glasses of wine and spun them around three times. 00:49:47 Speaker 2: You did the test. 00:49:48 Speaker 8: That was the test. And you click just chase ballots, make calls, send texts. And you have two options. You can either click voters near me, which is a big green button, so you can actually chase the voters around you. 00:49:59 Speaker 2: And it shows you on a map. 00:50:01 Speaker 8: It shows you on a map. You pull it up. It'll tell you. It'll have little flags if they have an early ballot sitting on their counter. or you can help in one of those other places. So if you scroll down, there's blue buttons. So there's one that's for Biggs. There's one that's for Iowa. There's one that's for Nevada. There's one that's for New Hampshire. You can get kind of just pick and choose. So you could sit there and make calls to New Hampshire. You could sit there and make calls to Arizona. You could sit there and make calls to Iowa. You could sit there and make calls to Nevada. 00:50:30 Speaker 2: Wisconsin 3 Walk. 00:50:31 Speaker 8: Wisconsin three. Like, so we've got literally thousands and thousands of thousands of people every single day calling in, making texts. Um, or if you're in any one of those States or your own state, you can just click chase ballots, click voters near me. And it's automatically going to send you to the houses of Republicans. 00:50:48 Speaker 2: And to get you inspired, Charlie would do that. Sometimes he'd be at home casually and he'd, he'd get some of those numbers and he'd send those text messages off. Hey, this is Charlie. I don't even think he would say Charlie Kirk. I think he would say, just say, this is Charlie. 00:50:59 Speaker 1: Yep. 00:51:00 Speaker 2: And he really believed in getting involved at that granular level. 00:51:03 Speaker 8: Every day I have a few minutes to myself. I just go through and do it myself. So, and the fun part is, is you can drive anywhere in America, literally anywhere in America on our app, click voters near me, that green button, and you could chase votes anywhere you want. So if there's like a special election for a school board in Alaska, you could find Alaska, drive to a neighborhood, press voters near me and start chasing votes. So It's a really cool app, really nice because it's basically like the Uber for ballot chasing for anyone across the country. Everyone can participate. Our friends over at Early Vote Action with Scott Pressler use a similar app, so you become familiar with it. Our friends with Cliff Maloney and Citizens Alliance have a similar app, so they're using it. So, again, the idea is that everybody gets used to just this real easy, go for it, and click, and then get those ballots out. 00:51:59 Speaker 2: Yeah, there's, I mean, I'm looking at it right now. 00:52:03 Speaker 5: You're observing my walk list. 00:52:08 Speaker 2: Yep. Did we test the use of this app on people like Andrew? We tried it with old people who had drank a bit, but did we try it with Andrew? I did try it. I've been out door knocking. The thing's very easy to use. As have I, as have I. 00:52:21 Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean, I have my app right here. My neighborhood pulled up. And I've been using this all week where I just go through and I keep bugging everybody. It's got cool little flags on this. Like my neighbors across the street, when you have two people that are over the age of 80 that live in a house, it flags it so you know that there's some seniors that are there. They may need extra help. There's little flags that tell you if someone lives internationally. So then if someone in that household is not there, they need to get their early vote in and their friend or family member that lives there can help remind them so there's lots of little unique things that you become familiar with on there but now right now where we have early votes there's the early vote flag which means that they have a ballot likely sitting on their counter they get it updates so some people will say i already voted okay it takes a few days to mail it in it takes a few days for the county to process it and then all that so it takes about a week for that so that's good and but you know, this is a good opportunity for people to continue to follow up with, with individuals on the app. So tpaction.com slash app, uh, you can download the app, use it today, you know, helping your community or help us in Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire, Iowa, and Wisconsin. 00:53:35 Speaker 3: Yeah. 00:53:35 Speaker 2: I mean, we need to get out there and be active. Don't be a spectator. 00:53:38 Speaker 5: It's so easy. We're trying to make it as easy as possible for you to get involved. It doesn't matter where you live in the country. You can make a huge, huge difference. Um, Another thing that I think is interesting is the trends that we're seeing in the data nationally. We're seeing less young people get out to the polls and we're seeing a little bit of a decrease in independent activity. So it does seem that the partisans are coming out to the polls more so. Do you think that that in a midterm cycle is a good sign or is that going to help Republicans hurt Republicans? Seems like it could be good signs. 00:54:10 Speaker 3: Yeah. 00:54:11 Speaker 8: I mean, so the Democrats have been hammering, you know, hammering this thing about how young people are swinging all the way to the super left and, you know, they're hot under the collar because they want to defend Palestine or all these crazy things, right? I mean, this is really the Palestinian election for the Democrats because in prior years they focused on abortion or they focused on anti-Trump narrative. Their only real narrative this year was what the Communist Party tweeted out today was that the Zionists must all be jailed and killed or something or whatever. 00:54:43 Speaker 3: Jeez. 00:54:44 Speaker 8: Their whole thing is like, I mean, the American Communist Party tweeted that out today. So this is an insane time that we're living in. I think it's a huge mistake that the Democrats, you know, went all in on that marketing aspect because I think, again, most people care about, you know, lowering costs and communism is not going to help lower costs. Jihadism isn't going to help lower costs. Trannyism isn't going to. 00:55:08 Speaker 2: Help lower costs. 00:55:09 Speaker 8: So that is, I think most young people are like, why would I vote for the, you know, either of these parties right now? And, and so that's why you're seeing less young people show up. 00:55:20 Speaker 2: But I mean, look, and that's in contrast, we're old enough. You remember 2006, 2008, and that was George Bush was unpopular and they were, very excited about Obama. They were very excited. 00:55:33 Speaker 8: About millennials were showing up. 00:55:34 Speaker 2: Millennials were, they were idealistic and they bought into this, this hopey changey stuff. And that led to us getting wrecked. But even if there's frustration with Trump, if instead they're just saying it all sucks and I'm checking out, it's kind of like half a vote in our favor. 00:55:52 Speaker 8: Well, what's really important to remember too, is like we, we now have a bigger base of young people who are active, activated. So yeah, the turning point, conservatism, that's happened with young people still exists, right? 00:56:03 Speaker 2: And there was nothing like that in 06, right? 00:56:05 Speaker 8: There was nothing. That's why Charlie had to create it. Yeah, it was not existent. And so that still exists. So the undercurrent, I think, of what you could see is that the less that young people show up to vote, the more prominent a conservative tinge will be amongst that group. Because look, most people, most arguments have been made amongst conservative young people you know, on stuff is that they're a little bit unsettled because they expected things to be more conservative. They're not going to vote for Democrats. 00:56:34 Speaker 2: Yeah. I totally agree. 00:56:35 Speaker 5: This is my line. Whenever I'm asked about this, I go to college campuses, talk to young people. They're not saying I want more socialism. They're not saying I want less conservatism. They're saying I want results. 00:56:44 Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right. 00:56:46 Speaker 8: And so, I mean, there, and there's again, a few people on the ballot for people to vote for that are along those lines was Andy Biggs, Tom Tiffany, uh, Zach Lane. I mean, Republicans in some of these swing states have a real important voice. 00:57:00 Speaker 5: Tyler Boyer, COO of Turning Point Action, giving you a little white pill here on a Tuesday. 00:57:06 Speaker 8: Get out and vote. 00:57:10 Speaker 5: I talk about jobs and industries on this show all the time, but I didn't expect to find an entire skills trade community on TikTok. Plumbers, electricians, builders, and contractors sharing the work they do every day. And it went way beyond tips and tricks. People were sharing their craft, connecting with local contractors, and talking about how they were building their businesses and growing their teams. It opened my eyes to how people in the trades are using TikTok to share their skills, make connections, and find new opportunities. I remember thinking, this is exactly what we need more of, people sharing what they know and creating opportunities for others. And I never expected to find a community like this that's the thing about TikTok. You start with something you know, and suddenly you're finding a whole new side of it that surprises you and leaves you wanting to know more. Your next discovery is waiting for you on TikTok. Learn more at TikTok.com slash discover more. We've got a great guest in store for you, and that is Nick Freitas. But first, I want to tell you about the Charlie Kirk store. So charliekirkstore.com. But Charlie Kirk store, lots of new merch there. Charlie Kirk store, Heidi and the team are doing a great job there. So support the show. Support the team that's working on all this stuff. So that one's a top seller for sure. Everybody loves that one. 00:59:05 Speaker 2: So charliekirkstore.com. 00:59:07 Speaker 5: Without further ado, we have Nick fritas who is a great american former delegate from virginia and i think i think he's moved away now nick have you moved. 00:59:15 Speaker 3: Away did you move away i'm in tennessee now you're in. 00:59:18 Speaker 5: Tennessee i knew it i knew it you're leaving that that state is like falling into the abyss and so you probably you timed it probably just right um Nevertheless, so we've got an election on, and this stat just jumped off the page to me. And it is a new poll that is from Gallup, it looks like. And it's measuring people's patriotism. 00:59:43 Speaker 2: It's measuring. It basically gave you 12 traits. Pick the three you consider most important. Correct. Democrat, independent, Republican. Or what trait does our country need more of, is what they said. So they had things like equality, freedom, honesty. But one of the 12 was patriotism. Does our country need more patriotism? And it, of course, is the number one result for Republicans. And absolutely dead last. Yeah. Throw it up. 142. 142. 01:00:10 Speaker 5: If you look at that, if you look at the blue column, Nick, there's a 6% score next to patriotism for the Democrats. Meanwhile, Republicans scored at 46%. Also coming in second is responsibility and honesty for Republicans. Their top vote getter was equality, because I think they confused it with equity. I find this striking. I want to get your take on it because you're one of the most patriotic men that I know. And what does something like this tell you about the political divide in America? 01:00:48 Speaker 3: I think it's striking that they voted as high as six on patriotism. And I know that sounds flippant, but I spent 10 years in the Virginia General Assembly. And I remember for a good portion of that time, I used to say, hey, look, we're all Americans. 01:01:04 Speaker 2: We're all Virginians. 01:01:05 Speaker 3: We just We want what's best for our people. We just have different ideas on how to get there. And I stopped saying it toward the end because it wasn't true. And if you look at everything from the 1619 Project to Noam Chomsky to Howard Zinn, if you look at all of the denigrating histories of America, which essentially tried to revision everything from the perspective of America as the bad guys, it's all coming from the left. And you even look at when the left is trying to say something nice about America. Michelle Obama actually probably summed it up best. She said, for the first time in my adult life, I'm proud to be an American or I'm proud of my country. 01:01:44 Speaker 5: Why? 01:01:44 Speaker 3: Because Barack Obama was doing well in the polls. It's not as if America is this independent idea or culture thing. or civilization that they're proud of and simply want to improve. They're only proud of America insofar as they're in charge. And if you look at the things that they want and the things that they value, you don't find these things in the Declaration of Independence or in the debates over the Constitution. They largely think those things were just debates among straight white slave owners. They want something very, very different. And it comes from a Marxist image of the world. It comes from a critical theory image of the world. And so, no, I don't think it's bizarre to say that the Democratic Party– and it hasn't always been this way, by the way. There was a time where you could find plenty of very, very patriotic Democrats. And you still probably can among your grandpa or someone like that. But among elected Democrats, they don't have a lot of positive things to say about the United States. And when 59 percent of Democrats polled say they have a favorable view of the democratic socialists of America– An organization that comes right out and says they essentially want to completely revamp the Constitution to bear no resemblance to what it currently is. Then why are we surprised when, yeah, Democrats are not patriotic? They don't love America. They love their ideas. They love their ideology. They certainly want America to adopt those ideas. And insofar as they do, they will give, quote unquote, America a little bit of credit. But there's no deep abiding love for our founding principles or ideas. They think they're evil and oppressive. 01:03:16 Speaker 2: I have a few thoughts and reactions to this. One of these, I agree strongly, our friend Jonathan Kieperman had a good reaction to this, where he just said, one of the easiest political advantages we should exploit right now is the fact that the left clearly considers it uncouth, ugly, arguably unacceptable to love this country, to like this country. And we should 100% take advantage of that, because on a deep level, people who live in this country are generally going to want to like it. And if there is one party that just obviously hates the country and the other obviously loves it, that will be to our advantage, which is important because you see takes even growing nominally with people on the right to bash America, to do revisionism where America is the source of all these problems in the world or where us winning World War II was a bad idea. No, if we own America's great, it's a massive force for good in the world. We rock your country rules. Huge advantage for us that we should take advantage that we should exploit it. While we're able to, but also that it's very terrifying what this means politically because you can see all this rot in the country that is clearly downstream of this. When we were talking about the state of California, that they allow Los Angeles or San Francisco or New York to be mired in garbage and filth. They let weird, vagrant criminals wander around and attack people. It's clearly related to that deficit of patriotism because... On a deep psychological level, they don't feel shame or embarrassment that that's happening in their countries, in their cities, and instead they feel it's sort of deserved. Bad things happen to this country, and it's really a good thing. This country has it coming because it's rotten at its heart. 01:04:57 Speaker 3: I think we need to understand something like this. Having spoken on enough college campuses, especially like in Seattle, this is what they're taught. You don't fight to preserve or even to improve something that you think is fundamentally rotten and bad. And when you talk to a lot of these more left-leaning students, they really believe it. I talk to older, maybe moderates or center-left people, and they're like, oh, that's just an extreme. It's like that extreme has been teaching your kids from elementary school all the way through graduate school for the last 40 years now. And you're surprised that there's a critical mass of people in this country that fundamentally hate it? Of course they don't want to preserve it. They think it's evil. It's rooted in slavery and bigotry and sexism and racism. And the only thing that's going to save it is fundamentally changing it. Into what? Into what the DSA wants, which bears no resemblance to who we are as a people or a country. And so if you don't first diagnose that as the problem and understand that it is systemic within the Democratic Party, well, then you don't understand what battle you're having. You don't understand what fight you're having. You think you're arguing with a fellow American that basically wants the same things, but wants a slightly bigger welfare state. That is not what they want. They want to fundamentally change the country because they've been told it's bad. Why wouldn't you change something that you have been taught your entire life is fundamentally evil? Of course you would. But again, I think you're absolutely right when we come back. No, I'm incredibly proud of my country. And by the way, I'm not going to do 57 caveats about the things we got wrong. Every country gets things wrong. Every people gets things wrong. No country is dedicated more time, effort, money, blood, or treasure in trying to expand human freedom, human liberty, human rights, and has done so with demanding so little in return. We don't have to apologize to anybody. We just don't. To the extent that there was apologies, oh, they've been given, we've tried to make amends, that's it. We're moving forward. We want this country to be great. We want it to be even better than it already is. And we're dedicated to doing that. Who do you want to run your country? Somebody that actually loves it and wants to make it even better? Or somebody that believes that we have to burn it to the ground and replace it with something fundamentally different? So yeah, I think we should lean way into our patriotism. Now, it shouldn't be the kind of patriotism... where we don't actually talk about real ideas or more importantly, deliver real results, right? It's not just good enough to wave the flag. We need to wave the flag in service to something, but it's time that we be bold and unapologetic for who we are as a people and the greatness of our people, as opposed to feeling like we've always got to apologize for something. 01:07:37 Speaker 5: Nick, what do you think is so seductive? Blake mentioned this a little bit. There is a sense of this setting in on the, especially the online right where it's, trendy, in vogue to sort of doom, gloom, and crap on America. Why is that so seductive? 01:07:55 Speaker 3: I think there's two things. I think it's predominantly happening with young men. And if you think about it, there's a logic to it that actually makes sense. If you're a young man that you've grown up in a time where from the time you were in elementary school to the time you graduated college, you were told your masculinity was toxic, especially if you were a straight white man. Now you're the source of all the world's evil. They're looking around, and when they hear we need to preserve our country, they're like, the thing I grew up with was a country where I was constantly denigrated within school, found it difficult to get in college, very difficult to get in a job because of my skin color and my masculinity. And now you're telling me to fight for this at a time where I feel like our priorities are off. What am I fighting for? It's not good enough to say we're fighting for freedom. The freedom to do what? And so I think conservative men need to do a much better job of recognizing how leftism, how feminism infiltrated the church, how it changed the way that we actually talked about things. It changed the way we raised both our sons and our daughters. We told our sons, you know, just pick yourself up by our bootstraps. We raised our daughters to know what to expect from their husbands, but we never raised our daughters to understand what their husbands should be able to expect from them. And so it is time that we reclaim what like genuine biblical masculinity is. It's time that we reclaim what patriotism really looks like and create the sort of society that it makes it very, very easy to want to defend it. I didn't think twice about wanting to go to war on behalf of my country. But I also recognize that I grew up in a time where I wasn't being fed this woke nonsense from elementary school. And so we need to once again give these young men a vision of what our country is supposed to be, not what woke progressives have turned it into the last several decades. 01:09:34 Speaker 5: To put those eggs back they don't like eggs anymore no they like. 01:09:38 Speaker 9: Eggs but we have to set that seven dollars aside for killing palestinians. 01:09:44 Speaker 2: What i mean don't we give israel four billion dollars a year anyways. 01:09:47 Speaker 9: Yeah and now we're giving them another 26 billion dollars do you know how much that is per american taxpayer it's. 01:09:55 Speaker 3: Terrible yeah don't they get universal health care too. 01:09:59 Speaker 4: Yeah they do. 01:10:02 Speaker 2: We're paying for that, too, probably. 01:10:04 Speaker 4: Might as well put the bananas back. 01:10:05 Speaker 3: Mike Rogers is for they-them. 01:10:10 Speaker 8: Abdul and Syed is for you. 01:10:14 Speaker 5: So that's the new ad from the Young Turks and Cenk Uygur, or however you say his name. 01:10:21 Speaker 2: I change it every time. I try to change it every time. I just go with Cenk. Cenk Uygur. And this is what they're actually doing. 01:10:29 Speaker 5: Pushing here. Nick Freitas is joining us now. This is causing a lot of headlines this morning. A lot of people are pretty upset about it. But guess who's not upset about it? The Pod Save America bros are doubling down on this. I mean, you can tell it's like a real push. They got to get Jews and they got to get, you know, I'm going to play the clip and I'm going to give you the floor here, Nick. 01:10:53 Speaker 2: Stop 15. 01:10:55 Speaker 10: Jews in Michigan have a moral obligation. 01:10:57 Speaker 3: To support Abdul. They should do it to. 01:11:00 Speaker 10: Protect themselves from anti-Semitism and rising hatred in America. 01:11:03 Speaker 5: Okay. That's creepy. Can you square this circle for me? Because on the one hand, they're coming after the Jews. 01:11:13 Speaker 2: Vote for him or else. That is what the message there is. 01:11:16 Speaker 5: And then now they're saying, I can't make heads or tails of it. 01:11:19 Speaker 2: Nick, your take. 01:11:21 Speaker 3: I just think it's interesting that Democrats are against sending a bunch of money to foreign countries. That used to be one of their favorite things to do. Aren't they complaining? 01:11:29 Speaker 2: Policy platform, yeah. 01:11:31 Speaker 3: Aren't they complaining about cutting funding to USAID? I mean, this was, oh, I get it. It's because that money was directly going to propping up leftist organizations across the world. Look, no, you can't square the circle. It doesn't make any sense, but it doesn't need to make sense. This is another thing that I try to get people to understand is, about leftism. And again, I'm not talking about your grandma that you love that always voted Democrat because her husband was a union member. That's not what I'm talking about. Your grandma's not getting elected to the Democratic Party, right? Saeed is. Mamdani is. And again, it doesn't need to make sense because when you're living in this oppressor-oppressed dynamic, well, then whoever the oppressors are are the bad guys. By definition, they're the bad guys. And so again, none of this needs to make sense. None of it needs to logically add up. If it makes sense right now to complain about how much money is going overseas, well, then they'll make that argument. And then as soon as they're in, they'll make the argument on why more money needs to go to Ukraine. Because again, it doesn't need to make sense. It just needs to get the job done in order to help them win an election. So insofar as changing the rules or the narrative is helpful for electoral purposes, then they'll change it to whatever it needs to be. Because the moral dynamic is not to be intellectually consistent or honest. 01:12:46 Speaker 2: Right. 01:12:47 Speaker 3: The imperative is win elections. So say whatever needs to be said at any at any given time. But, yeah, the idea that you're going to you're going to vote for a guy that campaigns with Hassan Piker because you have a moral obligation to fight against what? Anti-Semitism or anti-Americanism. 01:13:05 Speaker 2: And hate, hatred. 01:13:07 Speaker 3: Yes. Yes. 01:13:07 Speaker 5: To be fair, love it. And that clip was reacting to Trump criticizing Muslims. 01:13:12 Speaker 2: All right. 01:13:13 Speaker 5: What is interesting here? is that the christian church has a bad track track record when it comes to voting we know that 95 percent of muslims are going to vote and block and they're going to vote democrat straight ticket but the christian church we know about 50 percent of christians will not vote this midterm uh this was a interesting story i don't know if you saw this clip arizona's christ church of the valley pastor one of the largest churches in the nation He told people to go out and vote, and it caused this big uproar. Play it, because I'm proud of him. 01:13:48 Speaker 2: It's not 13. 01:13:49 Speaker 4: And let me tell you, every follower of Jesus, you need to go vote. 01:13:53 Speaker 11: Amen? 01:13:53 Speaker 4: Don't you dare sit on the sidelines during an election. We have a freedom to go vote. Every follower of Jesus should go vote. 01:14:00 Speaker 5: Yeah, I have two questions. What do we do about the church not voting? And what's going to happen to this pastor now that he just encouraged everybody to do the controversial thing of using your constitutional rights? So you're going to be divided from the convention circuit? 01:14:16 Speaker 3: No, you know who the left doesn't mind? When Hillary Clinton shows up to a church in, you know, wherever, South Carolina during primaries, and all of a sudden gets a black Southern accent and starts telling everyone to go vote, nobody on the left has a problem with it. Again, I don't, let me put it this way. 10 years ago, if you told me, Nick, something you said upset the left, I was like, oh, what did I say? Let's see if we can't figure out. Maybe there was a misunderstanding. Maybe we just politely disagree. Five years ago, if you told me something that I said made the left upset, I said, what is it this time? And now when you tell me that something I said made the left upset, my response is good. How do I say it louder? So they get even more upset. 01:14:52 Speaker 2: That is perfect, Nick. 01:14:54 Speaker 5: Honestly, what you just described is the political evolution in the country. 01:14:58 Speaker 2: When everybody's like, oh, it's so divided. It's like, well, I can't talk to this person anymore. 01:15:04 Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm not the one that made it. If you look at where I stood politically 10, 15 years ago, pretty similar to where it is now. If you look at where the average Democrat is, stood 10 or 15 years ago, they weren't advocating for taxpayer funding of chemical castration of gender confused 10 year olds. So I'm not, I'm not divisive for pointing out the divisive things that you've done. But as far as Christians voting, it is absolutely absurd that pastors would not tell their parishioners to go get out there and vote their values. When we say the Lord's prayer, your will, that will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We actually have an opportunity to vote in this country. I lost friends who will never come home from faraway lands so that everybody can vote to include Christians. And if you're telling me that, well, I don't want to mix religion and politics, you're basically saying I don't want to mix morality and politics. I have bad news for you. They're complete. You can't separate the two. One of the dumbest things I hear people say is you can't legislate morality. Ten years in the General Assembly, it's all we legislated. Excuse me. Every single bill. is predicated upon a moral premise. Would you like your morals to actually inform that? Or is it just going to be secular morals? Is it going to be humanist morals? Is it going to be atheist morals? Is it going to be Muslim morals? And if it is going to be Muslim morals, and by the way, Muslim Islam is an ideology, not a race. 01:16:24 Speaker 4: Okay. 01:16:24 Speaker 3: So I'm not a racist when I point out that Islamic ideology has never created a country like the United States. So maybe it's not me being a bad, mean, or evil person by pointing out, huh, this particular culture and ideology, this particular way of thinking socially, politically, theologically, and economically has never created something like the United States. Maybe I would prefer a theological and cultural underpinning, which did create the United States. And there's zero doubt that Christianity was the theological underpinning upon which our founders were operating. So if you are sitting on the sidelines because you don't want to mix religion and politics, Understand you are failing. You have this incredible opportunity, which, by the way, was purchased by people that died so you could have it, to go out there and make sure that our values are reflected in our laws and the way our society is organized. And if you don't take that opportunity and it becomes something vastly different from that, where now you can't sit on the sidelines anymore because you're living in a Marxist country or something else, well, just know it was because you failed everyone that came before you. 01:17:34 Speaker 2: Nick Freitas, great stuff, man. Great to have you. Great to see you. Get out and vote, everybody. Vote like your life depended on it. It does. For more on many of these stories and news you can trust, go to charliekirk.com.
