Speaker 4: All right, good morning, everybody. It's August twelve, twenty twenty six. We're at the WYREFI studios and oh what a day it is. We were planning on covering the Wisconsin elections some other elections this morning. As the top of the show, we had Rich Barisol lined up, and then the defense in the Tyler Robinson case dropped a response to the state's motion when it comes to probable cause upcoming September first hearing, and wow, we've got to cover it. So we've blown up in the top of the show. Here we're going to cover what the defense is now stating in the Tyler Robinson case. Then we're gonna have Ron Johnson talking about Fauci texts in the state of Wisconsin. We have Tom Tiffany, so it's a great show in store for you. But we've got to start here, Blake. This is a defense response to the state's motion regarding probable cause in the preliminary hearing. It's the bind over to argue for that, and we have so much to get through, and Blake, you have been reading voraciously this morning trying to get the entire brief under your belt here. But let's just start with this clip from actually Fox News. It's an attorney on the ground that's reading it. We'll start there and get your response. Blake on the other side, it's not twenty two.
00:02:34
Speaker 5: Attorney's representing Charlie kirk'sc's assassin filing a brief last night. They argue he should not go on trial for murder.
00:02:41
Speaker 2: Here's the reason.
00:02:43
Speaker 6: They're arguing that much of the prosecution's case was based on hearsay testimony from Tyler Robinson's roommate.
00:02:50
Speaker 5: That's the case they're making.
00:02:51
Speaker 7: Well, the apparent defense strategy here isn't to prove that Tyler Robinson didn't kill Charlie Kirk, but that he didn't intend to kill anyone else and that therefore this should not be a death penalty case. Filing, Robinson's lawyers argued the state has failed to establish probable cause that the shooter knowingly created a great risk of death to another other than Charlie Kirk and himself.
00:03:15
Speaker 5: Exactly.
00:03:16
Speaker 3: That is a bomb show. That's to me, that's a bombshell.
00:03:19
Speaker 5: What stands out So this just you know as well as I do. This just dropped on us. A couple hours ago as people noticed that this had been filed and started to read it. And what you look through looking through it is it. It's what they don't say. So this is the defense's filing against probable cause. To remember, we had the week long preliminary hearing. All of this is just to establish probable cause. We'll have this hearing on September first, where the judge will hopefully finally rule do they have all the evidence to proceed to trial. So this is a forty one page document where they're laying out their case on a whole bunch of things. And here's what is almost entirely missing from it is an any effort to contest the core charge that Tyler Robinson committed murder on September tenth of last year. They are a one page, basically one page out of forty one pages. Concerns that they complain that they have testimony from Lance Twiggs, which is what's used to support Robinson's confession his posts on discord and they say this is bolstered by hearsay because Lance Twigs didn't testify in court. The judge already ruled on this, he said, since it's a preliminary hearing, he doesn't need to be cross examined in person. They can do that at an actual trial. That is the only time they're addressing evidence of murder. After that, it's page after page all on either subsidiary crimes like witness tampering, or they're just trying to throw out the death penalty because you can't get a death penalty for murder unless there are aggravating factors. So in Utah, they've tried that he targeted Charlie over his political expression, and they've tried that he endangered other people at the scene. He endangered miners at the scene based on there being a big crowd and he's firing at a long distance. That's the entirety of this briefing. So there's page after page where they're arguing, well he was like they literally argue at length the shooters. The evidence shows the shooter was firing in a prone position, so that means he was taking care with his shot and aiming really cautiously, and so he was not really placing a lot of other people at risk. They're basically arguing the alleged shooter was a good shot and so this aggravating factor should be thrown out. They argue at length only one round was fired, and they bring in all these other cases where they say, if you're gonna say he endangered other people, there should have been other people who were hit. There should have been many rounds fired. They fuss over, yeah, there were multiple rounds in the gun, but that that doesn't prove anything. It just proves the gun could fire more shots. It doesn't mean they plan to endanger other people. This is what the document focuses on. There's absolute nothing addressing the core facts that dominated the preliminary hearing. That this is a person who basically allowed himself to turned himself in after his parents confronted him, after they identified him from footage. This is a person who confessed to his roommate that he did this and that he regretted doing it. This is a person caught repeatedly on camera on the campus when it's many hours away from where he lived. And they never ever ever address all of the DNA evidence linking him to the rifle, linking him to the screwdriver, linking him to the towel. They don't address those things because it seems that the defense attorneys don't have a defense to offer there, Yeah.
00:06:41
Speaker 4: No, and that I just want to be really clear and I checked with the attorneys this morning. They are not arguing against premeditated murder. And most people would assume that premeditated murder would warrant the death penalty. Well, in the state of Utah, as Blake mentioned, you need aggravating factors. So what are those aggravating factors that you could have been danger to minor, you could have endangered other people, that you did it because of political reasons, you know, think hate crime.
00:07:07
Speaker 3: That they don't argue any of that stuff.
00:07:09
Speaker 4: They're basically saying, yeah, it was premeditated, but there was no aggravating factors, and there was.
00:07:14
Speaker 3: Other bullets in the gun.
00:07:16
Speaker 4: But you know, that's an assumption that he was intending to fire additional shots.
00:07:23
Speaker 3: It's pretty wild.
00:07:24
Speaker 4: So if other things that aren't in there, though, Blake just to call it the elephant in the room. Are so many of the conspiracy theories that have been rife on social media right So, for example, on page twenty two, one of the newest things that's percolating online from the Candice Owan's crowd is that that wasn't really Tyler Robinson in the surveillance video and that the fish eye effect. You know, when you actually adjust it for the fishy effect, it's obviously somebody different than Tyler Robinson. Well, it turns out with a fishye effect, the center of the image is usually pretty accurate. It's the sides that get distorted. If you stretch the image, you're actually distorting the center of the image at that point. Whatever that's in the weeds. But check this out. On page twenty two, it says the video evidence shows mister Robinson walking up and downstairs at UVU with a gait impaired by something long in his pant leg. The reasonable inference from the evidence provided is that it was a fully assembled rifle. So it goes on the presence of a screwdriver on the roof does not establish that the rifle was taken apart to put back together any more than it establishes that the screwdriver is intended to take the rifle apart after So there's quibbling over when the rifle was put together or taken apart in the presence of a screw drip. They're not even arguing that he wasn't there. They're admitting that he was there. And that the video evidence proves that he was there. So what's fascinating on multiple levels to me is there. Yeah, the bombshell is the big e on the I chart. The headline is that they're not arguing that it wasn't him. They're arguing that he doesn't deserve the death penalty.
00:08:58
Speaker 3: Okay.
00:08:59
Speaker 4: In my mind, this is premeditated murder. He deserves the death penalty, okay. And they're not arguing though that any of these conspiracy theories, they're not arguing from that perspective at all. As a matter of fact, there's other motions that have been filed that call that stuff hair brain Internet conspiracy theories.
00:09:17
Speaker 3: So you know, I just.
00:09:20
Speaker 4: There's so much to take away here, Blake. But you're right, it's the dog that didn't bark. What's not in there is extraordinary, actually, if you're living in our existence here for me and Blake. All right, Blake, I got a note from Andrea Burkhart. She has got some family stuff and that's great, so she wasn't able to join, but she says, in short the defense brief, it's pretty much exactly what I predicted they'd argue. I think the one witness tampering charge gets dropped, but the aggravator sticks explain this witness tampering charge what it is, and the aggravators.
00:10:00
Speaker 5: As well exactly so, the witness tampering is one of the secondary charges that was brought in this case. So obviously the most important one is capital murder. But they did charge Robinson as well with witness tampering because in his text exchanges with Lance Twiggs prior to turning himself in, he told him basically, stay silent, you should get a lawyer, remain you know, don't basically don't talk to police. And what they a secondary part of this is basically that when he tells him to get a lawyer, he's not telling They basically say, he's not telling him this, so to say, shut up, don't tell them what I did, he basically is just saying, for your own sake, you should just not talk to police. And they basically say, this is an altruistic argument. You can't charge someone with witness tampering for telling them to exercise their constitutional rights. And so I guess Andrea is saying, they probably have a good point on that one, and it's admittedly not the charge that we care about either they He basically just says if they literally, But I think what stands out about this is by making this argument, they are admitting Tyler Robinson was talking to Lance Twiggs. They literally are quoting themselves. They say he mister Robinson says to mister Twiggs, I'm gonna turn myself in Willingly, one of my neighbors here is a deputy for the sheriff. We hope to keep things sort of quiet here. I only hope they let you visit. And he says, I'm gonna miss you. He says, like, I'm almost certainly going to go to prison.
00:11:33
Speaker 2: All of this.
00:11:33
Speaker 5: Actually what he says is Twiggs asks him, is there any way you don't go to prison? And he says, I highly doubt it. You are all I worry about my love. Don't talk to any media. Please don't take any interviews or make comments. So he's basically saying, I am going to turn myself in, I'm going to prison, but you should avoid talking to anyone and get a lawyer and try to remain silent.
00:11:54
Speaker 3: And so they just say.
00:11:56
Speaker 5: That is advising him to use his rights doesn't count as witness. And I guess Andrea thinks they make a strong argument, but she is optimistic that the enhancers will stick around, which are the endangerment of others and the political motivations for going after Charlie. And again it stands out what they don't address, for example, I don't see anywhere in this document where they mentioned, for example, all the engravings that he made on his bullets, which are a strong indicator that he had a kind of political motivation of it. They don't really address the fact that he says, you know, I've had enough of his hate, that he was upset by Charlie's political advocacy. They very much want to make it seem like he, I guess, just wanted to kill Charlie because he was a celebrity, he was a famous person. They need something like that, because if there's any political aspect to this, the State of Utah is able to make the case this is aggravated murder. It is eligible for the death penalty. And I do want to clarify one important thing, our glorious Supreme Court is who's responsible for why you need these aggravating factors. It used to be any murder by default is a eligible for the death penalty. Our glorious Supreme Court decades ago said Nope, you need these aggravating factors. But I do think it's worth highlighting here. Utah would have a lot easier time with this if they had a law, and I think every red state should have a law if you are doing public terrorism, which I think this would easily qualify as that should be an aggravating factor. Unto itself. It's insane to me that anyone could go to a big public event with a rifle, assassinate the speaker and have it not be aggravated murder. So that's food for thought there. But I'm glad Andrea is optimistic that this charge will hold up.
00:13:39
Speaker 4: Yeah, And I mean, I'm just looking at these texts. You know, I'm gonna turn myself in willingly. One of my neighbors here is a deputy for the sheriff. We hope to keep things sort of quiet here. I only hope they let you visit. I'm gonna miss you too. Please be good for me. If you need anything at all. Both of my parents are willing to help you. Please go to them. Leave the room alone.
00:14:00
Speaker 3: DS.
00:14:00
Speaker 4: We'll search at top to bottom for certain than work with my family to sort it out and what goes where and such. In response to mister Twiggs question, is there any way you don't go to prison? You mentioned this, I highly doubt it. I will update you as soon as I can. If you need a place to stay, I'm sure my family would.
00:14:16
Speaker 3: Have you in my old room. You are all I worry about. Love.
00:14:20
Speaker 4: Don't talk to any media. Please, don't take any interviews or make comments. I will always love you too. I will write to you as often as possible. If any police ask you questions, ask for a lawyer and stay silent. Make sure the police follow the right procedures, proper warrants and stuff. Be polite and respectful, of course. And then the defense says these statements by Robinson can textualize his altruistic advice to mister Twiggs to exercise his right under the Fifth Amendment to ask for a lawyer and stay silent. The facts do not support state's allegation that this statement by mister Robinson was made with an attempt to prevent an official preceding or investigation. So this is it's all very interesting to see. I actually have and to agree with Andrea here based on the evidence presented that witness tampering. Doesn't feel like that's what he was doing. He was sort of, it seems like, resigned to the fact that he was going to be going to prison and that this was going to be a massive federal investigation and state investigation.
00:15:18
Speaker 3: So that makes sense.
00:15:19
Speaker 4: But this your point about needing aggravating assaults, Like, I'm still my jaws a bit on the floor, and it took me a few minutes to kind of wrap my head around at Blake that they even have to prove aggregate aggravating factors here because he only premeditated one person, and he was a good shot and shot over the heads of people not intentionally endangering Like this is crazy, actually, like when you step back for just a second.
00:15:45
Speaker 3: Anyways, bombshell stuff.
00:15:47

00:17:14
Speaker 2: All right.
00:17:14
Speaker 4: Joining us now is Senator Ron Johnson, the Great Ron Johnson from the great state of Wisconsin. Senator, You've got a lot of news to get to today, because you've got fauci text message and all USUF. But I've got to get your reaction to what happened last night. Hong did not win as many suspected she would, all the polling suggested that she would. And now we've got Crowley who's going up against Tom Tiffany, who joins us at the top of the next hour.
00:17:39
Speaker 3: By the way, what do you make of it?
00:17:41
Speaker 6: Well, first of all, having run three state wide elections here in Wisconsin, I will verify the fact that you can't trust the polls.
00:17:48
Speaker 2: I would have closed up.
00:17:49
Speaker 6: A shop long time ago ahead I actually looked at them, So set those aside.
00:17:53
Speaker 2: I think obviously.
00:17:54
Speaker 6: David Crowley will be a more formidable candid opponent than Francesca Honk.
00:17:59
Speaker 2: Would have been.
00:18:01
Speaker 6: By the way, I take no joy in the rise of the socialism here in this country for creating candidates that may be easier to beat. It's a very dangerous sign. But I think the concern in Wisconsin is that we continue to be out polled or out voted Democrats versus Republicans. We've just been wiped out in these midterm or you know, non general election spring election Supreme Court races by a couple hundred thousand votes.
00:18:29
Speaker 2: That's the same pattern last night.
00:18:30
Speaker 6: Now we didn't have a real primary for the governorship, but you know, Tiffany had that wrapped up. But we had about five hundred thousand Republicans come out last night. Seven hundred thousand Democrats came out. So that's worrisome, and I think that's a concern.
00:18:44
Speaker 2: Across the nation.
00:18:46
Speaker 6: President Trump's now on the ballot, so his supporters aren't coming out going to vote for him. He needs to energize them to come out and vote for Republicans.
00:18:54
Speaker 2: We may not be.
00:18:55
Speaker 6: Perfect, but the Democrats are orders of magnitude worse than Republicans, and we need to feed these people. We cannot allow this rise of socialism to continue.
00:19:05
Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, I think that's a really interesting question. It kind of puts us in a weird place as conservatives, where you if you look at social media last night, there was a lot of people that were almost pulling for Hong to win because that they thought might favor Tom Tiffany. But you don't want a radical Thanksgiving hating, you know, Senate abolishing dsa member to be nominated. That's what's worse, right, you know, obviously both candidates Crowley and Hong are going to be orders of magnitude worse than the conservative But it is kind of one of those things. I mean, I think, you know, Harry Savato's crystal Ball went from toss up or lean Conservative to now lean Democrat just because the I guess, the more establishment candidate won last night. What do you think needs to happen between now and November to increase our chances that Tom Tiffany gets over the finish line know the state better than anybody.
00:20:01
Speaker 3: Senator.
00:20:02
Speaker 6: Well, again, I think there's one person who can reenergize our base.
00:20:05
Speaker 2: That's President Trump.
00:20:07
Speaker 6: Republicans, we need to stop the circular firing squad. I know it's occurring right now in the Senate recess. We've got a lot of candidates, they've got tough races. They want to get back and start.
00:20:16
Speaker 2: Doing some campaigning.
00:20:17
Speaker 6: There was nothing we were going to accomplish in August anyway. Please, if you're a conservative for Republican, don't hold it against Republicans for not passing the Save America Act.
00:20:27
Speaker 2: We all wanted it.
00:20:29
Speaker 6: There are a couple who had some issues with the full Save America Act, but we all voted for Voter id as we left town, fifty three of us voted for that, or fifty two minus McConnell didn't vote. The reason we don't have voter integrity laws, the reason we couldn't pass Save America Act or even say that, is because Democrats are opposed to every election integrity measure but performed because they want to make it easy to cheat, because that's the way they think they can turn this America into one party nation, a socialist, a communist nation.
00:21:00
Speaker 2: They are the opponent. Again, I'm not saying Republicans are perfect.
00:21:03
Speaker 6: I've got a lot of bones speak with a lot of my colleagues, but we are so much better. You know, we actually believe in freedom, we believe in the limited government, we believe in a free enterprise system. We reject socialism, communism. That's the direction Democrats are taking us.
00:21:19
Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, I senator, you know, I know you've got a lot of different things you got to deal with with your Senate colleagues. I wish we would have stayed in DC, done the talking filibuster like Mike Lee wanted, or whatever passive reconciliation package with the Save America ACTPAS, whatever campaigning or fundraising the senators are doing in these tough elections. I just think it pales in comparison to actually getting.
00:21:45
Speaker 2: Let me stop you. None of those things would have passed.
00:21:48
Speaker 6: Again, you have to understand the talking filibuster would not work because we don't have a two speech rule. When I met with Mike Lee with parlamentarian found out, oh, no, two speech rules. By the wayside that Robert Byrd ended that when he said change the Senate rules where you can offer unlimited amendments, so an amendment doesn't count a speech. So there was no way you could use a talking filibuster to get to the question, to call the question as a majority vote. I recognize that reality. Unfortunately, unfortunately that reality hasn't caught up with a lot of our supporters. But there was no way to pass Save America Act with the talking filibuster. There's no way you could sit there and pressure Democrats to vote for it. Wouldn't happen again. That's why I supported that albuster. But understand my college and probably half the conference does not want enm the filibuster. I don't want to end the filibuster when Democrats are in charge, so that that's the danger in any of the filibuster. I think they'll do it anyway. A lot of my colleagues don't believe that. But trust me, if we were to end the fildbuster and Democrats get in charge, we would wish we'd have that filibuster back. So again that that's the legitimate point of view. But again there's we would not have passed Save America Act. We want to pass a reconciliation.
00:23:01
Speaker 2: Bill in this thing.
00:23:02
Speaker 6: So again, God to understand reality, I totally support it. And by the way I talked to the President, you agreed, No, let's go. Let's take our time and do a much better reconciliation package. Put whatever election integrity measures we can do that you know, put into that. You know, have more money for the members of our military who are in harm's way, but try and come up with pay for us, you know, so we're not totally exploding our depth sits. So again, I wasn't that nuts about the House pass package. So let's do a far better one. And that's going to take.
00:23:35
Speaker 4: Some time, Okay, fair enough, So, so I didn't expect to spend so much time on this. I do actually want to get to the Fauci stuff. But as far as the Reconciliation package, if we can get it through there, if you could pass the bird bath.
00:23:47
Speaker 3: That sounds amazing. What would be the timing for that? Uh? Can you pass that? And I think you got like two weeks when you get back.
00:23:55
Speaker 2: Well, first of.
00:23:55
Speaker 6: All, any election integrity measures we could pass, they're not going to take impact, take effects for this election. We're talking about for twenty twenty eight. So at this point there's no rush. We would have had to do that back in January, February March. That time has passed in terms of getting something done before this election.
00:24:12
Speaker 2: It's going to be tough, but I.
00:24:14
Speaker 6: Would much rather take our time, you know, make sure that we have the committees instructed. And this is getting to budget wonkishness, but we need the committees that actually have paid for us in them so we can address the massive fraud in medicaid and of these other areas. And the skinny package would not instructed those committees, so we wouldn't have had the adequate pay for us. So now we can take our time, we can make our case as budget share I'm going to be holding hearings on the reality of the fraud in Medicaid, the fraud in Medicare, I say, the fraud in social Security. We need to stamp that out. And I think the high assessment that I've heard is a trillion dollars per year fraud. The lowest is like two hundred and fifty billion dollars. That will take some congressional action to make sure we eliminate that.
00:24:59
Speaker 4: Senator win, you mentioned it's going to be tough to get it done before this election. I mean, if you're looking at the polling, if you're looking at the generic ballots, getting it done before this election feels pretty important.
00:25:12
Speaker 3: I mean, isn't that kind of the deadline here?
00:25:16
Speaker 6: Or do you do You're again, you're looking you're you're looking at legislation passed by the federal government to improve people's lives. I don't have faith in the federal government that way. I think we need to reduce the sioscope and cost government. We're not talking about that in terms of the reconciliation. So this is a long term project. Uh, there's not much we can do in terms of foridability.
00:25:38
Speaker 2: I mean, let's just be honest. I'm I'm a blunt person, Okay. Uh, the war in Iran has driven up the cost of energy.
00:25:44
Speaker 6: Even though President Trump had the right formula, Drill, Baby Drill. We were bringing down the cost of gasoline until he had to take out the extential threat that Iran was.
00:25:53
Speaker 2: That's reality. We need to explain that.
00:25:55
Speaker 6: But the problem, the reason other things aren't affordable is because we've been in a chronic debt crisis now for decades running. These massive deficits is devalued to our currency. Do you realize a dollar you held in nineteen ninety eight is only worth fifty cents, a value you held in twenty nineteen is worth less than eighty cents.
00:26:13
Speaker 2: That is permit evaluation.
00:26:15
Speaker 6: So again, when I was in business, I always like to underpromise and overdeliver. What drives me us about politicians over promising what they can't deliver.
00:26:23
Speaker 2: So let's be honest about these things.
00:26:26
Speaker 6: There's not much we can do before election day to improve affordability. What we can do is got to get out and talk to our constituents and let them know socialism has never worked. The solution here is reducing the size scope across the government. It's influencing your lives. The debt and the deaf sit you know, rely on a free enterprise system that incentivizes people to build businesses and create good paying jobs. Again, it's not necessarily an easy case to make when you have an education system cranking out a bunch of a socialist, I mean it's radical leftists. When you have a legacy news Meetia who's spouting that same crap as well. So again, it's not an easy task for Republicans. There's not some magic silver bullet that, oh, yeah, we're gonna stay in Washington, d C. Pass more laws. They're gonna prove no, we pass away too many laws in Washington, d C. And again, Democrats will never agree to vote for election tegery laws.
00:27:22
Speaker 2: They just won't do it.
00:27:23
Speaker 6: With aug limnads filibuster, we're not gonna be able to be able to do that.
00:27:27
Speaker 3: Well.
00:27:28
Speaker 4: Where we have very strong agreement, Senator Johnson. The great Senator Johnson, by the way, is when it comes to deficit spending. If you want to talk about why inflation, why things are expensive, why people are feeling the pinch, a huge driver of that is deficit spending. We're running two trillion dollar deficits and I'm reminded now, Senator of you coming on the show throughout the years, and being you know, one of the holdouts on the Big Beautiful Bill because you were upset there wasn't more you know, spending cuts in So you've been very, very consistent on that, and I think you're completely right. I bring up often, but Milton Friedman says the only place inflation comes from is Washington DC, because only Washington, d C. Has a printing press for money. All Right, they're the ones that make the green dollars. They printed trillions of dollars of deficits every year and that is actually a huge driver of this COVID et cetera. All right, Senator you are all over the news this week, and you've been doing great work. You and Senator ran Paul truly leading the charge. There's text messages that everybody's talking about. Now, Blake, why don't you set it up and we'll have Senator Johnson respond exactly.
00:28:33
Speaker 5: So, you guys, you've been releasing literally thousands upon thousands of faucie text messages, and God bless you for doing that, and we finally got a big one. A lot of people have wondered, did that miscarriage I had in twenty twenty one, twenty twenty two, after I had to get the shot. Could that have been related? And there was so much pressure from the media from Fauci, there's no risk. We've seen nothing, and now we see we see, at least in private, he was a lot more circumspect about what things were, what the reality was. We have a message, he said, since many people have significant cytokine storms and fever after the second dose of the shot, this theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the first trimester. And then the people he was talking to, Lenski and Murphy, they agreed, They said, good point. What are we learning here? Senator?
00:29:29
Speaker 6: First of all, just correct. There have been a couple thousand pages of his diary release. We just got his phone late last week. We're able to download them too searchable forms, and my staff started looking at some key dates and they pulled this needle out of a haystack, which I thought, we better get into the public realm as soon as possible, because it impacts public healthy impacts.
00:29:48
Speaker 2: And formed consented.
00:29:50
Speaker 6: If I'm a woman who's about to get pregnant or pregnant, I'd want to know that Anthony Fauci apparently had knowledge. I've never seen this. I've covered or watched this very closely. I never knew that they had information that you had higher cydekind storms after the second dose, brand new information to me, and of course with fever that could impact theoretically miscarriages in the first trimester. Now he's talking about this a little more than a month after the emergency use authorization, Vyers is already being deluged with adverse events, which they're all ignoring. So I appreciate the fact now this has made news because it's associated with Fauci. But an even more egregious example of the federal health officials knowing the dangers of these shots and saying nothing about it was a month later Peter Marks, ahead of the FDA division that approves vaccines and supposed to.
00:30:48
Speaker 2: Surveil for safety, was warned that his algorithm.
00:30:51
Speaker 6: Would high safety signals. Twenty six days later, with using a new algorithm, he was shown dozens of safety signals, including sun cardiac death Paul Marion, which, by the way, Fauci suffered from himself in June to twenty twenty one, different types of strokes, and they buried it. To this day, they're not acknowledging it. So people like Fauci, Peter Marx, Toom Schimakuro, the very people who were supposed to be watching these things and warning doctors, practitioners, the public. If they were watching it, they sure weren't telling us. And this is just a tip of the iceberg. This is just one small little threat of evidence. Then Anti Fauci knew more, and he did not carry out his responsibility of warning the American republic about what he knew, what he feared, what he was hypothesizing.
00:31:37
Speaker 4: I think this is really infuriating on so many levels. But it's because it's about children too, right, pregnant women. This is a tweet from Mega McCain to eighteen. She says, put Fauci in jail. I am a woman who was pregnant and had a miscarriage during COVID. She goes on to say, this is not hyperbole, handcuff, purp walk and put Fauci in jail for the rest of his life. Now, whether or not you could do any of that stuff is not the question. The anger that she is expressing. I can't imagine being forced to have to take the shot to keep my job, to do what I had to do to be in the military for goodness sake, have a miscarriage, and now find out on the back end that they were aware that this was a real threat. My question to you is, in any public statements following this text thread that you've released, did doctor Fauci admit to this? Did he hint about it? Did he acknowledge that this was things they were looking into anything?
00:32:34
Speaker 2: No?
00:32:34
Speaker 6: Instead, he said there are no red flags. He says, we're not seeing safety signals. No, they were being shown the red flags. They were being shown the safety sinners. They were screening at them. Again versus overwhelmed. The contract that they hired to input reports surveyors, they said their worst case scenario is.
00:32:52
Speaker 2: A thousand ever events a day. They were getting tens of thousands. Vre's was overwhelmed.
00:32:58
Speaker 6: They got about a million averages in the first year in twenty twenty one. So again, what is so infury about this. I've had doctor James Thorpe, he's an obgyn practicing for I think forty years. He was seeing this. I've had him test fight at my public events, had a hearing. The mainstream media doesn't cover it, So that's what's so frustrating to me is I've been putting this out now for years. I've been warning the public for years. I've been called a whack job. You know, I'm an anti vaxxis supposedly you know, I'm a villain. I've been ridiculed, But only once Fauci, once it came from his text, the mainstream media was forced.
00:33:38
Speaker 2: To cover it.
00:33:38
Speaker 6: By the way, the way they're covering it is they're covering up for him. You know, I'm mostening to the Wall Street Read the Wall Street Journal article on this one. This is exactly what Fauci should have done. He's hypothesizing. He's doing what any scientists would do. Know, what a public health officier should have done is, yeah, hypothesize, take a look at these things, but then warn the public, don't keep it to yourself, and don't lie bold faced the public that we're just now seeing in red flags, we see no safety signals. They were shown dozens of safety signals within months of the emergency use authorization, well before the injection was finally approved, well before it was mandated to the members of our military, mandate to many other people used to coerce people, including children who by the way. Now we know that FT is acknowledging children through ouptops. He's died of the injection. Where's that on the mainstream news media? So again I hold the media as culpable as I hold Fauciet and all these other federal officials that lie to the American public. The news media, they had access to this, they just wouldn't ask. They covered for them all this time. They're still covering for them.
00:34:45
Speaker 4: Well, Senator Ron Johnson, I echo what Blake said. God bless you for being the tip of the spear on this. You and Ram Paul deserve our admiration and our appreciation for this. And you know, I just want to say, you were talking about the rise of DSA. How do we how do we make our case? Can you imagine if the DSA would have been in charge at any sort of level during COVID, how much worse it would have been. It was already terrible, the authoritarian impulse of so many people to seize control, close us down, force us, and coerce us to take these shots against our will. It would only be worse. So God bless you, sir, Thank you for making the time. We'll talk to you again soon.
00:35:22
Speaker 2: God about you.
00:35:25
Speaker 4: Midterm elections are coming up in control of Congress is on the line. If there's one thing financial markets hate, its uncertainty, and uncertainty is exactly what the next few months are going to bring in twenty twenty four. If it taught us anything, it's that uncertainty breeds volatility. Between now and November could be one of the most volatile stretches for the stock market and the economy. So you owe it to yourself to have a plan. Here's the good part. There's a simple way to protect what you've built, and that's gold. Physical gold and silver. Let you hedge against that volatility, and there's no better partner for it than Noble Gold Investments. For over a decade, Noble Gold has helped everyday Americans protect their wealth with precious medals. They make it simple, they make it easy, and they make it safe.

That's eight seven seven six four six five three four seven, or visit them online at Noblegoldinvestments dot com slash Kirk and find out how to protect yourself, your wealth, and your family. We have Congressman Tom Tiffany, who is now officially the Republican nominee for governor from the state of Wisconsin, joining us now. Congressman, congratulations on your runaway win last night. I think it's fair to say it was barely contested, but you got ninety six percent, almost ninety six percent of.
00:37:06
Speaker 3: The vote last night.
00:37:09
Speaker 4: So we'll start there and then we'll turn our attention to what you have next. Here it is four hundred and sixty seven thousand votes for Congressman Tom Tiffany. He's the Trump endorsed candidate in Wisconsin, and obviously Blake. All eyes were turned to the Democrat side of the Ledger, where David Crowley wins in unexpected fashion, eking out a victory over Francesca Hong. So you won an overwhelming fashion last night. Tell us your takeaways from last night, and then we'll turn our attention to the Democrat side of the Ledger.
00:37:42
Speaker 1: So just so grateful for the support of the people across the state of Wisconsin to be our nominee. We started nearly a year ago on this quest to bring affordability and accountability to state government. And so we're done with the first step here and now we move to the real show and we're really looking forward to it as we bring this message of common sense to people across the state of Wisconsin. And we turned Wisconsin red in November.
00:38:09
Speaker 3: Amen.
00:38:10
Speaker 4: You know, we just had Senator Ron Johnson and he said, never believe the polls. Okay, he said he would have packed it up a long time ago if he was just looking at the polling in Wisconsin. It is a notoriously difficult state to poll, that is true. But man, we I mean, Francesca Hong was way ahead on the Democrat side for that primary. And lo and behold, David Crowley ekes out a I guess aer point five percent victory. So the DSA candidate has been defeated. David Crowley is now your opponent. What do you make of what just happened on the Democrat side of the ledger Because you know Wisconsin, Yeah, it's a toss up state, it's a purple state. But they almost elected a DSA candidate to represent them for governor. That didn't happen, but man, it was. What are your takeaways?
00:39:01
Speaker 1: Yeah, so the Democrat Party has capitulated to big government socialism here across America, including here in Wisconsin. And make no doubt about it, the Democrat establishment they put their thumb on the scale in this election. They did not want Francesca Hong, who was telling the truth about their policies, and in fact, the man that won, David Crowley, he said two weeks ago that he's basically in alignment with all of her policies. Make no doubt about it. This is where Democrats are at this point. Some of them still don't want to say it out loud. Give Francesca ah On credit for that much. She told people the truth. People are going to find out that there's nothing moderate about David Crowley.
00:39:49
Speaker 2: Yeah.
00:39:49
Speaker 4: Well, and you mentioned they put their thumb on the scale. I think a lot of us are wondering what the heck happened. I mean, we have become accustomed to Milwaukee and Detroit, among other cities, pulling some shenanigans. Last night, there was something I want to ask you if you're worried about this when it comes to the to the general November Sat.
00:40:06
Speaker 8: Sixteen, I guess the exact thing, yes, is if five of the USB sticks were missing results from the election, so then they have to they have to go try to regrab them. Yeah, and there all the folks behind the scenes are talking about this as well.
00:40:28
Speaker 4: So okay, so they said it was due to human error and that there was nothing to see here. Are you guys hearing any intel about what happened here? Do you feel satisfied with the explanation.
00:40:41
Speaker 1: I haven't gotten any intel, but you could see even Steve Karnaki was really frustrated by what was going on and going, what the heck is happening in Milwaukee. We're focused on November and making sure that we turn out people because we've seen it before. You right, you alluded to Senator Ron Johnson. He's won twice in the last decade here, and he's done it by having clear contrast. And we take our clues from people like him, who know how to campaign in Wisconsin to deliver that clear contrast between crazy and common sense and make no.
00:41:18
Speaker 5: Doubt about it.
00:41:19
Speaker 1: My opponent, I mean, he's a big spending liberal. When they ran a budget deficit in Milwaukee County with him as their executive, how did he fix it? He raised their taxes. I mean, he even allowed five thousand county public employees health insurance to expire at the end of twenty twenty five. He couldn't do a fundamental part of his job. And he said that my policies are going to be very similar to Francesca Hall. We are going to get big government socialism out of him.
00:41:52
Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, I think you're totally right. I'm starting to see that these are distinctions without a real difference. You know, whether it's the establishment dem or the DSA candidate, it seems like the entire party is beholden to the radical base of the party. And I think we can't make that point enough. And you know, I think just calling them socialists is probably not the winning messaging. But to highlight concrete policy differences that you have with your opponent is the key. You have to bring it home that this is going to raise taxes. This is going to be big government. This is going to be authoritarian tyranny in so many different ways in places of your life that you're not currently expecting. Why don't you take the last two minutes here, Congressman, and explain what you your vision for the state of Wisconsin is.
00:42:38
Speaker 1: You know, I especially think about your audience and so many young people out there that they're deciding where am I? Where is my political philosophy at this point? And that's why I call it big government socialism because it will do great harm to America. And I just say to young people, keep your faith in America. America's went through rocky times before, and you know we have this inflation, high cost of living, those type of things that are going on right now. You go back to the fundamentals, and that is, don't turn more control of your life over to government because they're just going to raise your taxes, have more regulations and red tape, and you're not going to be able to afford a home. Go back to the fundamentals, and that's what I'm doing. Let's return money to the taxpayers. We're going to end the four hundred year property tax increase, we're going to stop these massive increases and utility rates over two billion dollars in the last eight years. We're going to make Wisconsin more affordable, and that's how we become prosperous, and that's how you're going to be able to buy a new home because that's something we are so focused on. We want young people to have home ownership that's affordable once again, and that's reducing red tape, reducing taxes, and making sure that you have enough money at the end of the month that you can afford a mortgage and the American dream, which a big part of it is to own a home.
00:44:00
Speaker 4: Yeah, and that that was really Charlie's vision to Congressman. It was, we want young people to be able to get married, to have kids, to own homes. If you want radical politics, you just tell a bunch of young people gen z that they're just gonna rent and they're gonna be happy. You will own nothing and you will be happy. If that's what you want, then you'll have a whole generation that doesn't have skin in the game and they'll vote for the socials, they'll vote for the DSA candidate happily. But if they can own a piece of this. They don't want it to burn down. Congressman Tom Tiffany dot com. Please, please, please, if you're listening this and the sound of my voice, get behind this campaign.
00:44:37
Speaker 3: Go donate chip in.
00:44:39
Speaker 4: We got a lot of team by the way, and Turning Point Action that is behind you up there in Wisconsin. We have your back. You are going to do a great job. I have every faith in you, and we think this is a state that we can hold. We can hold this and you can you can turn it red in November, Congressman, and you know, final final marching orders yet, turning Point Action endorse.
00:45:00
Speaker 2: There you go.
00:45:00
Speaker 4: There's your beautiful face right there, Congressman. Final thirty seconds. What are the marching orders between now November.
00:45:05
Speaker 5: Oh, we are.
00:45:07
Speaker 1: Winning this race. We can see it in the polling. But it doesn't matter now. As Senator Johnson said, what matters is on November three, all you young people out there, if you want more freedom, if you want more opportunity, if you want prosperity in the great state of Wisconsin, we're ready to deliver no more of this decline like Minnesota and Illinois. Let's make Wisconsin one of the great states in America once again.
00:45:29
Speaker 4: Amen, well said sir, Thank you, God bless you. Congratulations and take it home in November, sir, we got your back.
00:45:36
Speaker 2: Great to join you guys.
00:45:38
Speaker 4: All right, so I want to talk about this polling miss which is legitimately historic.
00:45:45
Speaker 3: Throw up two twenty four.
00:45:47
Speaker 4: This was the Wisconsin governor Democrat primary polling, and you got.
00:45:54
Speaker 3: Basically hung up.
00:45:55
Speaker 4: The most recent poll Blake has hung up eighteen, Marquette hung up twenty two, PPP hung up twenty. Impact Research hung up thirteen, Marquette up by eleven, and yet she lost this race. Now two things are true at the same time. I believe in my gut. Again, this is where you know that you get accused of conspiracy theories. I believe there are shenanigans in the state of Wisconsin, whether it be Milwaukee or Dane County, which is where the university is, or and rather you also have she had terrible press for the last two weeks.
00:46:32
Speaker 3: There's no doubt.
00:46:32
Speaker 4: I mean, coming out against Thanksgiving is a wild thing, you know, I think that doesn't That's not really a popular position.
00:46:41
Speaker 5: We often were obviously thankfully not marinating in the left at all times. We have to remember they have their own universe of forums and discussion threads and everything, and I see a little bit of it on X like they were freaking out. They're worrying, is this woman actually going to mess up the entire midterm for us? Because even if they're not big lovers of America and Thanksgiving, they are at least a little bit aware of political facts that this is not something that's going to play well with people. And I just think I think it went viral within Democrat circles of what are we getting into? Are we serious here? Don't mess this up? And I think a lot of rank and file Democrats they're radicalized. They hate Trump, and that makes them actually kind of efficiency minded about this sort of thing. They're not going to I take a lark on an extremist when all that matters is winning to them.
00:47:34
Speaker 4: Yeah, no, And I agree, here's the deal though. I mean, you've got hasan piker out there that is closing up to El Sied.
00:47:42
Speaker 3: That was a squeaker too.
00:47:43
Speaker 4: I do believe the establishment wanted to beat El Sied. They failed in that, but they were successful with Hong because she was the worst candidate. I mean, say what you will about El sayed, he is an extremist, but he is pretty suave, well spoken. He is way more adept at being flexible and responding to the criticisms than Francesca Hong was. Hong literally had mental illness issues. She came out, like I said, against Thanksgiving. She's come out in favor of abolishing the Senate. So I do think you're right that a lot of even Bernie Sanders, by the way, wouldn't get behind her, said I don't really know that raced very well, which was, you know, comrade Sanders' version of I don't like her that much and I don't want to be tied to her. So the point is you're you're right. But it is also interesting if you look at so for example, Greg Price, friend of the show, he said, Francesca hank Is two twenty five, says Francesca hon is somehow woefully underperforming in Madison but massively overperforming in Milwaukee. So that is an interesting it's completely bizarre. It's a totally fair, you know, view of what happened last night. And there was a lot of people that were texting me saying the establishment is up to it again. They still in the driver's seat. They still run these elections, are still in their pocket. They are doing Shenanigans here to make sure that Honk doesn't get across the finish line. Now, the opponent, Crowley. Nobody had even heard of this guy outside of Wisconsin. Really, I mean you heard Tom Tiffany talking about him. He's very well aware of his past and beat his past failures. Guy sounds like an incompetent buffoon who's going to run the state to the ground. Can't you know, run his car let alone a whole state, So that that's fine, but they would prefer him over this total radical. Now, let's also talk about Hassan Piker, because there is a clip going around Hassan Piker got behind Francesca Honk. There's a clip going viral again where Charlie debated with Hassan Piker back in.
00:49:46
Speaker 3: Like twenty eighteen.
00:49:48
Speaker 4: Right, what's the clip number, Guys, I've somehow lost it.
00:49:52
Speaker 3: Give me that clip number. But I remember this.
00:49:55
Speaker 4: I was there when this happened, when Hassan Piker and Charlie talked about and Charlie took him to task, basically saying, hey, listen, guys, this guy wants we should know it's not the anyways, we have a clip. I'm not sure that we have the right clip because there's multiple viral clips.
00:50:14
Speaker 3: From that moment.
00:50:15
Speaker 4: But Charlie takes him to task, saying, you want to instill a system which will rob from producers and rob from us who work really hard, and you know, yeah, this is the clip. I think it's great. Anyways, doesn't if the team doesn't have it, that's fine. But then now we find out Blake that hasan Piker is living in a two point five million dollar house in West Hollywood. So this is a guy that thinks we deserve nine to eleven. He wants to take down the American empire, wants to kill Rick Scott, wants to see capitalist blood in the streets. He wants to impoverish the white working class and middle class. He thinks that's a base, epic goal. And all of this is happening while this guy's living in a two point five million dollar house in West Hollywood, and he says that's that's fine as long as you don't accumulate wealth. Well, what is accumulating wealth other than, you know, saving your money and buying assets like hasan Piker is doing the guy's a complete hypocrite.
00:51:10
Speaker 3: I guess his real.
00:51:11
Speaker 4: Critique as you don't build businesses where you actually produce a product and produce value for culture.
00:51:17
Speaker 5: I mean there's just nothing. I mean nothing is surprising here. This is the oldest story of leftism in the book, and it goes along with the resentful lower elites. They can dress this up in a lot of rhetoric about equality, about wanting to uplift the masses, but what's really going on here is a lot of people who are angry that they aren't more prominent, angry that they aren't more famous, are angry that they aren't more well compensated. I should be in charge. And once they can get the opportunity to be in charge, whether it's literally holding power or just building up a giant pile of wealth, they're going to seize it and they will find ways to justify it. And we see what happens when they get power.
00:51:58
Speaker 4: Hi, folks, Andrew Cole here, I'd like to tell you about my friends over at why REFI. You've probably been hearing me talk about y REFI for some time now. We are all in with these guys. Speaker 9: Every business is built on something. Jesus Christ isn't part of our brand. He is the reason we have one. Everything we build starts there. Frozen yogurt is simply what we serve. People are who we serve. We believe business is a gift, a chance to love our neighbors, strengthen our communities, and live out our faith with conviction. That means leading with integrity, serving with excellence, standing for what we believe, even when it's easier not to. We're not looking for franchise owners. We're looking for stewards, people who want to build something that honors Christ, serves their community, and lasts far beyond themselves.
00:53:38
Speaker 4: I pray that they end up becoming like the biggest froyo franchise in the country.
00:53:42
Speaker 9: This is Groopbery's let's build with purpose.
00:53:46
Speaker 4: All right, Without further ado, Chase and Sarah Gibson. They are the owners of groove Berries Frozen Yogurt. You can find them on ig, Facebook, TikTok, find them all over. Please give them a follow support their business. Chase and Sarah, welcome back to the show.
00:54:03
Speaker 2: Hey, thank you so much. We appreciate it.
00:54:06
Speaker 4: What an honor again, Yeah, oh, it's an honor to have you guys and Sarah. I actually ran into you briefly in Texas not too long ago at the Women's Leadership summit, So that was fantastic. I was glad to get to meet you in person exactly. So why don't we just why don't we just go back in time a little bit when we first met you guys. You guys were going viral because you made this courageous decision to put Charlie's face.
00:54:34
Speaker 3: And name on your cups.
00:54:36
Speaker 4: And you experienced some pushback on that as well, but you experienced all love.
00:54:40
Speaker 3: So tell us that story as a starting point.
00:54:43
Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, so it has been such a great ride with this. But yeah, back in September, we put memorium stickers for Charlie Kirk on our cups, not thinking much of it other than just honoring his legacy. And people really really liked the fact that we took a stand like that. Obviously, we've been met with a lot of hate, but a lot of people really really liked the stand that we took, and we just continued with it. We didn't back down, We don't plan to back down. And God has honestly been so fruitful to.
00:55:19
Speaker 10: Us with this decision, right, And the decision was purely based just like Charlie's core main values of putting Jesus Christ first, and we one percent have sent it that way, full send on Jesus and just trying to spread his name, and.
00:55:34
Speaker 3: We'd yeah, it's so and I love that so much.
00:55:38
Speaker 4: You guys did that, and it's worth saying you didn't do it for some business purpose. You did it just because you were moved by what happened to Charlie. You want to you wanted to be proudly behind him and what he stood for, which is the Lord, which is Jesus Christ, the Gospel, and putting that forward.
00:55:55
Speaker 3: Now take us up to speed. What has happened in the month since.
00:56:00
Speaker 4: And I say this with my my heart is totally for you guys, because Blake and I we've experienced the hate, we've experienced the death threat. You guys have experienced some of that too, but you've stood strong. So in the month since, what has happened to your business? What has happened personally?
00:56:16
Speaker 9: Yeah, So in the months since, we've just been given so many opportunities, all for the glory of God, honestly. But about two months after we put the stickers on the cups and you know, we hit news headlines and all of that, we were approached by a franchising developer and so we are now in the opportunity it has arisen for us to be able to franchise nationwide. And that's our big announcement that we're just so excited to share with everybody.
00:56:49
Speaker 10: Yeah, sure, So learn more at our website, more about our mission, our cause, who we are, what Grubery's is about, how to move forwar word with you know, potentially franchising with us.
00:57:03
Speaker 2: Yeah, go to our website.
00:57:04
Speaker 5: So so that means am I going to finally be able to go to a groove Bears here in Tempeh?
00:57:14
Speaker 10: The lords will that's what it is, then, so be it. I'd be happy to be able to spread the joy of Him with anybody around their nation.
00:57:20
Speaker 9: Yes, it would be awesome.
00:57:22
Speaker 2: You know.
00:57:22
Speaker 3: It was just amazing to me.
00:57:26
Speaker 4: The team showed me the promo clip with with me saying I pray that this becomes the biggest froyo franchise in the country.
00:57:35
Speaker 3: I literally just said that, like kind of it just came to.
00:57:38
Speaker 4: Me in the moment you and I we had not talked Chase, and we had not had any like there was no back room sort of like anything. I just felt in my heart that you are the type of people that had that kind of energy and that obviously led by the spirit of God, and that you are the type of Americans I want to see succeed and build businesses and employ it peace people and treat them well, and so to see you guys actually embark out on this vision is so tremendously like satisfying for me on so many levels. So I just wanted to say I didn't I didn't conspire, there was nothing going on.
00:58:13
Speaker 3: You guys have done this on your own. On your own.
00:58:15
Speaker 9: Yeah, we were like, we've got to use that clip.
00:58:20
Speaker 10: That it was. I was like, full circle, many we have to get on this. Hopefully they let us back on the show to do this.
00:58:28
Speaker 5: So ah man, hopefully, and I really want to drive home. I'm checking your guys' website now and everyone should check this out. Go to Groovebury's dot com because you can see even now, even months later, it's still right at the top, honoring the legacy of Trilie Kirk. Pay it forward by donating a froio. You have the images, and I also love this is just another part that appeals to me. I love how all of your photos are just you two. You know, you're you're posing there with your yogurt cut and you're standing in front of the shop. I just I love how hands on all of it is.
00:58:56
Speaker 6: Uh.
00:58:57
Speaker 5: I'm absolutely overjoyed to see the success you guys have because you very much deserve it and it's really inspiring to me.
00:59:05
Speaker 10: Thank you so much.
00:59:06
Speaker 9: Yeah, we really appreciate you guys have been so supportive. I mean we're even you know, chatting with you guys about partnering, and we just are so excited for all of the opportunities that God has put before us, for putting Jesus first, so.
00:59:21
Speaker 10: Partnering when she's saying that is with turning point selves and it's just been such a blessing to have some collaboration in the future as we expand. We don't know what the works are, but they're in God's making his design and some sort of what we do as a instead of just being frozen yogurt, we like we feel like we're a public place to have worship, and we do worship nights on once a month. We're trying to pick up some more you could be from church bands, you'd be solos, you can be duos, whatever. It's just trying to get people able to worship outside of the true and that's one of our main drivers when we do have franchisees, is to be able to worship out public space. We also have Bible versus on our cups you know, just pull them and you just get random versus is just cool.
01:00:15
Speaker 3: Yeah, oh I love that.
01:00:17
Speaker 4: So so, you know, it kind of reminds me of the Chick fil A model where they take Sunday off. But like, is that something that you want all of your franchises to do, is to sort of like also do these warships outside of the four walls of the church nights things like that. Is that going to be part of the model moving forward?
01:00:34
Speaker 9: Exactly? Yeah, And we're kind of modeling faith Fellowship in froyo is kind of the slogan.
01:00:41
Speaker 3: Yeah, I love that.
01:00:46
Speaker 4: So, yeah, We've got this picture honoring the legacy of Charliekirk.
01:00:50
Speaker 3: We might have just thrown that up, but I think it.
01:00:53
Speaker 4: You know, it's it's amazing when you're in Blake and I's position and we were work behind the scenes with Charlie. I worked with Charlie for about eight years and I saw him, you know. I remember one of the first instances when I was working for him, somebody gave him a fist bump at the airport and I was like, whoa, somebody knew who he was, like, and I'm working with Charlie and I thought that was so cool. Then you see the way his life, you know, grew and his impact grew, and his influence grew, and his confidence is messaging and his faith in the Lord. And to see his impact now at such a national but global level, and to see even little examples like this where Charlie's face is on cups of froyo and now you're taking that nationally and to see the way God's blessing you, it's like, you know, it reminds me of the Bible verse that you will know them by their fruit and the fruit of Charlie's life is so tremendous and you guys are a living embodiment of that. So this is news to me that we're working with partnering with you in some way on the turning point side. But I think it's great and I want to know how I can help and be a part of it. But final minute to you guys, what what do you want people to know about Grooveberries? What do you want them to know about what you're doing? And how do they get involved?
01:02:11
Speaker 6: Yeah?
01:02:11
Speaker 9: Yeah, So honestly, the biggest thing we want people to know is we're not franchising just because we're some random froyo shop. Yeah, no, it is one hundred percent for the mission of spreading the Word of Jesus Christ. And that's honestly to us what Charlie's core legacy was all based around. And so like you said, Andrew, it all started with us placing those stickers that generally on the cuffs. And he was just an everyday guy who put Jesus first. And that's that's exactly who Chase and I are, and that's how we want to be viewed through this. And we're we're so excited to have the opportunity, if God puts it in front of us, to just open up as many of these as we can, all for the glory of God.
01:02:58
Speaker 3: Yeah, and you guys website we.
01:03:02
Speaker 9: Are Grooenberry's dot com and then our socials are Greenberry's CDA.
01:03:07
Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, Greenberry CDA, Greenberry's dot com.
01:03:10
Speaker 3: Check it out.
01:03:10
Speaker 4: If you want to start a franchise and you love the Lord and you want to spread the Gospel, please check out Greenberry's dot com and become a part of their extended family and our extended family.
01:03:20
Speaker 3: So God bless you both. May God bless this next chapter.
01:03:26
Speaker 9: Thank you so much.
01:03:27
Speaker 2: Love God, bless you guys.
01:03:28
Speaker 10: Thank you Blake again for your time, and you Andrew as well, thank you so much.
01:03:32
Speaker 3: Of course, of course, guys, Blake, I just love that story.
01:03:37
Speaker 5: I love them so much. Even on the franchise page, you're just saying we unapologically centered on Christ. We support Charlie Kirk's legacy. Really, guys should check out this website. The last thought I have, it's really funny. Do you think Charlie ever actually would allow himself to eat frozen yog.
01:03:53
Speaker 3: On July fourth?
01:03:55
Speaker 5: On July fourth, mind, chocolate chick, frozen yogurt? Have it there. That's a free section.
01:04:00
Speaker 3: Great idea.
01:04:03
Speaker 4: All right, So Blake, final segment of the day, and I'm gonna steal a little bit of your thunder because I know you want to talk about this on Friday. But the team was going through So the team does this all the time. We're going through these clips of Charlie these events because he was constantly giving speeches, he was constantly just some of the stuff I haven't even seen.
01:04:21
Speaker 3: I'll just be honest, I think this the.
01:04:23
Speaker 4: Team has a pretty good catalog because as we were going we were keeping track of that.
01:04:26
Speaker 3: But they're going through and reviewing some of these things. And this was in twenty twenty five.
01:04:31
Speaker 4: He was given a speech and Blake, you and Danny yesterday were really taken by Charlie's He was confronting a group.
01:04:40
Speaker 3: I think that that it was like group or something.
01:04:43
Speaker 5: You know, I could set this all up. Andrew. This was just a few a few weeks before his death, which is why we didn't give it as much attention as we might have otherwise, because he was talking about it. He came back, he went to this event. It was a Roofer's convention, so small businesses that employ a lot of migrant labor, and he was just he blown away because he said, all of these guys, they would stand up and they would say, we love you on ninety nine percent of issues, except Charlie, is there a way we could maybe get amnesty for our workers? Could we maybe send them home and then bring them right back. And we're all we need these microworkers, We need mass immigration to make our businesses work. And we were reminded of it because we were talking the other day Andrew that that article will Americans accept a more expensive burrito to have a country, to have a border and Charlie's takeaway at that event, and it was very frustrated to him, was an awful lot of people won't they will not bite the bullet of paying slightly more to get a worker. Literally, some of them were saying, I don't think we can get a white guy to work on a roof, but we have a lot of clips here. Let's get into them.
01:05:50
Speaker 3: Yeah, let's go ahead and start with SAT two.
01:05:53
Speaker 1: We allowed twelve million people in a span of four years to flood into the country, right from one hundred different countries. If we do not go to dramatic measures to fix it, then we're not We're not a nation, We're something completely else.
01:06:08
Speaker 5: That's Charlie talking. But what's really mind blowing is is the way the questions that they're bringing up. So I want to fly, I just mentioned this guy, let's do let's do Clip eight.
01:06:17
Speaker 2: I'm white.
01:06:18
Speaker 1: I don't want white people doing the roofs because we're you know, I got people complaining it's hot outside.
01:06:24
Speaker 5: That was a real question. Someone asked. It was part of a long one. Don't want white guys doing the roofs. It's hot outside. They are just openly saying that basically they're they're committing crimes. Let's do clip nine.
01:06:37
Speaker 1: So why don't you educate me of what mass mass deportations would do to your industry. There'd be no one to work on the to build back we already we've already seen it.
01:06:48
Speaker 3: On it Florida.
01:06:49
Speaker 1: So then allow me to provocatively then help have me tell you how I hear it. Are you telling me everyone in this room is hiring illegal labor?
01:06:58
Speaker 5: Not everyone, but uh I know I have so in the past.
01:07:03
Speaker 1: Okay, So everyone is saying yes, so and again you guys can boom me off stage, and I want to respectfully have it and if I'm wrong, come to the mic. So is everyone here in this room committing a felony?
01:07:15
Speaker 2: Yes?
01:07:16
Speaker 3: Okay, good to know. Oh I can't wait to put I want to publish the whole thing.
01:07:23
Speaker 4: This is like Charlie is confronting the Scott Greer question. Are we willing to sacrifice a little bit of our comforts? Are we willing to sacrifice a little bit higher prices to get our country back? And that is a real serious question, and you can see that being confronted in the room. Danny's telling me we got to play cut twelve. So I want to do that because Danny has great instincts.
01:07:44
Speaker 3: It's not twelve.
01:07:45
Speaker 1: Call me old school and call me radical. We haven't even had a couple months of enforcement and everyone's losing their mind. And I think that's kind of telling. And again I'm just saying that it's a revealing moment that we have a whole shadow economy that operates. What I would love for you, you guys, is to have a workforce. Thank you have a workforce that you guys don't have to worry about.
01:08:05
Speaker 3: All right.
01:08:06
Speaker 4: I'm just I'm stunned because you got you and Danny were freaking out of it. I'm not today, No, no, no, I'm stunned. I'm stunned that, like Charlie literally says, you you'll if you have to boom me off stage.
01:08:16
Speaker 3: I get it. This a couple of weeks.
01:08:18
Speaker 4: Before he was killed, and he was confronting the very issues that we're talking about right now.
01:08:24
Speaker 5: Yeah, and it shows, I mean, it shows how much how valuable his leadership was. That he's gonna he is such a charismatic guy, such a capable guy, that he he could go into that lions Den. We've had infinity Republicans who would go up on that stage and these businesses would all message would all line up and say, we need the migrant labor, we need the lower wage costs. This isn't gonna work, and they'll they'll get weaken the knees and they'll start going, well, you know, we really do want to help our businesses. We want to find a way to work this out. One thing leads to another, and you have a Utah senator proposing, you know, a new visa category to bring in migrant labors. Do you dig me, dad X exactly, Dignity Act. That's how you get instead, Charlie says. He says, I hear you, guys. But here's the real truth. We voted for deportations, and there's other parts that we don't have time to hit. Now. He's pointing out the loss we had in this country that no one wants to work a summer job anymore. No one's working with their hands as a young person, and that even if they don't end up being a full time manual labor, that gives them the understanding the real brass tacks of business that they can use to be an entrepreneur. In other ways, Charlie had the ability to stand up there and say, you guys are committing crimes. You should stop relying on committing crimes. He was such a capable voice. We need people to be stepping up and saying, you guys need to make sacrifices for this country.
01:09:45
Speaker 3: Your point is so well made.
01:09:46
Speaker 4: The difference between Charlie Kirk and so many other conservatives as he stood on that stage and said, you can boom me all you want. You guys are committing felonies and you're not willing to sacrifice to get our sovereignty back, where every other Conservative that I've seen, not every but almost all of them gets weakened. The knees they bend, they cow, and they say let's import more Third worlders.
01:10:09
Speaker 3: Just amazing.
01:10:13
