Speaker 1: My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05
Speaker 2: I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic. My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth. If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful. College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26
Speaker 1: You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27
Speaker 3: You should get married as.
00:00:28
Speaker 2: Young as possible and have as many kids as possible. Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter. Go start a Turning Point USA high school chapter. Go find out how your church can get involved. Sign up and become an activist. I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade. Most important decision I ever made in my life, and I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45
Speaker 1: Here I am.
00:00:46
Speaker 3: Lord, use me. Buckle up, everybody. Here we go.

Speaker 3: All right. Welcome, everybody. September 17th, 2026. We're here in Phoenix, Arizona at the YREFI studio. Honored to be with you all as always. Lots of news going on and a big news. Big bombshell out of town hall.com. Let's give credit where it's due. This is something that was near and dear to my heart because you know what? We covered a lot with Charlie, a lot. And that was what we believe to be the criminal enterprise of That is known as ActBlue. Yes, ActBlue, the mega behemoth fundraising juggernaut of the left. It was so big, so powerful, so effective that we came up with something called WinRed just to counter it. It was that effective. Now, through the years, ActBlue has raised billions and billions of dollars that it has farmed out to candidates all across the country, giving them a massive political and financial advantage in many cases. But... Come to find out that internal Slack messages from ActBlue have now been made known, and they show staff knowingly waved through foreign donations. Now, Blake, I'm not a political scientist, but I sometimes play one on TV.
00:02:33
Speaker 4: Is that legal?
00:02:35
Speaker 3: Well. You're not the lawyer who often plays one on TV.
00:02:40
Speaker 5: Well, no.
00:02:40
Speaker 3: You're not allowed to take foreign money. Now, so this is a really big story. But this is what Democrats have been doing for a long time. Now, this is when you get into it, it actually has proof that people in Act Blue were saying, hey, we can't do this.
00:02:55
Speaker 4: It's really remarkable. And as you said, about 16 billion dollars raised over about the last 20 years. This is the engine of the Obama political machine. And it was that the way they worked was they really mastered getting lots of small donations. The ones who get really passionate about Obama, for example. and channeling that into all their other races. That was the secret weapon of Act Blue, was to make it so the people who get really fired up about your president end up having their money diverted to those other races that don't fire up people as much, your random House race, Senate race, and so on. And people have been pointing it out for years. It was political genius, and people have pointed it out for years. There's shady parts of this, but most of the time, the left controlled, either literally controlled the White House, or they at least controlled the federal enforcement apparatus, and we weren't as good at, exposing what was going on. But this report from Congress, the details of it are really remarkable, and you can find all of this on X. There's a town hall thread that lays out the best parts of it. So, for example, ActBlue has told Congress that they're able to stop foreign donors because they have passport verification. And then their policy, which they have the exact line available, all it does is check whether their passport number has the right number of characters in it. So the right number of Numbers. That's all they check. They don't go to a database and make sure it's a real number. All they do is check that it has the right number of characters.
00:04:22
Speaker 3: It has the air of an organization that is finding the loosest way to enable fraud. Basically, that's what it is. So what actually gets a foreign donation approved at ActBlue? A supervisor's own words, quote, the donor is foreign but correctly entered the billing address.
00:04:41
Speaker 4: Approved.
00:04:42
Speaker 3: Approved. Another one. Donor sometimes has an IP in Hong Kong, but none of their other signals raise any eyebrow.
00:04:50
Speaker 4: Approved.
00:04:53
Speaker 3: This one is pretty cut and dry. Donor's information pointed entirely to Canada. ActBlue approved it anyway because, and this is a real quote, Twitter seems to confirm that they are a real person.
00:05:06
Speaker 4: A foreign flagged donor got waved through because they, quote, had a LinkedIn. You just picture someone with one of those old timey stamps just going like.
00:05:14
Speaker 3: Approved, approved, approved.
00:05:15
Speaker 4: Seems legit.
00:05:16
Speaker 3: Well, this is what's crazy about this. That means that essentially social media profiles are now campaign finance law compliance. I'm pretty sure we know a little bit about bot accounts now, sock puppet accounts. We know about a lot of things. This is what ActBlue was doing. Now, one of the Craziest aspects of this entire story is that ActBlue's own legal counsel, a guy named Zain Ahmed, Ahmad, he tried to report it. And then IT keeps deleting his messages. This one says, please stop deleting my request. You are violating the laws and policies of our company. Deleted five seconds later.
00:05:57
Speaker 4: And this is what, this is when we originally covered it with Charlie. The story was ActBlue just purged their entire legal team in this big mess. Nothing to see, hear, move. Sorry, we fired all of our lawyers at the largest left-wing fundraising operation.
00:06:12
Speaker 3: But get this. So they delete it five seconds later. It happened six times in one night. He keeps flagging that this is a violation of laws. It happened six times in one night. And then he even sends ActBlue's own whistleblower protection policy. Again, they deleted that. Then the non-retaliation policy. deleted too so this is uh why act blue's own outside counsel see a ceo looked at this as knowing and willingly willful uh obstruction and warned to get a personal lawyer she fired the law firm instead so the act see the ceo of act blue at the time had an outside counsel that said this looked knowing and willful instead of trying to get compliant fixing the mistakes she fired the law firm instead So every lawyer on ActBlue's legal team was gone within four months of the 2024 election. So this is the criminality that is rank criminality exposed within ActBlue, the chief fundraising arm of the entire Democrat apparatus.
00:07:20
Speaker 4: And it's of a kind with other types of behavior on the left that we've worried about, that there's a lot of stuff the left does in politics. This is a particularly egregious case that seems just nakedly criminal. But a lot of what they're doing is we know a ton of illegal stuff is going on here. And let's just deliberately avoid knowing what's really going on so that if it's happening illegally, we can get away with it. I think the classic case of that is with ballot harvesting, for example. There's so much room. For fraud in there where people are filling.
00:07:51
Speaker 3: Out other people's ballots. This is the whole game.
00:07:53
Speaker 4: Faking signatures. And if you just make it so they're not checking these things, you are allowing illegal behavior without being directly complicit in it.
00:08:01
Speaker 1: Right.
00:08:02
Speaker 3: And they do it all in the name of suffrage. They want more and more people to participate in the political process, which on its face could be a noble goal. But that's the whole point. They create the rules so that they can exploit the rules and win the game. That's the whole game. Here he goes. Act Blue. This is James O'Keefe, if you guys remember this. He went and tried to expose Act Blue a little while ago. Stop 14.
00:08:28
Speaker 6: The donations were a total of $ 16, 000.
00:08:32
Speaker 4: Does that sound about right?
00:08:36
Speaker 7: No.
00:08:37
Speaker 8: I'm not rich.
00:08:38
Speaker 6: I don't give that kind of money.
00:08:41
Speaker 8: Sure.
00:08:42
Speaker 9: $ 12, 000 in donations.
00:08:44
Speaker 8: Does that sound right? Water and money, maybe?
00:08:47
Speaker 7: Exactly.
00:08:47
Speaker 4: Exactly.
00:08:50
Speaker 3: You know, the wisdom of everyday Americans is an amazing thing. They get approached when they find out their name is on some big donor list for ActBlue, and they say, did you donate $ 16, 000? No, of course I didn't. I'm not rich. I don't have that kind of money. And then they go, another gentleman says, are they laundering money maybe? Yes, maybe. Yes, maybe they are, in fact. And another thing that we haven't even gotten time to get to here is that ActBlue is You know that little number on the back of your card, the CVV number? ActBlue didn't use that.
00:09:23
Speaker 4: They're like the only entity in the universe that didn't ask for that.
00:09:26
Speaker 3: Yes, which is patently and blatantly insane. Again, they exploit the rules so that they can essentially do as much fraud as they want. Welcome to the entire Democrat project, everybody. This is why we have so much fraud rife in all of our systems, why we can't check people, why Democrat states don't want to check it, because it's political patronage. You see, wherever you go inside the Democrat Party and its apparatus, there is fraud. It is egregious. is brazen they have learned that they controlled the levers of power so they didn't worry about getting caught they didn't worry about consequences for their actions.
00:10:05
Speaker 4: The advantage of everything you do is able to be treated as charitably as possible and you can treat everything the opposition does as hostile.
00:10:13
Speaker 3: Exactly so the point is it's all a rigged game it's all fake we know this you know this is this is fantastic So this is Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Asele says that the Trump administration is cutting off federal funding to homeless fraud in Los Angeles. So we've seen Somali fraud in Maine and Minnesota and Oregon and Ohio. Massive, massive Somali fraud. We've seen this. What is this? This home health care worker fraud in New York. It's the fastest growing profession.
00:10:47
Speaker 4: We've got another one with Luke Rosiak today.
00:10:49
Speaker 3: Exactly. So we're covering that more. And they have their version. So I'm just going to play the clip. But this is what I mean. Every single rock you turn over, the bugs scurry. It's like the Democrat bugs scurry because they've been getting away with corruption for years. So you had another reason to vote Republican, because, listen, you might be upset about Iran. We've covered this in great detail. But you get none of this. You get none of this fraud detection with Kamala in the White House. In fact, it would have been on steroids. Side 11.
00:11:27
Speaker 4: County up a little more than a percent.
00:11:29
Speaker 5: City of L.A. is 3.4 percent.
00:11:32
Speaker 2: It's like Los Angeles is a magnet for the homeless in America's Southwest.
00:11:36
Speaker 4: Well, because they enable it.
00:11:38
Speaker 9: And, you know, their version of fighting homelessness is handing out needles and crack pipes and they call it harm reduction. And so it attracts the addicted. You know, it keeps the addiction going. The policies here have failed. Their measurement of success, Bill, has been how much money they spend on homelessness, not how many people they get off the street. That has changed. The HUD secretary made that clear yesterday. We're no longer funding the fraud. We're going to fight the fraud.
00:12:02
Speaker 3: We're going to we're going to fight the fraud. That's exactly right. So the point is, we've got to keep the momentum going. OK, yeah, we have two more years of President Trump in the White House. But we got to win the House. We got to win the Senate. And all of it is so critically important. We get none of these wins, none of these wins if we bail on it. And you got the horseshoe people linking arms with the left, the baby killers, the open border lobby, the anti-white, anti-Christian. This is what we're up against. These are existential threats. We have to reject the horseshoe stuff, okay? So this, I mean, here's the thing. Let's turn our attention for a moment because it's another... side of the horseshoe debate it doesn't feel like it all the time because we call them establishment rhinos but if you go back to this beau french tweet about after the texas longhorns beat ohio state and you see this crowd full of indian students and he says it's worse than we realized and everybody gets up in arms there's the tweet i don't know what the impressions are at now but it's probably like 60.
00:13:06
Speaker 4: Million yeah plus a million.
00:13:07
Speaker 3: And i'm told that at ut austin This is what everybody's talking about this week. They're having meetings about it. They're doing side combos. It's a whole thing. And meanwhile, you get John Cornyn, who was rejected in historic fashion in Texas's Senate primary earlier this year. Ken Paxton is the nominee, of course. So Texans rejected Cornyn because he's old and effectual and he's a rhino. He's a bend the knee Republican. The exact kind of conservatism that we have rejected for many years on this show. But the Texans did it themselves in the primary. And he retweeted Karl Rove's op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, which read, Why.
00:13:50
Speaker 4: I'm voting for a Texas Democrat. Beau French's bigoted tweet after a football game is part of a long and ugly pattern. Oh, a long and ugly pattern. What's the long and ugly pattern of the literal Democrats, Karl Rove?
00:14:04
Speaker 3: Yeah. And Karl Rove, by the way, what's the long and ugly pattern of you cheerleading for warmongers and killing people and bombing foreign lands? How about that long and ugly pattern? Oh, but you're going to go target a conservative that's going to help control the oil industry in Texas. You're going to hand over your beloved oil industry to a lib. Does that make sense? Because he tweeted about too many Indian visa holders in America.
00:14:34
Speaker 4: That's the key thing. You don't need to agree 100% with every aspect of what Beau French said. That's fine. You're allowed to say, he didn't phrase it the way I would. We talked about that on the show. But absolutely what you cannot do is say, I am going to turn around and vote for the party of gay race communism, mutilating kids, open borders, overt socialism, defund the police, let homeless people live on your streets everywhere. That is the reality of the Democratic Party right now. The Democrats are the party that will wreck your state. We know this because they have wrecked California, wrecked New York, wrecked Washington.
00:15:15
Speaker 3: They're locusts. They go in and they ruin perfectly good things. That's what they do. They are a replacement ideology. They want to replace the body politic. They want to replace the institutions. They want to replace the American dream with you will own nothing and you will be happy. You're going to live in a little mini house. You're not going to own a car. You're going to rent a Tesla taxi, which, by the way, actually is kind of cool. But you should still be able to own your car if you want one. This is what's crazy. And now you get another turncoat. So not only John Cornyn and Karl Rove. By the way, Karl Rove, how about the long and ugly pattern of your countrymen being replaced? How about that? Can you have an honest conversation about that? No, you can't because you're too good for that. You don't care anymore. about the welder or the HVAC guy or the IT professional that had to replace themselves with some foreign H-1B. You don't care about them. You just want to go to your rubber chicken dinners and get invited to the fancy parties. That's what you want. And you want to be able to go write your op-ed in the Wall Street Journal and virtue signal like you're better than Beau French. Screw that. We're done with that. How about this? This is Representative Maria Salazar, who's a complete disappointment. Sixteen.
00:16:26
Speaker 8: Mr.
00:16:26
Speaker 10: President, some of your immigration enforcement efforts have gone too far. In July, 50% of the 50,000 people that were detained had no criminal record. Be careful what your advisors are telling you about immigration policy. The same Hispanics who helped you get to the White House in 2024 feel betrayed today. You can be for immigration when Lincoln was for slavery and Reagan was for communism. I'm not talking about giving them amnesty. I'm talking about giving them a dignified life in this promised land. I am Maria Elvira Salazar, and I.
00:16:55
Speaker 3: Approve this message. What a ridiculous, stupid ad. Can we just break this down? So wait, you're talking. OK, so she's saying the same Hispanics that put you in the White House are mad that people that are illegal are getting deported because they haven't held somebody up at gunpoint. Why? So so were they voting? Is that what you're trying to tell me? We're illegals voting. So you're mad at President Trump for literally doing the very thing that he campaigned on mass deportations. These turncoats, I'm sick of it.
00:17:30
Speaker 4: I think Charlie once said, I'd rather have 300 brave, committed, on-side people than a million people who will cower and run at the first problem.
00:17:41
Speaker 3: Sunshine Patriots. I'm going to read a tweet here. I'm going to go quick. The Heritage American debate is just about severing your connection to the American past. It isn't just about that. The more sinister idea is that What you do today carries no inheritance forward. It's a beautiful tweet. It's a very core idea. Microplastics are becoming too much of a problem to ignore. They're in 94% of U.S. drinking water, 94%, 90% of our meat and seafood, and the average American inhales, get this, 68,000 microplastic particles each and every single day. The EPA recently decided not to include microplastics in the next nationwide drinking water monitoring program, meaning we likely won't have updated data for years, even as microplastic exposure continues to rise. Scientists have already found microplastics in our blood, our arteries, and even our brains. The good news is that new research suggests there are ways to help your body fight back. Certain probiotic strains found in kimchi, that's right, kimchi, have demonstrated the ability to not only remove toxins like BPA, new research is also exploring how these same beneficial bacteria help bind and excrete microplastics before they can do further damage to your body. Kimchi is one of the world's most powerful superfoods, but its strong taste and smell can make daily use, daily intake, a challenge. I know it is for me. Kimchi One gives you all the benefits of fermented kimchi in an easy-to-take capsule without the mess or hassle. Each capsule delivers over 900 probiotic strains, live enzymes and antioxidants that help restore and balance your gut. People are seeing improvements in digestion, bloating, regularity, energy and metabolism. Studies show that kimchi can even reduce the risk of obesity by 31.8%. That's 888-317-9258 and lock in that even better deal by calling our friends at Brightcore. All right, Tom Fitton is the president of Judicial Watch. He is a great American, a good friend, and he's been doing What I think is some critical work that nobody else seems to be doing, and that is going directly to the state of Utah to get access to public documents at UVU and other places using, I guess, what's called grammar, which is basically like their state level of FOIA. Grandma, grandma. Tom, welcome back to the show. You have a new article here at Judicial Watch. Everybody should check it out. And it's basically you're exposing this anti-Charlie bias within the school apparatus at UVU. Tell us what you found.
00:20:43
Speaker 5: Yeah, thanks for having me. We had asked for records about what was going on at the university and the immediate aftermath of Charlie's murder. And we had gotten records about the crazy, quick pave over by the university of the murder scene. And we subsequently just received documents showing communications with the president from various people about Charlie's death, including two– it looks like two unnamed university professors or employees who complained that the university was daring to celebrate Charlie. One wrote that we must resist any effort to memorialize him or turn him into an icon. There was nothing civil about him. To memorialize him would be a grave mistake. The other says, I guess there's a move to kind of have some sort of a memorial fund or movement on campus for him. There's been a talk of a memorial for Charlie Kirk that will be placed on campus. I ask that you resist their desire to desecrate our campus. with a memorial to such a divisive and hateful public figure. I fear you will lose many faculty members, including myself. I would not work at a university that supports Charlie Kirk's ideals in any way. So, you know, that's what, you know, Charlie walked into that day. You know, was that belief widely shared on campus? by other employees, it's hard to tell because we only got a select number of records and obviously we can't, you know, investigate every official there about what they were doing or thought privately. But, you know, they're concerning. They're concerning that and they show that our campuses are really sick in some ways, morally and ideologically. If this is the immediate reaction to Charlie's assassination on their campus.
00:22:50
Speaker 3: Yeah, these emails made my jaw drop. The level of vitriol and just moral decay.
00:22:58
Speaker 4: Utah, right?
00:23:00
Speaker 3: This isn't Massachusetts. This isn't New York. This isn't Wellesley. This isn't a state university in Utah. I mean, listen to this. Charlie Kirk appealed to the worst of us. Wrong. He spoke his prejudices openly. Wrong.
00:23:17
Speaker 5: Wrong.
00:23:18
Speaker 3: Not to test free speech, but to shape minds. That's garbage, but he did want to shape minds. He targeted impressionable youth. Well, what do you think you Democrats have been doing, you progressives? Why do you think you're in the career that you're in, hypocrite? Feeding on their fears and anxieties.
00:23:36
Speaker 4: Oh, my gosh.
00:23:37
Speaker 3: Okay, who made all of these kids scared to go outside, made them wear masks, afraid to have children because of climate change? The hypocrisy here, Tom, it's so rank and disgusting. The hidden message in his rant is clear. Go ahead, Tom. Yeah.
00:23:50
Speaker 5: And, Andrew, when you look at what– because these leftist kids went up and confronted him, and he had debates with them. Now, we may think they didn't really think– they weren't thinking clearly, those kids, their arguments for a week. But it took guts to go up and make a public presentation about their views and interact with Charlie. And Charlie was doing them a favor by giving them that opportunity to make a public statement about their political views. And that is training that is so valuable. You know, who knows? Maybe these kids will go on to be public speakers or, you know, communicate other ways. And now, you know, we want to kind of share our views in the long run. But the point is, his activities were purely educational and probably more substantive in terms of training kids for the real world, both left and right, then a lot of what goes on on campus in terms of, you know, what goes on in a classroom usually has nothing to do with the real world. But, you know, that type of communication back and forth, boy, that's experience you can't put a price on. And the reaction of the left is what he's doing was morally outrageous. And it's one thing to kind of debate him when he's alive. He was murdered for doing this. And this is their reaction on that campus.
00:25:18
Speaker 3: Well, Tom, in the next hour, we're going to have the two Rileys from the University of Utah, college Republicans, but we have their back, and it's public now. We were trying to keep it kind of under the radar, but somebody basically shared it publicly, so it became public. But Eric Kirk is personally ensuring that they have representation there because these students at the University of Utah were tabling, and A girl walks up with a happy Kirkiversary cake, mocking his death, normalizing assassination culture. They videotape it, and they put a picture of her on their social media. It goes viral. They didn't dox her. They didn't name her. I don't know that they even knew who it was. They just found it to be– Disgusting. So they posted.
00:26:02
Speaker 4: This person came up to taunt them over Charlie's death.
00:26:06
Speaker 3: She posed for the picture.
00:26:07
Speaker 4: And they make her the victim because when they publicize this, it's cyberbullying.
00:26:13
Speaker 3: Yeah. So basically, they are now at risk of being expelled from University of Utah. Again, a state school in a red state. And this is the kind of ideological rot that we have. It's not the girls celebrating murder, Tom, that should be disciplined. Disciplined. It's the two kids that took a picture of her celebrating murder. They're the real villains here. And this kind of moral inversion is exactly what we've come to expect from these state schools, even in the Mountain West, even in red states. And what does that tell you, Tom, about just how deep the rock goes?
00:26:46
Speaker 5: Well, I think most of higher education has been ideologically captured by the left. And there's a good number of students who engage in this sort of outrageous behavior, like the cake students. But institutionally, the colleges and universities are almost universally on the side of the left in these free speech debates. And, of course, there are exceptions, but to me the exceptions prove the rule. Parents should presume, absent extraordinary assurances, you're going to Hillsdale or something like that. That the campus ideologically is set up and structured in a way, whether it be in its teaching course offerings or whatever, to advance the left's agenda and to basically transform their children into left-wing activists and advocates. That's right. And the bravery or the kids who go in and stand against it– and frankly, it's just bravery just to go in and just not even say anything. and just get through the day. So even the kids who don't want to participate are being abused because the pressure is so enormous on them.
00:28:05
Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I'm extraordinarily proud. It's a guy and a girl. They're both named Riley. They spell it differently, but Riley and Riley.
00:28:13
Speaker 5: Yeah, I saw that on Twitter yesterday.
00:28:15
Speaker 3: Yeah, they've been so brave. And Erica made sure that they had representation. They didn't have to worry about that. Very good, very connected. Within that state. And, you know, we're going to put the pressure on because if this happens, I mean, I know Harmeet Dhillon is on the case. She's also watching this play out really quick here, Tom. We have about two minutes left. I want to get back to this story that you sent me. It looks like in July that you judicial watch. So you you released you got documents on the cleanup of the site where Charlie was assassinated. I you and I were texting back and forth. They're really hard to read, to be perfectly honest. I don't care to read them here. It's still too close to home. You've been trying to follow up on who made the call for that site to be cleaned up so quickly. Is there an update you can give us on that?
00:29:08
Speaker 5: Yeah, we can't figure it out, at least in the documents they gave us. By the way, we kind of had to fight for these records. We asked for the records and They pretended that our request was too broad and gave us all sorts of reasons not to give us the records, and we appealed it. Someone from the AG's office basically said, you know, UVU needs to turn over the material. But we don't have– we've got the record showing that the paving took place, right? But the directive to pave immediately, kind of like they were literally waiting for the FBI to leave before they paved. I mean, they were just standing by. It's very strange. And, you know, given the political statements that we saw in that other system, you know, the records we most recently received, the hostility. Maybe the desire not to have a memorial kind of organically develop wasn't like a public safety issue. It was more of a political issue.
00:30:16
Speaker 3: I agree. I tend to think that the motivation was to just make sure there wasn't some organic shrine that erupted there. They wanted to clean and move on as quickly as possible. Tom, we're out of time here. God bless you for doing the work of digging through these documents and making the requests you're a great patriot thank you tom fit and judicial watch support their work you guys one of the most important organizations in the country all right we started the whole show talking about democrat fraud with act blue through these welfare programs they basically import all these immigrants and then it's a political patronage system because they give them all these freebies to get them to vote for them and they do vote in blocks do you know basically the only group in the country that doesn't vote in a block is white people. Hispanics maybe. Hispanics, yeah. Hispanics are a little bit less of a voting block, but they lean left. They lean left.
00:31:07
Speaker 4: I would say not just vote like a block, but they'll actually swing back and forth. So many groups just don't swing.
00:31:12
Speaker 8: At all, too.
00:31:12
Speaker 3: Nobody swings except for whites and Hispanics. And we are doing better with blacks, so there's hope there. We've been talking about this Indian H-1B situation in Texas. Indians vote pretty as a block. Muslims definitely vote as a block. But here's the deal. So this is the whole racket. So we import the third world and then we pay for them to have more stuff than Americans get. And then guess what? We get them to vote in blocks for Democrats. They replace the body politic. That's what their plan is in Texas. That's why Beau French is up in arms. That's why a lot of Texans are up in arms. But the fraud continues on. And we've been credibly told, Blake Neff, that we have the most secure elections in the world. 2020 was the most secure election ever. There's no such thing as voter fraud. We don't need voter ID. We don't need the Save America Act. That's just going to hurt married women and black people because they can't get voter ID, I guess. It's the soft bigotry of low expectations. But a new form of fraud has been exposed. This is in Texas. So, James Talrico, we're looking at you, buddy. Do you know about these activities? They are paying people not to vote. This is a little technicality.
00:32:26
Speaker 4: It's totally different.
00:32:27
Speaker 3: It's totally different. They're just paying them $ 25 to show up to a Zoom where they talk about how important it is to vote.
00:32:35
Speaker 4: And how you can vote and everything.
00:32:36
Speaker 3: It's not toot.
00:32:38
Speaker 1: We are paying people $ 25 to attend a one-hour Zoom class to learn why voting is important and why the Republicans are causing all these bad things. Yeah, yeah. So it's like a roundabout way of paying people for their votes, essentially. It's called the paid relational program. I think Rally Texas is the official name. You can't pay someone to vote for someone. You can't be like, here's $ 25, go vote for me. You can, say, attend a one-hour class and you can receive $ 25 and the class just talks about the importance of it.
00:33:20
Speaker 4: It's a little gray.
00:33:21
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:33:23
Speaker 3: But right now we can use that to help me.
00:33:24
Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, like if I was a Republican, I would be pissed.
00:33:28
Speaker 3: I would be like, that's sadist. At least he's honest about that. The whole program is dishonest, but at least he's honest about this. So this is the problem. And I'm not alleging that we don't have corruption and scandal on the right. But fundamentally, the two worldviews that represent our body politic are progressivism and conservatism. Progressive culture has jettisoned God out of their party platform, out of their worldview, out of their moral framework. And when you jettison God, then you get to become the arbiter of what is good, what is wrong, what is right. And when humans do this, it ends in disaster because ultimately humans are willing to rationalize any number of evils to achieve a political end. We see this with assassination culture. Assassination culture is justified by by, what, over 30% of young progressives, self-described progressives, according to YouGov. This was in the aftermath. We've talked about it on the show a number of times. The group most willing to rationalize and justifies and normalize political assassination and political violence to achieve political ends is the political left. And the younger they are, the more likely they are to do that. This is why this story out of the University of Utah is so important. They will do this because there is no God. Because there is no higher power to them that they fear. If you do not fear where you are going in the afterlife, you are not going to fear anything in this life. You are going to rationalize anything to achieve your political end. God is the great restraint on human sin. If you do not fear God, you will not fear man. You will not fear accountability in this life. And this is the whole political project of the left. So, This is why we see fraud. This is why we see bending the rules. This is why we see normalization of assassination culture. This is why we see the dehumanization efforts that most of us find egregious, appalling, disgusting, vile. Because they don't care. The ends will justify the means every single time. And I'm glad it's getting exposed. Blake, we need to expose more, and we're going to focus on that now or two. Oh, absolutely.
00:35:44
Speaker 4: It's... what people struggle to grasp is sometimes people will say the left is like a religion that, that, you know, it operates like a religion and that really almost understates it. People just think, Oh, well I believe in the Bible and they just believe in leftism, but it's a religion in almost the way, like it would be in the middle ages or it would be in an ancient tribe. It pervades the fervor and the way it pervades every aspect of your life. Like we, I mean, Charlie sets us an example. We should have Christian belief infuse all parts of our life, but let's be frank. For a lot of people, it's generally their moral code, and then they go to church on Sunday, and they're hopefully involved in their church in other ways. But if you're Let's say if you're a Roman citizen, you have a religious festival every day of the week. You're going out to the big public parts of your city to honor Jupiter and all of that. And if you're on the left, that's what you're doing. You're going to your march. It's paganism. It's paganism. It is really pagan in the sense it totally consumes your life. And that's why they can be so insane about this. This is not merely their ideology. It's the all-consuming part of their life.
00:36:58
Speaker 3: Well, exactly. Conservatives, we're building our church, we're building our family, we're building our business. And we would like to think that the state will function as it should and do the right thing. But the problem is, is the more godless our country becomes, the more deranged and out of touch with God that the left becomes, it means that it is incumbent on us to inject more and more of our values into the system, which is why sitting out, staying away, opting out, nihilism is completely... forbidden on this show we must fight for the future of this country allow me to ask you a quick question when was the last time if ever you got a second opinion on your mortgage or if you're renting have you ever wondered if owning a home might actually be more within reach than you think the truth is a lot has changed over the last few years home values have changed interest rates have changed lending programs have changed even your financial goals have probably changed What made sense then may not be the best option today. Here's what I see all the time. Homeowners, they often assume their current mortgage is the best they can do, while renters, they assume home ownership is just out of reach. In many cases, neither is true. That's why I recommend wholeheartedly talking to Andrew and Todd at Annie Mac Mortgage. If you already own a home, they'll provide a complimentary mortgage review today. to see if there's opportunities to lower your payment, eliminate mortgage insurance, consolidate debt, access equity, shorten your loan term, or simply determine whether staying in exactly where you are is the smartest move. If you're renting, they'll help you understand what it really takes to become a homeowner. You may be surprised to learn that buying a home could be more affordable than you think. They'll explain the programs available, answer any questions you have, and guide you every step of the way. No pressure, no obligation, no sales pitch, just honest advice tailored to your goals. We've been telling you about this story out of University of Utah for... Well, we started yesterday, actually, because I only found out about it, I guess, Tuesday late at night. But it had already gone viral at that point. Somehow I missed it. But... We were very intrigued and very concerned about the state of the future academic prospects of two of the college Republicans on that campus because they have been made and turned into the villains of this story when they did nothing wrong, first and foremost. And candidly, they were victims. I don't really love that word for a lot of reasons. But in general, they were the ones exposed to this egregious act of celebrating Charlie's assassination. And they stood up for Charlie. They have stood up every step of the way. And we are totally proud of them. We have their back 100%. And we're going to talk about it with them directly, and that is Riley Barnes, Vice President of College Republicans at the University of Utah, and Riley Beasley. Yes, two Rileys, spelled differently. One's a boy, one's a girl. The chair of the Utah College Republicans. Riley and Riley, welcome to the show. We're glad to have you, and God bless both of you. I just want to start there. You guys have handled yourselves, I think, remarkably well under extraordinarily, I guess, a lot of attention. that you're probably not used to. And so I just want to say kudos to both of you. You've handled yourself brilliantly, and we're proud of you. So welcome to the show.
00:40:29
Speaker 8: Thank you, Andrew.
00:40:30
Speaker 7: Thank you for having us.
00:40:31
Speaker 3: Well, thank you for coming. Now, Ryan Beasley is the gentleman here, and Riley Barnes is the blonde lady down in the lower right-hand corner. I say that because you sort of market yourself that way.
00:40:49
Speaker 4: We should say Rye with a Y. There you go. That's the girl.
00:40:52
Speaker 3: I don't know. That confuses me further.
00:40:53
Speaker 5: All right.
00:40:54
Speaker 3: Riley Barnes.
00:40:54
Speaker 4: Okay.
00:40:54
Speaker 3: So I believe you were the one that put up the original image of this Sarah Gout. You didn't mention the name. The internet figured it out because it went viral. Tell us about the original moment. What happened? Just fill our audience in.
00:41:09
Speaker 5: Yeah, of course.
00:41:10
Speaker 7: So we're out tabling, trying to get the memorial for the Charlie Kirk down at UVU just 45 minutes away from U of U. We're promoting it, trying to get students up here involved and actually getting carpools for students up here to go down there as well. We had a whiteboard that stated, did you think that Charlie Kirk deserved to get murdered? We had 12 tallies saying yes and a lot of tallies saying no, but this girl came up with her cake and she laughed at our board and said, I think my cake is pretty funny. When we asked her to remove the lid, she removes the lid and then we see that it says, happy Kirkiversary. We then tell her that we're going to take a photo of it and then she stood there for 10 minutes and started posing.
00:41:56
Speaker 3: So then you took this picture that we see right there You posted it on your ex account. And I think it's at what? Six million engagement, six point something.
00:42:06
Speaker 4: What was what was her post for the photo? But what was her tone? Did it seem very mocking? I'm trying to get an image in my head of how she was behaving.
00:42:16
Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, I think she was just trying to be funny and trying to mock the death of Charlie Kirk. And we found it very vile and disgusting. And we knew that we needed to show fellow Utahns, alumni, and honestly, just everyone who knows this campus, what is happening with conservative students.
00:42:33
Speaker 3: So Riley Beasley, you are the chair. Were you at this tabling event or did you come in later? And then why? What has been your reaction to the backlash on campus?
00:42:47
Speaker 8: Yeah, that's a great question. My timeline doesn't come in directly being there. I wasn't there on September 10th, 2026. But I come into this on the digital scene where you see kind of the repercussions coming from us levied from the University of Utah and what we would see kind of in the virality aspect of this story with it being posted online. We're being alleged from the University of Utah right now that we've committed doxing towards students at the University of Utah.
00:43:22
Speaker 3: Yeah, this is the part that's upsetting, I think, so many people. And there's many aspects of this story that are upsetting. So it's hard to wrap your brain around it if you're a common sense American, which is most of our audience. But you guys posted this. She posed. She taunted. She mocked. She was very proud of her cake. So you posted it. You didn't name her. It goes viral. And then you guys are now the villains of this story because you doxed, harassed, threatened, intimidated, I guess. Then it was supposed to be Wednesday morning, am I right, that you were going to be dragged before a disciplinary hearing with the dean's office. And that got canceled. Unforeseen circumstances, which, let's be honest, was probably a lot of social media backlash to hearing that you guys were going to be facing this moment, this disciplinary hearing. Are you still facing this? Is this still something that could happen? You guys could be disciplined or expelled?
00:44:20
Speaker 8: This is something that's ongoing right now, and we're hopeful to have updates here. It would make sense. We want this to be done, right? The University of Utah... I hope has some common sense in them and isn't in the business of expelling students for their freedom of speech or holding consequences for us doing nothing more than highlighting the fact that students at the university are celebrating murder.
00:44:44
Speaker 4: Yeah.
00:44:45
Speaker 3: Well, so this is interesting. So Taylor Hansen is part of our TPSA Frontlines team, and he's been on the ground covering this. I know you guys have probably interacted with him. This is a really fascinating thing that happened. There's all kinds of little twists and turns here. So there is a– this is you, Riley, speaking to the student who sent messages in a leaked protest group chat about knowing your schedules. They knew which classes you had. Like, they're doing surveillance on you at this campus. SOT 17.
00:45:16
Speaker 2: I have seen you guys and I'm like, you know what?
00:45:20
Speaker 7: It's nice to see you, like, you know, my fellow students.
00:45:22
Speaker 4: On a Wednesday?
00:45:24
Speaker 3: How did you get that? On a Wednesday?
00:45:25
Speaker 8: Well, once again, I just knew, like, you know, last week and stuff.
00:45:28
Speaker 5: Because Wednesdays... This is like.
00:45:30
Speaker 4: What the fourth week and stuff.
00:45:31
Speaker 1: There are people.
00:45:32
Speaker 5: That know that I also don't have class right now as well. So, um, that is basically it.
00:45:37
Speaker 3: When you said this, though.
00:45:38
Speaker 4: Don't ask me how I know.
00:45:40
Speaker 5: Don't ask me how I know. What does that mean?
00:45:42
Speaker 3: Because that just... You should probably just be okay.
00:45:43
Speaker 5: It's okay.
00:45:44
Speaker 3: The police won't look into it. Okay.
00:45:46
Speaker 8: All right.
00:45:50
Speaker 3: Okay, so this person posts your school and class schedule. Don't ask me how I know. You confront him. And by the way, I love it. You're doing it all with a smile. Happy warrior. Charlie would be so proud. And he goes, oh, well, you know, some people know when I'm in class and not in class. And you rightly go, well, why are you saying don't ask me how I know? It's like the amount of threats, the amount of attention that is being just focused on you guys. When the girl, cake girl, is the one that started this posing for a picture. This is terrifying stuff. Do you guys... Who was this person? Do you know who this individual was? And you don't have to say names or anything, but what's their... connection to this?
00:46:30
Speaker 7: Yeah, so they're a student at the University of Utah and he is part of ASUU as far as we know. He got access to our schedules somehow, some way. We're still having to please investigate into it because we have no idea how he did this and this is definitely a violation of privacy. We're going to make sure that this comes out to the Dean of Students as well to get this handled.
00:46:55
Speaker 8: Man.
00:46:56
Speaker 3: And you guys have experienced death threats, which are egregious, that we have emails of people saying you should get shot, like Charlie Kirk. I hope people understand these are the front lines in the fight for freedom in this country. These students are brave, brave, brave people, and they deserve your respect and your support. And we have your back 100%. Blake, what are some of these threats that you see?
00:47:19
Speaker 4: We were just looking at some of the threats you guys have received. And I've got to say, I have so much admiration for how cheerful and upbeat you guys have been because these are very ominous. We've got this email someone sent. Hello, Riley. We have seen your Twitter posts harassing college students. It would be a shame if someone shoots you up like Kirky. Tread carefully, white trash. We have the people on X. LOL, you gonna get it. FAFO, just like Charlie did. We have someone, Ashley S. Protect your necks. If you know, you know. Laughing face. On Instagram, I think we should start treating you like said Nazi. And I'm very, like I said, I'm very admiring. You should apply. Oh, is that a threat? I'll send that one to the school too. Just not getting in all.
00:48:07
Speaker 3: These people want to see. And yes, it is a threat.
00:48:10
Speaker 4: Yes, it is a threat. And all these people want to do some may dream of harming you, but the ones who don't, they at least want to throw you guys off. They want to make you miserable. They want to make you upset. So we're very much admire you guys for holding firm. But how does this fit into the overall climate on campus? If someone's not a college student today, how aggressive, how militant are the people who are holding these views on campus and how much impunity do they think they can act with?
00:48:40
Speaker 8: Yeah, one thing is evidently clear is that we're observing patterns where those on the left find it comical to make threats. They've normalized on campus silencing the opposing political view. And they're avoiding accountability, like you said. And in this instance, glorifying murder. Earlier in the year, in January, we had another student who was arrested at the University of Utah, who, as we were out doing campus debates, said he was going to kirk us as he motioned with his arm a rifle being shot towards us. Police were there. They saw it. They witnessed it. And they immediately apprehended him. This is something that you're seeing at the University of Utah, where they're allowing these eyewitnesses to fester with students and they do nothing to call it out or stop it. In my opinion, this has got to end. It's getting too far when people are making threats like this.
00:49:30
Speaker 3: Riley Barnes, so a lot of these have been directed at you. There's this, I don't know what this is from, 164, but it's like There's a swear word, actually. Don't throw it up. F. Riley Barnes. Horrible representation for the university, which I cherish. Get that blonde out, blank, out of here. Blank this, blank. A petition asking Riley to shut it. Yes, please. No more hate speech on shared school Insta story. So, you know, it's like over and over and over again. And then Blake read many of these actual threats. So This is what I am just scratching my head at, and I'm wondering if the red state of Utah is going to take action. Do we know if any of these people that have issued threats at you are actual students and in the student body? Because I'm pretty sure the same clause that they're trying to get you guys on, intimidation, doxing, threatening, and all this stuff, all of these people should be expelled immediately. That's not free speech. That is threatening you personally.
00:50:32
Speaker 7: No, you're absolutely correct.
00:50:33
Speaker 4: I've been.
00:50:34
Speaker 7: working alongside campus police, sending them these threats that I've gotten. And unfortunately, nothing has happened quite yet, but I.
00:50:41
Speaker 3: Trust their judgment.
00:50:41
Speaker 7: I trust that they are investigating into these individuals. But as you see on that story of them calling me a Nazi and saying that it was a threat, that is a student. And that's not the only one that I've gotten from students. There's been multiple. These students on University of Utah just They really don't support freedom of speech unless it's their speech. And that's the biggest issue here.
00:51:03
Speaker 3: I totally agree. I don't want to I don't want this to all be negative because it's not all negative. It's just the moral inversion of this whole story, I think, has people rightly frustrated. You had this from Harmeet Dhillon, 163. So this is, I guess, a response to the Utah of University of Utah College Republicans posted. And she goes, Utah, WTH is going on over there. And I think we're all kind of wondering the same thing. What is going on in the state of Utah? By the way, you know what's interesting is Charlie tweeted out just before the UVU event, there was like all these controversial headlines, like Charlie Kirk coming to campus, and everybody's up in arms. And he tweeted out, like, what's going on in Utah, folks? What is going on in Utah? But there's been a lot of love, too, and that's what I want to focus on. So you guys have had an outpouring of support nationally from Tell us about that. Like who's come around you and what's that feel like to know that this this moment that you guys are living in such a personal way has reached national attention?
00:52:06
Speaker 8: Yeah, to me, to me, the support has been great. And we're very fortunate for you, Andrew and Blake and Tyler Boyer. And of course, Miss Erica Kirk as well and her support in this matter and one amplifying our message, getting the word out there so more can come and support us. but also in helping us retain legal and attorneys. Without that, going into these meetings, had they not been canceled alone, we probably would have been crushed by the University of Utah. What they're alleging is criminal. And without the proper support that you guys have been very willing to give us and which we're very grateful for, I don't know what would be happening to us right now. Yeah.
00:52:46
Speaker 3: Riley Barnes?
00:52:47
Speaker 7: Yeah, I truly don't. There's no words to even express how grateful I am for the amount of support that me and Riley Beasley have received on every single level, from TPUSA to the attorneys that Erica has been so kindly to pay for, and for all of these news outlets, including you guys, to let us tell our story about what happened.
00:53:10
Speaker 3: Yeah, well, it's because we care about you guys, and we know that what you're going through is a complete injustice, the moral inversion of and the rot that is so pervasive on college campuses. And this is the part people have to understand. This isn't Massachusetts. This isn't New York. This isn't Manhattan. This isn't L.A. This is like the outskirts of Salt Lake City.
00:53:35
Speaker 4: We do this, but I feel like that's something that's caused us exasperation for years at this point. It's it's what we see when the governor waffles on transgender policy, when they waffle on immigration and guest workers.
00:53:50
Speaker 5: It's.
00:53:52
Speaker 4: It's a waffly state, unfortunately. Yeah.
00:53:54
Speaker 3: And yet it's also a state that produces patriots like Mike Lee that we love. And he's a friend of the show. And I know he's got your back. He's chimed in on this as well. And it's a state with a lot of great patriots, a lot of great values and produces people like you. And that's that's what we're fighting for, is to protect that a state that is beautiful, that has beautiful patriots and proud patriots is allowed to stay that way. And that these crazy ideologies. And by the way, we had Tom Fitton on last hour and he's exposed emails out of UVU in the immediate aftermath of Charlie's assassination of these professors and staff people at UVU, you know, fighting against a Memorial on campus and it just complete anti-conservative bias. They're anti-Charlie bias. It's just disgusting. I think it's opening a lot of eyes and you guys are helping make that happen. So kudos again to you guys. We're proud of you. We have your back and let us know if you need anything. We're here to help. Okay. Hang in there.
00:54:54
Speaker 7: Thank you.
00:54:54
Speaker 8: Thank you.
00:54:55
Speaker 5: All right.
00:54:55
Speaker 3: God bless you.
00:54:56
Speaker 4: Our emails, all of them as well.
00:54:58
Speaker 7: Yes.
00:54:58
Speaker 3: So we're loved by the way, pick your fighter. You want the girl with you want Kate girl. You want these two kids representing your, country. I'll take these two kids any day. Before he ever stepped onto a debate stage or behind a microphone, Charlie understood something really important, that if you want to lead, you first have to learn. Charlie believed that ideas shape character, conviction, and courage. That's why he spent years studying the classics, the American founding, and the Bible through Hillsdale College's free online courses. He would rave about these courses all the time. These free online courses are taught by Hillsdale College professors and draw from the same great books and enduring ideas studied on Hillsdale's campus. Hillsdale's newest free online course is the Iliad, where Professor Stephen Smith guides students through Homer's great epic of honor, courage, friendship, leadership, and the pursuit of true greatness. For nearly 3,000 years, the Iliad has shaped the Western imagination. It tells the story of Achilles as he confronts injustice, rage, grief, responsibility, and the terrible costs of war. but Homer's epic is more than a story of ancient battles. It raises enduring questions about courage, duty, leadership, sacrifice, and self-command. Achilles is the greatest warrior among the Greeks, but Homer asks whether strength alone is enough to make a man truly great. In this new free online course, you'll follow Achilles through the defining trials of his life and discover why one of the greatest works of Western literature still speaks to the permanent questions of human life. Charlie understood that learning isn't just about gaining knowledge. It's about forming the mind and character needed to face the challenges of life with wisdom and courage. You can enroll today completely free and take this class or their 40 plus other free online courses. Just visit charlieforhillsdale.com to start learning today. That's charlieforhillsdale.com. Learn deeply, think clearly, lead boldly, and carry it forward just like Charlie. All right. Without further ado, let's bring in Luke Rosiak from The Daily Wire. Luke, Blake flagged this for me, so I'm going to let Blake kind of run the show here, but let me just say, I'm very upset to learn about what you've uncovered.
00:57:09
Speaker 4: Exactly. Luke, thank you for joining us. This goes back to one of the big stories of last year, which is the scale, the scope of Somali fraud, just the random third world communities we've let into our country that because they're very insular, they're able to work together, they're able to run a bunch of hustles that rely on exploiting systems that were just not, they were not designed for this level of, uh, among immigrant groups. But so we, uh, Luke, if I understand this right, we have the children of a foreign dictator, warlord who is implicated in literal genocide, running Medicaid scams in Columbus, Ohio. Do I have that right? Unfortunately you do, Blake.
00:57:54
Speaker 6: I was on your show about six months ago talking about how I went to Columbus, Ohio. And I think, went to these buildings, this whole street in the Somali area of town, where there's like seven buildings that just have hundreds of companies in them, nothing but home health care companies after this one building had like 80 companies billing $ 80 million. And they all purport to give what I call free butlers for Somalis, which is somebody says they're sick, they're poor, they don't pay taxes, they're on Medicaid, and they say they have some health problems. And the solution is you, the individual, get to choose what company the government will pay to send a servant to your house and cook and clean for you. Now, that servant can be your friend or family member, so nobody knows whether you actually are there or not or whether you actually really need it or not. So we talked about some of those companies you've got on the screen now, and I heard rumors about one thing that now is confirmed. One of those owners is the son and the right-hand man of the regime of Mohammed Said Bar, who genocided hundreds of thousands of people in Somalia, which is basically the reason we agreed to take them in as refugees. We said, you can't live in Somalia It's not safe because you've got this crazy dictator here. You can all come to America. Well, we didn't differentiate between the people that were the victims of that and the people that actually made Somalia so bad. We brought them in too. Not only that, we paid his daughter $ 1. 8 million in Medicaid money just in the timeframe that the data has been released. We don't know how much his son got. The son is the one in the company in the building that you just had a picture of. But the data doesn't capture that dollar amount because of the time frame. But it's millions of dollars. And every time you see a Somali, they seem to have one of these Medicaid companies. The president of the United Nations Security Council has a Medicaid company. In Somalia, and he's the head of the UN ambassador in Somalia, and now he's the top guy in the UN. He's literally a Somali official, but somehow he's got one of these companies in Ohio billing Medicaid.
01:00:05
Speaker 4: It's just wild, yeah. So it's like the right-hand man incorporated Somal Global Services, which registered with Medicaid as a home health care company in 2011. His daughter incorporated Vanguard Home Health Care in 2007, lists her husband as administrator.
01:00:20
Speaker 3: We, it's just so one.
01:00:22
Speaker 8: Yeah.
01:00:22
Speaker 3: Luke, let me, let me make sure I've got this right. So a genocidal maniac ruined Somalia or at least further ruined Somalia. And instead of, you know, so, so that's the excuse for why we need to take all these small. And so they ruined Somalia. So we let the same people that ruined Somalia into Ohio to then fleece off the government. That's what we've done here, right? Just a completely Exactly.
01:00:46
Speaker 6: We can't differentiate. When we let these foreigners in, we have no way to differentiate who ruined the country and who's the victim. Ilhan Omar herself, her dad was a colonel in the army of Saeed Bar. And when they left the country, it was because basically they worked for this genocidal dictator and the people rose up and overthrew him. And so they were cast out of the country. So she's a refugee in one sense, but sort of in the opposite of the way that she'd have you believe. I mean, this is a communist dictator that the people didn't want anymore.
01:01:18
Speaker 3: This gives like new meaning to the expression, you know, like invite the third world, become the third world. Like this is what we are doing. So so they ruin their own country. And we're surprised that they're ripping us off to the tunes of hundreds of millions of dollars. Like what suckers are we? I just, I cannot get over how dumb we are.
01:01:40
Speaker 4: So as an example, describe this thing that you highlighted where it appears basically, so for example, these scammers will be caught committing Medicaid fraud, millions of dollars. And so they'll just create a new company that's linked and they'll just have their sibling do the exact same fraud. And that can then run for months, years, forever.
01:02:02
Speaker 6: Yeah, that's what I saw again and again. And Senator Joni Ernst actually introduced a bill called the, what is it called? The no compensation for the kin of fraudsters act, something like that to stop it. And then Patrick Hoff from Baltimore's TV station had a great story today about exactly that. Somebody got caught billing $ 70 million. Somebody got caught, went to prison for Medicaid fraud. And then their brother starts a company and he's paid $ 70 million. And the government is like, well, technically you weren't the person that did it. It's a different name. But it's obviously probably the person just using their family member as a proxy. And this is what I think the Somalis are. They just do as it comes as naturally as breathing to them. They constantly put people that put things in other people's names.
01:02:53
Speaker 8: Yeah.
01:02:53
Speaker 3: And this is, you know, I will say Ilhan Omar has always given me given off like warlord vibes. And then to find out that her dad was a colonel in this dude's military apparatus that ruined and genocided a whole people.
01:03:07
Speaker 4: They were refugees because they had to flee the people angry for the war crimes her dad perpetrated or was implicated in.
01:03:13
Speaker 3: What a heck of a– and then she gets elected to Congress in the United States. Man.
01:03:19
Speaker 6: I want to know what you guys think out.
01:03:21
Speaker 3: There, actually. One sec, Luke. I want to know what our audience is because this stuff just enrages me. Because it's so common sense. Like, we shouldn't, you know, honestly, our generosity should not be extended to the daughters of warlords and colonels of genocidal maniacs. That's just what I believe in. It's my free speech. I'm allowed to think this. But what do you guys think? Send us an email. Are you as ticked off to hear about this as I am? Freedom at CharlieKirk.com. Freedom at CharlieKirk.com. Blake is monitoring those. Go ahead, Luke.
01:03:53
Speaker 6: Well, you know, we can have some of these programs or we can have immigration from low-trust societies, but we can't have both. And what I'd like to see is that pose to the voters and let the Democrats decide. You can have Somalis or you can have these Medicaid programs that will pay out millions of dollars just based on the assumption that you're not lying. But we can't afford to pay people millions of dollars based on nothing but trust. And if you get an old Somali person who's like 65 and they go to Somali doctor and says, yes, sure, your back hurts. And then they go to a third Somali who says, well, your job is to pretend to go to her house. And all of them are corrupt. You can get a ton of money. And it just we have to be honest about that. I mean, this culture seems to deception seems to come naturally to them. There is a Ohio State representative that's also based in the building with all these home health care companies. And he was sued yesterday for lying about his residency. Apparently, he doesn't really live in the district, or so the lawsuit says. They went to serve him at a different house, and it turns out that he's living there. And so these are programs that we've had for a long time on the books, but they were marginal. It didn't cost much money at all. And what happened is, just like you saw the number of autistic kids skyrocket, like, you know, 10,000 fold in Minnesota, you saw so many more people claiming to be really sick and need a servant to come wait on them at home. And it just comes down to the Somalis, to be honest, they're not as honest as us. And so I think that's what's on the table here is we can't keep doing this home health care program if If these are the kind of people that we have in the country, because clearly we can't stop the fraud. We can't even stop the children of, of genocidal dictators from doing it.
01:05:33
Speaker 4: It's just, it just occurs to me how our system is clearly not built. And thanks to the left, not even trying to be built to handle an entire large group of people that just collectively doesn't see a problem with lying to the government.
01:05:50
Speaker 3: Oh. Immigrants commit less crime than Americans. I don't know what I'm going to do because there is so many examples of this rife fraud in the system from newcomers from the third world. And I'm sorry, but if you come from a crappy country, guess what? It's probably populated by crappy people that have values that are incompatible with ours. We have a great country. We should probably, you know, protect it and preserve it. I have one technical question here for you, Luke. The How much of this is on DeWine's table and how much of it is federal? Who needs to stop this stuff and who do we need to blow up on social media?
01:06:31
Speaker 6: So Congress told the states 10 years ago you have to use GPS to make sure that these home health care aides actually go to the person's house. And several states just did not do it. And Ohio was.
01:06:42
Speaker 3: One of them.
01:06:43
Speaker 6: New York is another. It seems like some of these states probably violated the law. And I think that's where you get into some of the states run Medicaid, but the federal government pays for most of it. And some of these states, including Ohio, just seem to turn a blind eye. Now, I have to give credit to Ohio. They literally changed the law after my series on this. So they're trying to do the right thing now. But it shouldn't have taken me and a database that was released by the Trump administration to highlight this stuff because it's been going on for 10 years or more.
01:07:12
Speaker 3: Well, Luke, that's why we love highlighting your work because it actually results in wins. It actually results in change. And you've been a powerful voice in getting some of these stories highlighted on the national stage. We want to do our part to make sure that this continues getting out there because it's enraging. And I think the American people are sick of being taken for a ride and being made suckers of because we're a generous, caring, giving people. And then other cultures come here and they think that they're entitled to the wealth. and the productivity of our people. And by the way, a lot of Democrats feel that way too. And a lot of Republicans. And it's got to stop. We've got to get this out of our system. Luke Rosiak, investigative journalist from The Daily Wire. You're doing great work, man. Thank you. God bless you. I don't know. Are you as upset about... Us just continually getting taken for a ride. I hope you send us some emails.
01:08:04
Speaker 4: We got one who's a GADSAD fan, clearly, because Lisa says, our toxic empathy has destroyed our immigration system.
01:08:11
Speaker 3: I totally agree.
01:08:11
Speaker 4: These were developed by high-trust people, and they're being exploited by no-trust trash. That's how she says it.
01:08:18
Speaker 3: No-trust trash. I like that. By the way, I have no problem saying other cultures aren't as good as ours. No problem. We have a great culture. We should protect it.
01:08:26
Speaker 4: Some civilizations are... Better than others.
01:08:30
Speaker 3: And that's not racist. It's just observation. I am not racist for observing objective truth.
01:08:36
Speaker 4: Okay.
01:08:37
Speaker 3: So I want to touch on this Arch Manning story out of the University of Texas at Austin because it's so stupid.
01:08:45
Speaker 7: All right.
01:08:46
Speaker 3: So University of Texas has this great comeback from behind win over number one ranked Danny's Ohio State. Oh, Danny, where are you at? Oh, can't hear you. Can't hear you. Oh, h no just still not hearing you danny i'm so sorry anyways university of texas wins i got no dog in this so i don't really care about any of them but they won it was beautiful And so Arch Manning is the– I guess he's the nephew, right? He's the nephew of.
01:09:14
Speaker 4: Peyton and Eli. He's the son of their one who had spinal stenosis.
01:09:16
Speaker 3: Okay, right. So Arch Manning, he's the starting quarterback at University of Texas. Big comeback from behind victory. And he's had a tough career so far. Lots of expectations, not a lot of huge wins. This was big, big for him. So after the win, there's this whole sub-story where Coach Sark, Sarkisian, was– waiting for an interview and there was a technical difficulty during halftime. And so he kind of like bailed on that interview. Then they have this big come from behind when he's great. He's like losing his mind. He's so excited. And ESPN reporter, Holly row was trying to stop him for, uh, an interview after the game, which is kind of obligatory. They're supposed to do it. I think it's probably contractual and coach Sark just goes, Texas fight, hook them and walks off, kind of runs off a real moment, right? So then that gives way to what the internet does, which is meme culture, all right? Meme culture is fun most of the time, so you should just embrace it and not be too upset about it. And then one of these videos, I'm not, it's pretty aggressive, actually, this AI version. So the real, this is not real. Coach Sark said, you know, Texas fight, hook him, runs off. That's what really happened. This is the AI version of what happened, 19th. okay that's aggressive and that okay so then arch manning is asked about kind of some of the memes that are going on afterwards and he laughed at this one sat.
01:10:50
Speaker 1: 18 i've seen a few ai edits and stuff but that's uh that's about it i saw an ai edit of sarks.
01:10:56
Speaker 4: Interview um y'all seen that one that's a good one.
01:11:04
Speaker 8: Of him slapping holly rung.
01:11:09
Speaker 3: Yeah it's hilarious okay so it's absurd okay that's the whole point.
01:11:14
Speaker 4: I we've we've taught we've traveled from people getting in trouble for laughing at someone actually getting slapped people getting mad at an ai edit of someone virtually being.
01:11:24
Speaker 3: It was okay it was this if people don't follow sports you have to understand this moment was like everybody, the whole country was watching. If you were a college football fan, you were watching this moment and it divided the internet was coach shark rude. Was he, was he, was he in his right to, to kind of, you know, go celebrate with his, his team. And you know, you could tell he was pumped up and there was this, you know, previous storyline where they made him wait for a really long time. Holly row actually came in support and said, Hey, he waited here for a long time. We had some tech issues, so we didn't get the interview.
01:11:56
Speaker 4: Okay.
01:11:57
Speaker 3: But then at the end, okay. So then you get this whole side story. And then for him to laugh at a meme is now something he has to apologize for. Throw up 178. Texas QB Arch Manning apologizes for insensitive comment about AI video. Manning, the nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning, laughed about an AI video depicting his coach, Steve Sarkeesian, slapping ESPN reporter Holly Rowe after Texas' win over Ohio State.
01:12:22
Speaker 4: It really occurs to me this is the sort of scandal you can only have with AI where it looks realistic.
01:12:28
Speaker 8: Yeah.
01:12:28
Speaker 4: I could easily imagine that exact same joke happening, but let's say it was in Family Guy. You just had a Family Guy portrayal of it with the coach punching this reporter, and that would just go– people would love sharing that, and they would get a huge kick out of it. It's the fact that it's an AI video that looks real to people, and so in their head, they decide to treat it like it is real, like he is laughing at something that did happen, and it did not happen. It's so interesting.
01:12:55
Speaker 3: Why do we care so much about something that didn't even happen? It's not a thing. So now you got Coach Sark, who's having to issue an apology saying, nowhere do we condone domestic violence. This is like, this is a comedy. It's absurd. Look at what we have done to our culture. He laughed at a meme, people. And so here's the thing. When you interpret this Beau French thing, when you interpret all of this stuff, it is a tempest in a tea kettle. It is not real. It's all fake. It's all stupid.
01:13:35
Speaker 4: It's all totally irrelevant.
01:13:38
Speaker 3: Arch Manning was not sitting there laughing at a meme because he thinks slapping women is okay or that abusing Holly Roe is okay. like in real life, would be funny. It's funny because Coach Sark had this huge drama the entire game with the reporters. There was tech errors. She had to kind of back him. And he ran off after going hook him, Texas fight. And it was funny. It was funny. So anyways, I just wanted to cover this because it is a perfect microcosm. It is the pure definition of virtue signaling in this sort of Olympics that we put everybody through to be you know, cure and to prostrate themselves at some amorphous morality that is constantly changing and being defined by people that have largely forgotten the Lord. That's to tie two things together from hour one and hour two. So guys, laugh at this absurdity. Do not cow to it. Do not bow to it. Do not be beholden to it. We have a country to save, and this is not part of it. So anyways, God bless Arch Manning, and UT Austin for beating Danny's Ohio State. That's the main takeaway. We'll see you tomorrow.
