If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful. 00:00:24 Speaker 2: College is a scam, everybody. You got to stop sending your kids to college. You should get married as. 00:00:28 Speaker 1: Young as possible and have as many kids as possible. It is September 30th, 2026. I'm back in Phoenix for one day. Grateful to be back. I'm going to be off for the rest of the week, actually. Blake's going to be holding it down. But don't worry, he's got some great stuff in store for you. But I'm here today and we've got so much news to cover. My goodness. And I wasn't planning on leading with this. And then as news has started accumulating, I had to get into it more and more. We're going to have Julie Kelly on in just a second. Oh, we do have Julie. All right. All right. Let's honor her time. 00:01:49 Speaker 4: Never mind. 00:01:50 Speaker 3: We're going to get into this story, though, at least in the second segment of this near terror attack. I guess they landed in Saudi Arabia. Crazy story. We're going to get into that in just a second because it's blowing up. But right now we have Julie Kelly on the show, the author of the Declassified Substack. You've got to check her out. It's been too long, Julie. Welcome. 00:02:10 Speaker 5: I know. 00:02:11 Speaker 4: Hey, Andrew. 00:02:12 Speaker 6: Thanks for having me on. 00:02:13 Speaker 3: All right. So we– I'm honored to have you. We covered this story with Senator Eric Schmidt yesterday. Next thing I know, my phone is blowing up. All these reporters are like, Hawks, Hawkeye, Iowa, Atlanta– So we got to go into it because you and I spoke on the phone and and it's frustrating because what there was some actual bombshells here of tying Jack Smith to Fannie Willis and this whole DOJ conspiracy. Let's call it that. But there was a moment where, you know, it basically got confused. 00:02:46 Speaker 4: Right. 00:02:46 Speaker 3: And so I asked Senator Schmidt about it. And it turns out that there was a mistake. They thought it was the Hawks in Atlanta, but it was actually the Hawkeyes, Iowa, Caitlin Clark, all this stuff. Explain what happened there, but then explain the larger story that might be at risk of getting lost in the midst of that little faux pas. 00:03:06 Speaker 6: So it looks like Eric Schmidt, Senator Schmidt and his staff were trying to tie Jack Smith to Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade. And the timing sort of of when that Rico indictment went down in, I believe it was 2024. Yes. The indictment went down before that. But anyway, trying to tie Jack Smith to Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade by saying that Jack Smith attended an Atlanta Hawks basketball game in early 2024. Jack Smith looked very puzzled, was here to be trying to jog his memory and And then he said, no, it was an Iowa Hawkeyes basketball game. I believe it was in Iowa. And so that was a little bit of egg on their face. But unfortunately, Andrew, it did give the media, which is always so quick to protect and defend Jack Smith and his team of thugs, gave them a diversion that they needed to, yes, look away from all the latest developments of the corruption in that. 00:04:16 Speaker 7: Let's probe at that. So it's a diversion. It's unfortunate. 00:04:20 Speaker 8: Unfortunately, a real screw up from their team. And that's a bummer. 00:04:24 Speaker 7: But what are they diverting from? What should our focus be on in this story? 00:04:29 Speaker 6: Well, before we move on, I do want to say, and Andrew and I discussed this, we have plenty of evidence of the Biden White House and Biden DOJ being in cahoots with Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade to concoct that RICO case against the president and a few dozen other Trump officials. So it wasn't totally far-fetched for Senator Schmidt to try to confront Jack Smith to see if the special counsel's office also had been in cahoots, which of course the same DOJ officials and White House officials who were involved in the initial investigations that Jack Smith took over, we know, again, we're working with Fulton County on that prosecution. So it wasn't totally outlandish, but unfortunately didn't go over as planned. But yes, what I did post, and Andrew, I saw that you reposted this, is Senator Ted Cruz confronting Jack Smith about subpoenas and the investigation into organizations, including TPUSA. And I thought his answer there was stunning and confirmed that the special counsel's office under Arctic Frost, so this was the third criminal investigation into the president related to January 6th, was going to ensnare hundreds or did ensnare hundreds of groups, MAGA-aligned groups, conservative groups, and individual influencers, et cetera. He was creating a massive case. under arctic frost to indict dozens if not hundreds of individuals and groups for the so-called fake elector scheme uh related to january 6th unbelievable criminalization of free speech and political activity you know people. 00:06:13 Speaker 3: Often think about that clip where charlie gets emotional when trump has declared the winner and yeah it was because he left it out all on the field yes it was because we all worked our tails off to get president trump elected but there was a sub There was another subtext there and a deeper storyline because Charlie was under the impression that it was very likely that there was criminal prosecutions coming down the pike should the Democrats remain in office. And I want people to fully understand that. 00:06:42 Speaker 7: Not because he had done anything wrong, but merely because he knew he was prominent, he was effective, and as we got a grim confirmation of last year, widely hated. 00:06:53 Speaker 4: Yes. 00:06:54 Speaker 8: And when the left hates you... they will find their excuse. 00:06:58 Speaker 4: Yeah. 00:06:58 Speaker 3: And this is what has become really clear to me, Julie. 00:07:01 Speaker 4: Okay. 00:07:01 Speaker 3: Cause listen, we were live on a show. The team had clipped a clip and Eric Schmidt had been booked out on the show about a week out. Now I will own the fact that I was live on a show. I didn't have a chance to see this clip and I'm going to do it because I'm a man of my word and we want to have integrity here. This was actually what we ended up finding out. Sot 13. We'll play it and I'll explain. Sot 13. 00:07:23 Speaker 9: If this is the correct, um, basketball game, I recall going to a University of Maryland basketball game where Kaitlin Clark was playing. Right around that time, it was Maryland playing Iowa, I think, February of 2024. 00:07:45 Speaker 3: Could it then be that University of Iowa is the Hawkeyes? 00:07:50 Speaker 10: Could that be it? 00:07:50 Speaker 8: And maybe before we show this kind of thing.... 00:07:56 Speaker 10: I know, but if he was at an Iowa game, is that correct? 00:08:00 Speaker 9: It was because Kaitlin Clark was coming to Maryland to play. 00:08:04 Speaker 3: I know, but that might be the confusion over the names of the team, but perhaps you should. 00:08:09 Speaker 1: Have looked at it more carefully. 00:08:10 Speaker 3: Teams, you had the teams wrong, sir. So it was the Hawks versus the Hawkeyes. So here's what I learned, because listen, I think when this happened, we were actually on the air. It's not like I was actually able to fact check or it just happened right before we got on air. So I didn't even see that exchange live or anything. I didn't see Klobuchar's counter. So we played it because Eric Schmidt was on the show, and it was a moment. Now, here's what I learned, though, Julie, that he is this protected golden cow for them. The media response to this, and it was almost a concerted, coordinated media operation to sort of put egg on the face of Senator Eric Schmidt for getting Hawks and Hawkeyes mixed up. But I just want to underscore— This guy's protected by a whole apparatus, a whole construct on the left and their media friends. And it was an easy mix up. And you're saying the underlying ties between the DOJ and Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade are a legitimate pursuit as far as a line of questioning. 00:09:10 Speaker 6: Correct. It is legitimate because we do know. I mean, Matthew Colangelo, I believe he was number three at the Biden DOJ, left that top of a post. to go down to Fulton County and help Fannie Willis put together that RICO conspiracy case for January 6th in the 2020 election. There's correspondence. I believe Nathan Wade was busted for being at the Biden White House prior to that indictment being handed down. So it wasn't completely outlandish, as I said, for Senator Schmidt to confront Jack Smith, who had. 00:09:46 Speaker 3: Many of the common sense officials. 00:09:49 Speaker 6: Correct. But unfortunately, yes, it did give the media cover for not reporting the fact that Jack Smith collected the text messages of 44 Republican lawmakers. in Washington, completely ignoring speech or debate clause protections that the legislative branch enjoys to prevent the exact thing that Jack Smith did. Also, as he collected the phone records of 87 White House officials, Trump White House officials also ensnared news organizations, and journalists at the same time. 00:10:22 Speaker 3: Julie, maybe you could help me remember this, but I believe it was around, there was this late night phone call, and Fannie Willis drops this indictment, and it was like 11 p.m., and I'm trying to remember the details, but it basically showed that there seemed to be some coordination between the DOJ and the Atlanta police let's call it, uh, lawfare persecution, prosecution of president Trump. Do you remember these events? I'm trying to remember the details here. And I'm, I'm, I know we had Newt Gingrich on at the time. Uh, try and remember, maybe it was 2023. Um, it was that late night indictment. Do you remember this, Julie? 00:11:07 Speaker 6: Um, I'm so immersed in, uh, Jack Smith and I'm working on peace for my sub stack. If people want to check it out later, declassified with Julie Kelly, uh, that I'm not able to switch my brain function over to that. But yes, I mean, there was collaboration. Also, I believe with the January 6th Select Committee too. So they were all working in sync. So again, not outlandish, but I definitely don't want that gap to overshadow what we learned about from Jack Smith yesterday. And that is also, again, TPUSA and other groups being under investigation, and his admitting yesterday during his testimony that he was looking at criminal charges for what he called blocking the peaceful transfer of power on January 6th. There's no law that prohibits people from blocking something, from blocking the certification of the presidential election that day. There's no such law. Furthermore, the transfer of power doesn't even happen that day. It happens on January 20th, which people kept saying about January 6th. But he admitted, and then he suggested, they were looking at ad buys made by these organizations, perhaps even TPUSA, on Fox News as part of what he called his false statements investigation. So again, here is Jack Smith. Let's take a step back. Who the Florida judge... Judge Aileen Cannon in July of 2024 determined that he had been appointed unconstitutionally, that his appointment violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution, that Merrick Garland appointed him unconstitutionally. So that case was dismissed and he was disqualified by her. Nonetheless, he continued his work in Florida and certainly in Washington. This man had no authority to do what he did, but he was on a mission. given by Attorney General Merrick Garland, Joe Biden, his White House Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, to destroy the entire MAGA movement. And that was going to happen under Arctic Frost. And I shared Charlie's relief on election night because I was worried if Kamala Harris won, what her DOJ was going to do to me and my family for my coverage of the president's cases. And of course, January 6th. So there was a huge sense of relief. And now we know that we were justified in being relieved that the president won to prevent exactly what Jack Smith would have continued after 2024. 00:13:48 Speaker 3: And this is what we're staring at. You know, if the midterms go a certain way, the investigations, the lawfare is about to kick off like nobody's ever seen. If you think it was bad with President Trump, just wait. OK, guys, like this, the reason this Jack Smith matter, this story matters is not only to right the wrongs of the past and we need justice, but it's also a precursor of what's to come. It is absolutely a warning to us. And again, I feel like we spent half our show here, Julie, just saying, hey, I don't care. I care. But just because you're upset about Iran or diesel prices like guys. These challenges that we're facing are existential, okay? This is republic-ending stuff if we let them get power. I'm going to let Chuck Grassley say it in his own words. Here we go, SOT11. 00:14:40 Speaker 4: You obtained at least 4,782 donor checks. Many of those checks were $ 5 to $ 10. The list includes checks from constituents in every state of every single member of this committee, both Republicans and Democrats. It included 42 checks from Iowans who dared to donate money to Republicans. No matter what you say, there is no legitimate basis for what you did, especially since your staff killed in an investigation into the Clinton campaign. Now the Justice Department, the FBI, will forever possess thousands of people's address, phone number, bank and bank account number, bank routing number, and a copy of their true signature. Every member of this committee ought to be outraged for what happened to their constituents. 00:15:37 Speaker 3: Every member of this committee ought to be outraged. I mean, what the heck is he doing? He's investigating Turning Point. He's investigating, it looks like, Molly Hemingway and Sean Davis at The Federalist. He's investigating $ 5 to $ 10 donation checks. Like, what on earth could possibly justify Jack Smith spreading this dragnet so wide, Julie? 00:15:59 Speaker 6: He was taking marching orders, obviously. I mean, he's a bad dude. He's corrupt to the core. He is a failed prosecutor. I mean, I think he's the only prosecutor to be overturned 8-0 by the Supreme Court, would have been 9-0 if Justice Scalia was still alive at the time. And that was in the prosecution of Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell and his wife overturning that conviction led by Jack Smith. The guy's a dirtbag loser. So, of course, he was going to be chosen as special counsel. because he was going to do whatever he could to take down Trump, everyone around him, including family members and the entire MAGA movement. So, yes, what was the basis of that? Making false statements to what? Each other in text messages? This is the end around, and this is something I'm writing about for my substack. The end around that Jack Smith did was so dirty. Instead of issuing subpoenas for the phone records of all those White House officials individually, which they knew would have executive privilege protection, he also added the president to that. So he got all of the president's phone messages as well, which violates all sorts of constitutional executive privilege protections for the sitting president, which he was the sitting president at the time that they collected those phone records from. So he went to the National Archives which was also working hand in glove with the DOJ and Biden White House to bring the documents case against the president, got all of those records from the archives rather than the typical subpoena court litigation fight, et cetera, because he wanted them quickly. That's how he swept up the text between reporters and White House officials and, of course, White House officials and lawmakers. So that's about as dirty as you can get. And that's what a lowlife Jack Smith and the people around him and the judges who allowed this, by the way, are. And what the country was going through right now if he was the Attorney General or Deputy Attorney General. 00:18:00 Speaker 3: Which is what he was on track to be. Let's just be very clear about that. Yeah, and it just strikes me, Julie, because, again, I was bombarded by press messages and inquiries saying, do you stand by your comments about the Hawks and the Hawkeyes? I was like, no, not if they're not true. But do I stand by my statement that Jack Smith is a dirtbag? 00:18:19 Speaker 5: Yes. 00:18:19 Speaker 3: Yes, I stand by that. He's a dirty cop. 00:18:22 Speaker 6: Yes. And the proof that the DOJ was in cahoots with Fannie. 00:18:26 Speaker 3: Willis for months. Julie Kelly, check out her sub-sack. Is it publishing today, Julie? 00:18:32 Speaker 6: Yes, it'll be up in an hour or so. 00:18:33 Speaker 3: Awesome. Everybody check that out. Julie Kelly, thanks for making time for us. All right, Rich, I'll let you in for this, but I have to kind of close the loop on something in the last segment. We're talking about Jack Smith, Rich Beres, Big Data Poll, the People's Pundit, the man, the myth, the legend, my dear friend. But, Rich, we're talking about how really what's getting obscured in some of this Eric Schmidt, Hawkeyes versus Hawks storyline is the fact that there was coordination between the DOJ and some of these other prosecutions. There was coordination, certainly. And I remembered this clip from Newt Gingrich when he came on the show with Charlie. I'm going to play it because I remembered it, but I couldn't remember the details. That I am told, this is. 00:20:31 Speaker 5: Hearsay, but I am told by a reliable source. That Friday evening, somebody from Washington called the district attorney in Atlanta and said, you have to indict on Monday. We have to cover up all of the mistakes we just made with Weiss. And she said, apparently, my jurors aren't coming back till Tuesday. And they said, you didn't hear me. You have to indict on Monday. And she said, well, they're not going to get here before noon. They said, it doesn't matter. She said, this means it's going to be 8 or 9 or 10 o'clock at night. They said, it doesn't matter. 00:21:03 Speaker 4: We need the news media shifting. 00:21:05 Speaker 1: Who made that phone call? 00:21:07 Speaker 11: We don't know. 00:21:08 Speaker 5: And I'm telling you up front, this is hearsay, but it's from a person who has remarkably good sources. 00:21:13 Speaker 1: I totally believe it, though, because that would explain why they leaked and they messed up on the clerk document, why she was exhausted and why they had the 11 p.m. press conference, Mr. 00:21:22 Speaker 4: Speaker. Yeah. 00:21:24 Speaker 3: I remember that it was because remember the Weiss was related to Hunter Biden and it created this whole brouhaha there. Terrible PR nightmare. 00:21:32 Speaker 7: I don't even think you need that particular aspect of it. It's just everything. All these people know each other. They all have so many informal connections. 00:21:40 Speaker 8: You practically wouldn't even need to get an order. 00:21:42 Speaker 7: A thing we've seen with the left over and over is they're very good at getting on the same page without needing to get marching orders. They all marinate in the same stuff. That's the value of having a hive mind. 00:21:53 Speaker 3: Yeah, they are hive minded. Any thoughts on this, Rich, before we get into your polling? You got a new one out of Ohio I want to get to. 00:21:59 Speaker 12: Yeah, I mean, I just want to say real quick that I did immediately think of that clip. I remembered that clip and then I remembered what happened Monday. We had Mike Davis on and Daniel Street on because I'm not a lawyer. 00:22:08 Speaker 8: Guys, you know, but it looks weird. It looked weird. 00:22:11 Speaker 10: It just looked improper and it just didn't look like. 00:22:14 Speaker 12: It was done correctly, and we had them on to try, because being lawyers, to try to explain how– is this right? 00:22:20 Speaker 8: Is this how you would– is this normal process? 00:22:23 Speaker 12: And I think at this point we just all saw– it is getting lost in the back and forth over teams and whether he had the right team. 00:22:30 Speaker 3: But the line of questioning was accurate. The line of questioning was completely legitimate because there was coordination. There is a hive mind on the left, and they were trying to get Trump by triangulating– Different prosecutions at different parts. And I think it's so important that we don't forget the lessons of the past, especially when we're looking at a midterm, because these people have disqualified themselves so many times. So many times. If you give them power, they are going to burn down the republic. They'll abuse it. That's what they're going to do. All right. OK, so you're mad about Iran. I'm mad about Iran. OK, I'm mad about gas prices. I'm mad about a lot of stuff. I doesn't mean I'm going to give them power. Doesn't mean they've earned anything. They haven't done anything to earn my vote. Rich, you got a new poll out here. I saw a big data poll everywhere yesterday and the day before, actually. So let's go to what do we got here, guys? One forty. All right. You've got Vivek Ramaswamy at 47.9 to Amy Acton, 46.8. Tell us what you're seeing on the ground. And by the way, it looks like you've got Sherrod Brown up, which is disappointing. All right. Can we pull this off in Ohio? Can we do both? Can we do both the governorship and the Senate? 00:23:46 Speaker 12: Look, let it not be ever said that I heard to anybody because we, of course, in the sea of acting plus tens, we drop a Rama Swami, right? 00:23:55 Speaker 10: Plus basically one. But I've been here before. 00:23:58 Speaker 12: I just want to say this real quick because I do think Republicans can pull this off and Iowa and stay tuned. We have Maine coming. I mean, there's some other surprising races. Minnesota is coming. Look, this is about turnout. And it goes to what you were just saying. Sherrod Brown runs around and masquerades as a populist, guys, but he was in office under Trump the first time around. Did he do anything for you? Was he a working class champion for you? Did he back Donald Trump against all of their overreaches? Did he once say, guys, sorry, this is too much. The people of my state voted for Trump overwhelmingly. They like his policies. Did he once say that? 00:24:34 Speaker 3: No, he didn't. 00:24:35 Speaker 8: So I'm just going to leave it there. I just want to say this. 00:24:37 Speaker 12: Too, that our poll does not look like a lot of the other polls that are out, but I've been here before. There is a very long history of the two pollsters who released on the same day that we did, Suffolk and Marist, a very long history of big data poll versus those two in the state of Ohio. And if you go back to 2018, if you go back to 2022, which are midterms, I'm avoiding presidentials for a reason, you will see this over and over again. We had Sherrod Brown winning re-election in 2018, and we had Governor DeWine winning in 2018. And everybody had Richard Cordray up in that race, including those two polls. So I'm not saying it's dismissed the polls. I'm saying the race is a lot closer than people think it is. And Republicans, their main problem right now is that that undecided vote looks to me like it doesn't want to vote. You have to get them to vote because if you can, they'll overtake them. And Ramaswamy, he actually needs them to vote to hold his lead. It's a little bit of the reverse, but that's because his vote share is higher. We're seeing this everywhere, Andrew. 00:25:39 Speaker 8: That is the story. 00:25:40 Speaker 12: In Iowa, which is coming soon, you'll see the same thing. Ashley Hinson can do it. By the way, even Zach Lane can do it if Republicans get their voters to vote. The problem pollsters are seeing right now is that we can't just tell you we don't believe the voters and they have, you know, they got the vote history. I don't believe them and make them vote and put them in the likely voter model. 00:26:01 Speaker 8: We can't do that. It's unethical. 00:26:02 Speaker 10: They're telling us they're not going to vote repeatedly, repeatedly. 00:26:05 Speaker 12: Then we have to just, you know, especially if they're low prop voters, which Charlie was just who Charlie was just talking about in that clip in the break. this idea that we're going to have trouble, especially in the Midwest, getting these voters to come out when Trump is not on the ballot. He was just saying that this is where we are. 00:26:23 Speaker 3: No, exactly. I mean, you're completely right. So what we're seeing is we're seeing like a blue shift. I saw you were tweeting about this in Pennsylvania, seeing a blue shift relative to 2024. But relative to 2022, we might actually see a red shift compared to that last midterm, like in states like Pennsylvania. But this issue of diesel is is really crushing the state of iowa right and what voters do not understand is this has not this has something to do with it but not everything to do with iran this is actually relative to ukraine and russia like voters are not connecting the dots that some of these things are not necessarily in the president's control or in the admins control more broadly so i i i think listen my heart goes out to our farmers i love our farmers so much i love our ranchers and our farmers And I know they love the president, but they're frustrated and they feel it every time they fill up that tractor, every time they fill up that truck. So I get it. But some of this stuff is I mean, you can't you can't flip a switch and turn it around on a dime at least. Right. Go ahead, Rich. 00:27:24 Speaker 12: Yeah, I would just say that this is where the messaging is so critical because they blame Iran. 00:27:29 Speaker 4: They do. 00:27:30 Speaker 12: And even if you were to bring to them and say, look, a lot of this has to do with the Russo-Ukrainian war. 00:27:35 Speaker 3: They'll throw back. 00:27:36 Speaker 10: But he promised to end that war in 48 hours. I mean, that's what you're going to. I'm just telling you, don't kill them. 00:27:40 Speaker 3: Don't shoot the messenger. 00:27:42 Speaker 12: Everybody else has been doing for a year and a half while I have done my very best to try to get, you know, you guys. 00:27:49 Speaker 10: To avoid this situation we're in now. You know, the president. 00:27:52 Speaker 8: I just got to say this. 00:27:54 Speaker 3: The president. 00:27:55 Speaker 10: We need to see some empathy. I don't know what else. There's no there's no soft way to deliver this. 00:28:00 Speaker 12: The president has always been the primary messenger of the new Republican Party. The old one that he came to was a failed party that couldn't win a national election to save its life. He resurrected it, and everyone looks to Donald Trump. So Ashley Hinson can run all over the state all she wants. I mean, John Usted can run. 00:28:18 Speaker 8: All over the state. 00:28:19 Speaker 10: They need to hear it from the boss. They do, Andrew. 00:28:22 Speaker 3: I'm telling you. Well, listen. Yesterday, Rich, I said they need to have an emergency session of Congress. Pass it. Yes. The federal gas tax relief. That's what they should be doing. 00:28:32 Speaker 4: Absolutely. 00:28:32 Speaker 3: You know, you know how much better. 00:28:34 Speaker 8: That I think of holding back. 00:28:37 Speaker 3: Do you have any idea how much more effective campaigning that would be than sending your members back into state to go run their elect their campaign? 00:28:44 Speaker 8: They could pass that. They could have also they could have passed the Save Act. We literally did. 00:28:48 Speaker 7: We got strung along all year that it was maybe going to happen about to happen. 00:28:52 Speaker 8: Needed to work out these. 00:28:53 Speaker 7: Things, and I think you and I suspected from the beginning we've been around the block on this. 00:28:58 Speaker 8: They're going to delay, delay, delay. Oh, it's too close to the election. Let's go. And shocker, Senate didn't deliver stuff. 00:29:04 Speaker 12: Blake, I actually think Paxton would be in a much better position if they passed the Save Act because Paxton– I'm seeing some of Paxton's vote in the Libertarian candidate. Guys, they're not going to vote at 5% for the Libertarian candidate. Maybe two, maybe three, but they're just telling pollsters, I'm voting for the Libertarian because they're mad. And in truth, the next round of polls next month, if Republicans haven't won them yet, then they're going to go out of the likely voter model. I'm just trying to explain the technicals of how polling works. We know they're not voting Libertarian. They're uncertain voters who are throwing their vote away. right now, and Paxton needs to win them back. I truly believe that if they would have passed that save back, guys, he'd be in a better position. 00:29:47 Speaker 3: Well, here's internals, by the way. I've been hearing this for weeks, that Paxton's up in the internals. 00:29:52 Speaker 4: Yes, me too. 00:29:53 Speaker 3: 48-45 over James Talrico. you're going to see public polls right now that have Talrico up five, that have Talrico up four. I've been hearing very steadily four weeks that Ken Paxton's up on Talrico. But here's the point. It doesn't matter. Go vote. Make a plan to vote. Make a plan to get three, five, ten of your friends to vote. Or it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what the polls say. Rich, is this what you're seeing in the Senate race? Hotly watched, hotly contested Senate race in Texas. 00:30:26 Speaker 12: We have it within the margin of error. We do still have Tallarico ahead a little bit, but it's in the margin of error. And I just got to tell you guys, I mean, it's it's moved like five points in three weeks. 00:30:37 Speaker 10: It's fat and it's the money. 00:30:39 Speaker 12: I mean, there's no doubt Tallarico had a huge money advantage over the summer. 00:30:42 Speaker 10: I don't know why Republicans consistently do this. 00:30:45 Speaker 12: But they hold their wad until we get towards after Labor Day. And that's because of the dinosaurs who run the Republicans consultant class. And they still think we live in a world without the Internet or something. 00:30:57 Speaker 10: This is the age of information. People have stories. They tell themselves on elections months in advance. It's been proven over and over again. 00:31:04 Speaker 12: Stop waiting till Labor Day. But a lot of money came in. It's an expensive media market. Thank God for Elon Musk, and it definitely is working. 00:31:11 Speaker 10: And we did have Abbott now ahead. 00:31:13 Speaker 12: I mean for a second there, Abbott was down a point, and I was basically having a heart attack, Andrew. 00:31:19 Speaker 3: I can't believe it. Listen, Abbott's not my favorite, but my goodness. It's a governor's week. No excuse. 00:31:26 Speaker 10: He's going to win it. 00:31:27 Speaker 3: I don't want to get people complacent. 00:31:30 Speaker 12: I'm just saying he's up like five to seven now routinely. 00:31:33 Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what I would think. All right, let's turn our attention to this Harvard-Harris. I call it the reverse Ann Seltzer. So Harvard-Harris comes out with the latest 2026 generic congressional ballot is a dead heat, says Harvard-Harris. They did this poll, 926 and 928, where they have registered voters, Republicans at 50%, Democrats at 50%. It's a tie. Dead heat, 50-50. Now, Democrats take a two-point edge with likely voters. I texted this to you, and your response back was, come on, man. So I was like, ah, dang it. I was hoping Rich was going to be like, you know what? We're seeing similar numbers. Tell us why you don't put much stock in this. 00:32:15 Speaker 10: Mark, Harvard, 2024 called, bro. 00:32:18 Speaker 12: They want their generic ballot back. And I'm talking to Mark Penn, of course. Look, Mark Penn is a great and respected pollster, but this is just absurdity. I will note that the recalled vote has been dropped from the report, and that's because they were in, like, Trump 13 land to get these numbers. And by 13, I mean the national popular vote in 2024. That's now been dropped from the report with good reason. Guys, in no universe, if you're Marvel fans out there, in no version of the multiverse are Republicans at 47% of the independent vote, and this is not helpful. And I literally have disdain for people who use this stuff as copium because it's just not reality not only are republicans down badly with independence They have to gin turnout so much. 00:33:04 Speaker 10: That they offset that. 00:33:06 Speaker 12: You never saw Democrats, in the era of Obama at least, later they were delusional, but they would take reality and they would confront it. 00:33:14 Speaker 10: Obama saw that. 00:33:15 Speaker 12: In 2012, that they were getting crushed, crushed with independents, and he said, you know what, David Plouffe, Axelrod, they said the only way we can offset this is if we gin up our base so much that we can offset Make up for it. And that is what they did, particularly with black women. The only way Republicans are going to do it is by ginning up their base, especially with younger men that don't vote in midterms. 00:33:37 Speaker 8: You've got to get. 00:33:37 Speaker 10: These guys out more so. 00:33:39 Speaker 12: You don't have to do it like a 24 election, but you have to do it beyond what we've seen in a midterm before. 00:33:44 Speaker 10: That has always. 00:33:45 Speaker 12: And again, I'm going to bring up Charlie's own segment that you were just playing. 00:33:49 Speaker 8: He understood this. 00:33:50 Speaker 12: A few people have, and we just seemingly forgot it. This was the core mission, the core goal. By the way, Tyler knows this, you know, runs Chase the Vote. He understands this. You can't just do it with the boomer vote anymore, guys. The boomer vote that is Republican isn't even a majority of boomers anymore. 00:34:08 Speaker 3: So, you know, get up with the times. Stop reading copium. I love Mark. 00:34:12 Speaker 10: But that's ludicrous, and everybody smirks. I'm in a chat with. 00:34:16 Speaker 12: Probably 15, 16 pollsters, left wing, right wing. 00:34:20 Speaker 10: We're just laughing our butts off at this stuff. 00:34:23 Speaker 3: At this point. Fair enough. 00:34:24 Speaker 4: It's ludicrous. 00:34:24 Speaker 3: But here's the thing. Play like you're five points down all the time anyway. 00:34:28 Speaker 4: Always. 00:34:28 Speaker 3: Ten points. So stop prognosticating. Stop looking at the tea leaves and thinking, oh, we're going to be okay, all this stuff. 00:34:36 Speaker 4: Rich. Rich. 00:34:37 Speaker 3: Let's talk about this independent vote, right? Because one of the things we've seen is the independents, we lost ground with them. There's no doubt. But independents, even if they're registered independent, oftentimes they're basically right-leaning. They're conservative independents or they're liberal independents. What is the messaging right now down the stretch? What are we at, 34, 35 days left? We should have a graphic about. What is the message, down-the-stretch message for independents right now? 00:35:02 Speaker 13: Is it? 00:35:02 Speaker 5: Yeah. 00:35:04 Speaker 3: Is it the border? Is it immigration? Is it how loony the left is on it? 00:35:08 Speaker 10: I mean, that's different depending on where, where you are. 00:35:10 Speaker 3: That's why I said before to Blake. 00:35:12 Speaker 12: You know, the save act that would have helped in a state like Texas for sure. But the right leaning independent and the lower prop prop, uh, right leaning independent is the core of Republicans problem right now. 00:35:23 Speaker 10: They're an economic message. 00:35:25 Speaker 12: And again, this is why I bring up the empathy thing. I mean, we can't just say we did a great job and that's it. And if you don't see it, suck it up, shut up. Like that's, I cannot believe what I'm reading online from. 00:35:36 Speaker 10: Some people right now. 00:35:37 Speaker 12: I mean, especially people who have a relatively cushy life compared to these people. 00:35:41 Speaker 10: They don't. 00:35:42 Speaker 12: And maybe you might not have remembered if you came up. you know, on the other side of the tracks, you may not remember what it's like to be them. Their life stinks right now. And your message needs to sound more like Barack Obama's message in 2012. I know we didn't do everything you wanted us to do, but turning back the clock is not the right way. I feel your damn pain and we're going to move forward, you know, and that's it. And we understand and we're going to do better. We're going to work hard every day to do better, which is they're in a credibility gap right now, which means There's a gap between what they say and what voters believe, and they have to narrow this gap. And again, there's nothing on the campaign trail that will be more effective than getting your butts back to Washington, D.C. and actually trying to pass some legislation that makes people's lives better. And going back to that last segment, you could spend a ton of money, do fake town halls, run all over the place and shake hands. You have door knockers that can do that at home. You should get back and do your job because this electorate thinks that the Republican Congress was lazy. 00:36:43 Speaker 8: That they were distracted. 00:36:44 Speaker 12: By foreign affairs, that they completely forgot about everything they ran on. There's no way on a campaign trail you can undo that. 00:36:52 Speaker 8: Get back to Congress. 00:36:53 Speaker 10: I don't care if it's a show. Politics is all about optics. 00:36:57 Speaker 8: Get back into Washington, D.C. 00:36:59 Speaker 10: Entirely. 00:37:00 Speaker 8: Get back into D.C. 00:37:01 Speaker 10: And pretend you're passing legislation. 00:37:03 Speaker 12: Make your Democratic opponents vote against it because they will. 00:37:07 Speaker 8: This isn't hard. 00:37:09 Speaker 10: I mean, again. 00:37:10 Speaker 8: That's what gets at me. It's just it isn't. It is not hard. And also the psych. 00:37:16 Speaker 7: What messes with me the most is the psychology of Republicans, because they are clearly terrified of doing things. And that's why we never got the SAVE Act. That's why we never got. a million other things. That's why they don't bother to do one-off votes on things that would be good PR fodder. I remember fighting for ages, years ago, hey guys, have a vote that says you're not allowed to bring in someone under 18 as a child bride. Just do it as a separate vote because Democrats will vote against it. Maybe you'll pass it and then we don't have child brides coming to the U.S. anymore or maybe you won't pass it and you can attack Democrats for that. Stuff like that is always out there and they're just, they don't like the idea of passing things. 00:37:57 Speaker 8: They fear backlash. endlessly more than they fear not delivering. 00:38:01 Speaker 3: Can you imagine Mike Johnson calls Congress back to pass a moratorium through the end of the year on the gas tax, saving you 60 cents a gallon at the pump and all the Democrats voting no. 00:38:13 Speaker 10: And just let them vote no. Let them vote no. Go pretend to burn it down. 00:38:17 Speaker 3: Let them eat cake and let them vote no. Rich Barris, the man. Thank you, my friend. We'll see you soon. October 15th. Write it down. And that is Ridvan. Ridvan is our dear friend, apostate prophet. Ridvan Idemer. He is a good friend, and now he's a Christian. Ridvan, I'll let you explain it. Are you Catholic now? I think you're Catholic, right? 00:40:05 Speaker 14: Orthodox. 00:40:05 Speaker 3: Orthodox. 00:40:06 Speaker 4: All right. 00:40:07 Speaker 3: Beautiful, beautiful. Ridvan, you grew up in a Muslim family. 00:40:11 Speaker 12: You. 00:40:12 Speaker 3: You understand it intimately. You understand the Koran. You understand the belief systems, the familial structures. So I believe that voters in Michigan do not fully understand what they're up against with Abdul El-Sayed. I'm convinced that they are sleepwalking into something extraordinarily terrible. And I wanted your help to explain it. And so I don't know what it is. I don't know if it's the fact that he does ads with, you know, Journey. don't stop believing and all this kind of stuff. He's trying to make himself out to be this all-American boy who just happened to kind of grow up also in Egypt and things like this. But I want to play these clips for our audience, and I want you to explain what's actually going on, what he actually means by what he's saying, okay? And the floor will be all yours. Sot 20. 00:41:04 Speaker 8: Question 755. 00:41:07 Speaker 13: When the state of Oklahoma voted in a referendum to amend the Constitution to ban.... 00:41:15 Speaker 10: What does that mean? 00:41:16 Speaker 4: I don't know. 00:41:20 Speaker 8: And yet the voters banned it anyway. 00:41:22 Speaker 13: And I don't have to tell you that the same exact forces that drove native peoples from their land two centuries ago, destroyed Black Wall Street a century ago, bombed a building decades ago, and tried to ban Sharia law not a decade ago, Those forces are alive and well today. 00:41:46 Speaker 3: Okay, I think this is confusing for people, Ridvan, because he's speaking about it from a social justice standpoint, an intersectional standpoint that he shares in the struggles of black Americans, of marginalized communities in the past, in our racist past. And that's all that banning Sharia law is. When you hear him say this, what are you hearing as a former Muslim? 00:42:11 Speaker 14: So the first thing that he says is, so there is a push to ban Sharia law, and he doesn't even know what that means. I can tell him what that means, and he also knows what that means. What I hear him saying is he's trying to deflect, and he's trying to act like he's ignorant of what the matter actually is. He's trying to act like there is no such thing as Sharia law, but he knows very well what it is. He's an educated man, right? In fact, Muslims in general know what Sharia law is. So Sharia law... is Islamic law. Basically, I'm sorry, my dog is barking. Basically, Sharia law can also. 00:42:47 Speaker 3: You would do like a shock treatment on him. El-Sayed's best buddy. 00:42:54 Speaker 14: So, Sharia law can also just be called Islamic law because that is basically what it is. Islamic law is, or Sharia law, is a comprehensive law that has jurisdiction over all aspects of society. And by all aspects of society, I really mean all aspects of society. It is meant to regulate all of society. And this is unanimous in Islamic history that when Muslims live in a certain environment, in a realm, in a country, they are supposed to establish Islamic governance over all things, family, morality, penal law, international law, and all these things. He knows this very well. He's trying to deflect from all of this by bringing up the past atrocities and discriminations and this and this and that. Go ahead. 00:43:47 Speaker 7: Ridvan, this is really the key point, I think, because he's made that comparison to canon law. Canon law, as Catholics will know, is actually just about the governance of church matters. How do you officiate only religious weddings, not civil ones? How do you deal with matters of clergy? I think he might also make a comparison to, for example, Jewish law, but Jews have a very clear understanding that their laws govern their Jewish communities. It's not a way of governing all other people. But Sharia, quite explicitly, this is laid out in Islamic texts, it is meant to govern Muslims and non-Muslims, correct? 00:44:24 Speaker 4: Yes. 00:44:24 Speaker 14: So canon law would be, I mean, canon law is also called ecclesiastical law. Ecclesiastical literally means church-related law. So it is law regarding church life, internal church life among baptized Christians, matters related to rules of belief in conduct within the church and the consequences and penalties thereof. Whereas Sharia law is in no way comparable to this. Sharia law is the law of the country. So a better comparison, if there was an equivalent, and there is no equivalent in the Christian world, it would be If a Christian society became a full-blown totalitarian Christian theocracy, which established a system where there are legal rules for every single aspect of society, and where if you did something that is not in line with Christian morality, for example, you would be severely or brutally punished. There is no such thing in Christianity because Christianity doesn't have such a foundation. So the best thing that he can find is canon law, which is not a comparison. Sharia law is a comprehensive law on everything. 00:45:30 Speaker 3: Let's play this clip. I think it's really telling. And this is from, I don't know, a month ago with Jesse Waters. I look at this, Ridvan, and I'm like, there's something off with this guy. He's a con artist and he's a liar. And I don't think I think he thinks he's like, you know, Obama light. He's trying to emulate the way Obama would kind of, you know, talk circles around people assuring this assuring tone. And I just it's something is off with this guy. Sat twenty one. 00:45:59 Speaker 13: So getting rid of Sharia law's white supremacy, can you explain that one? Do you know what canon law is, Jesse? I assume you're Christian, right? 00:46:06 Speaker 3: Yeah, tell me. 00:46:07 Speaker 13: All right, so canon law is the name for Christian law. I don't begrudge you your right to practice your faith as you choose. I don't know why the idea that I could practice my faith as I choose is a problem. Nobody is trying to push Sharia law on anyone else, just like I hope nobody is trying to push canon law on anybody else, because we live in an America where you should have the freedom. 00:46:27 Speaker 3: Nobody's trying to push Sharia law. What a freaking ruse that is. 00:46:31 Speaker 8: It's just dishonest. 00:46:33 Speaker 7: Latent within Sharia law is it would be pushed on other people if we're capable of doing it, correct? 00:46:39 Speaker 14: That is very correct. So he's correct on one thing, but that already gives him too much credit. But he's correct on one thing, which is that the right to be a practicing Muslim is part of Sharia, obviously. However, it is also part of Sharia to police other people, other societies in the society that is governed under Sharia. For example, I am an ex-Muslim, right? I left Islam. Under Sharia law, and this is agreed upon, even according to the Oxford Bibliography of Islamic Studies, it is vastly, almost unanimously agreed upon by Islamic jurisprudential scholars that if somebody leaves Islam, the punishment for that would be death. which is why a dozen Islamic countries, Muslim countries, still have it in their laws written, although not all of them apply it because it's a bit difficult to apply in the modern world without getting high scrutiny from the West and international law. But blasphemy laws, for example, are part of Sharia law. So Sharia law comes together with being a practicing Muslim. If Muslims have a majority status within a certain community, region, they are expected to install and advocate for and impose Islamic law. And once they do that, it is not simply about being Muslim and practicing Islam. It's also about policing society, which has very fatal consequences upon other people. 00:48:02 Speaker 3: So this is hilarious, by the way. You've got, I saw this on X, Ridvan. So you've got El-Sayed saying, we've got to get big money out of politics. We've got to get it out. We've got to get money out of politics. We've got to have Medicare for all. Last night, leaked footage from a Soros family fundraiser in California. This guy goes and flies to Hasan Piker's home, his BFF, and he's raising money with the Soros family. This guy is a con artist. People, wake up. He's trying to talk like Obama. He's got short man syndrome. He's like 5'6. And by the way, he talks about beating people up all the time. This guy is such a fraud. Here, I'm just going to play a clip. Stop 14. 00:48:53 Speaker 13: I go on the show. You know why? A, I want to give people the image of watching him get his a * * whooped on his own show by a guy who prays like I do. With all due respect, if they go low, we don't go high. 00:49:03 Speaker 10: We take them to the mud and choke them out. 00:49:05 Speaker 13: First kid who stepped to me, I was like, I am going to beat you mercilessly as a message to everybody else. 00:49:10 Speaker 8: Like that's going to be the last fight you've ever had. 00:49:12 Speaker 13: We should bash the out of Trump because he's a terrible human being who does awful things, who's exploited a lot of pain and a lot of people. 00:49:19 Speaker 3: My goodness. All right, Ridvan. I think I think I think you did a great job explaining it. And I want to make sure we cover this with our audience. There was a a event that happened in Saudi Arabia with a was it is what was the air the airline? 00:49:37 Speaker 8: It was one of the Dubai Airlines. 00:49:39 Speaker 3: Fly Dubai. Yeah. 00:49:41 Speaker 14: Fly Dubai. 00:49:42 Speaker 3: So here's actually the details of what happened. And it's wild. And I know we have the B-roll here, guys. So if you could show some of these images while I'm describing this. So a Muslim co-pilot flying from Dubai to Tel Aviv stabs the other pilot. And he starts screaming, Allahu Akbar, attempting to deliberately crash the plane. This thing goes down. What was it? 20,000 feet in about 30 seconds. Passengers were able to get into the cockpit and subdue the terrorists. Two of the passengers were also pilots and took control of the aircraft, landing it safely. 180 people on board. What would have otherwise been a fatal crash, they're all accounted for. The only person who's injured is this other pilot. So I guess there was some pilots, Russian pilots or something, that were able to land this plane safely. They tried to carry out a 9-11 style attack on Israel and they failed. But it darn near happened. And then on top of this, Ridvan, you've got this incident at the Air Force Base, the Royal Air Force Base in England. And it seems like they were doing like a test run. They were calling the emergency services to kind of test the response time. They let these guys off on bail. Please, the floor is yours, Ridvan. Warn the West about the fire that we are playing with here when it comes to El-Sayed, when it comes to immigration. Warn us. Sound the alarm. 00:51:15 Speaker 14: Where should I start? I mean, it's a very, very difficult thing to discuss because over the last half century or so, the Western nations and Western people and societies have made this great mistake of, you know, inspired by post-World War II guilt and reorganization of thoughts have had this whole idea of we should be completely tolerant and treat all cultures and ideas in the world as equal to us. Other cultures are simply cultures like ours. Other people are just people like us. So we should welcome everybody. We should welcome them in. They will integrate. They will change and so on. It's a massively failed project. And in every single country where this has happened, played out, the same results are appearing. The people that came from Muslim countries mostly do not integrate. They start sticking to their own kind. They continue having Islamic ideas. And the second generations and third generations end up being even more religious and more devout to their Islamic ideals than the first generation that came. And when it comes to the religious beliefs in question, I use the word devout, and when you consider a Christian person who is devout, you think of a Christian person who prays and who goes to church and who is a proper Christian, who is Christ-like. In Islam, it is not quite the same thing. Politics is part of Islam. Political subversion and fighting are part of Islam. So being Islamically devout means also being very politically active and advocating for political Islam, which requires the subversion of Christian societies and other societies. Islam is directly hostile to Christianity. In fact, the Quran itself directly describes Christianity as false and describes Christians as the worst of creatures. It literally does say that. It also commands Muslims to fight and subjugate Christians and Jews and others who do not convert to Islam. 00:53:15 Speaker 3: All right, so Ridvan, you just said it commands them to fight us, kill us, subjugate us, tax us. But right now, they don't have the majority in the West. Not yet. Some countries, we're about 10, 20 years off, okay? That's how bad it is. They're far outbreeding us, okay? So you can't think about even just taking a snapshot right now. Think about it in 10, 20 years from now. I mean, some of these countries, it's already cooked. The goose is already cooked. Ridvan, what is their strategy when they're not in the majority? Because you got here, El-Sayed trying to act like, you know, Muslim Obama here. And he's trying to, you know, he's talking like a socialist. He's an intersectional, you know, warrior for the marginalized. What is the strategy? 00:53:57 Speaker 14: Well, one is very, very clear. On the surface, it doesn't really make much sense. You see that Muslims, highly religious ones, generally go for leftist politics, right? They go for socialist parties. They go for leftist parties. In the U.S., they go for the Democratic Party. In the U.K., they go for the Labor Party or the Green Party. In other countries, they do the same thing. It doesn't really make sense because the moral values and the general policies of such leftist and socialist parties are actually in complete contradiction with their own Islamic beliefs and outlooks. In fact, what's very funny is in the West, Muslims will generally vote for leftist and socialist parties. The same people in the Muslim world will generally vote for conservative, highly anti-leftist, highly anti-socialist parties. This is a very well-known fact. For example, in In the Netherlands, there was a research which showed that among Turkish immigrants who were Erdogan voters, so voters for the Islamic government, 84% of them, when in the Netherlands, voted for leftist socialist parties. It's because socialism and leftism comes together with the opposition to traditional values of Western nations. So when they work together with easily accessible socialist parties, which do not require them to adjust their own religious beliefs, they can easily, together with those parties and those frameworks, tackle the values that we have and slowly tear them down, tear them down and open and pave the way for their own political ideologies. 00:55:26 Speaker 3: That is the way to subvert the West, is through the left. 00:55:28 Speaker 7: And yeah, you'll vote for the left, because they're the party of letting you in and giving you money. But a long-term thing, it's very brief here, but a thing I saw yesterday, they survey Muslims in Denmark, a country that's had a lot of, Islamic migration, and they're getting more extreme over time. In 2006, 37% of Muslims there prayed daily. 2015, nine years later, it was 50%. 2006, 62% thought the Quran should be followed, literally. A few years later, 77%. We have Muslim countries cutting off their students going to schools in the West because they're getting radicalized there. That's the threat, and thank you, Ridvan, for warning us against it. 00:56:05 Speaker 3: Ridvan, apostate prophet, check him out. He's a brave, brave man. Brave man. The information is free, but the knowledge is priceless. All right, so without further ado, we have a special guest in studio. That's Martha Knight. She's the digital marketing director for America's Women of Arizona. And we're going to be talking about school choice because you guys know I'm very passionate about school choice. I think we need to break the back of the teachers unions. And one of the ways you do that is you start taking the kids out of the system because they get paid on a per head basis. OK, and that means you get your kids a better education, Christian school, classical education, these types of things. The public schools hate it. The Democrats hate it in Arizona. Martha, we had, there was all these referendums. The big poison pill one got kiboshed. They didn't get the signatures. We dodged a bullet for the time being. Why don't we start there? Why were they trying, who was behind it and who was trying to put these anti-school choice referendums on the ballot? And then we're going to get into what their plan B is because now that's becoming clear and you're here to warn us about the plan B. 00:57:57 Speaker 8: Yeah, absolutely. 00:57:59 Speaker 11: I worked very hard with ESA, which the left and the teachers unions and Save Our Schools will endorse, was a voucher program to go into getting people out of alternative school options outside of public school. So homeschooling, private schooling, charter schooling, anything else other than public schooling. And so over the summer, they worked very hard to get a proposition onto the ballot that that would, according to the Arizona Constitution, would forever no longer allow ESA, which actually stands for Empowerment Scholarship Accounts. So it empowers school choice in Arizona. And we are the leader in the United States with school choice. 00:58:49 Speaker 3: Oh, it's amazing. So I moved here and all of a sudden I send my kids to Christian school. And they get $ 7, 500 a year per pupil. 00:58:57 Speaker 4: Yeah. 00:58:58 Speaker 3: Instead of sending my money to the public school, I get to send my kids to Christian school. It's amazing. 00:59:10 Speaker 4: Them. 00:59:10 Speaker 8: They'll feed them left-wing propaganda. It'll be unsafe. It'll just not be great in general. 00:59:15 Speaker 7: And then you have to pay again to go to the actual school where they can actually learn. And in Arizona, thanks to our, thanks to some good leadership here, they paved the way you can actually, the tax dollars you pay are attached to your child. You've got to get them educated, but you can choose how it happens. I get so annoyed when people say, what have Republicans ever done for us? They've passed a law that gives you thousands of dollars to educate your kids how you see fit. 00:59:41 Speaker 3: So they hate this. They put these propositions. We killed one of them, the real bad one, the constitutional amendment one, which, again, you have to understand, if you're a Democrat, you want those Union dollars flowing into your campaigns. Okay, that's the whole racket here, folks. The Democrat teacher unions, they're just Democrat super PACs. You're paying for it. They send that money to Katie Hobbs. They send that money to the Democrats, whatever state it is, and it greases their campaigns. And then those teachers and those union members, they go out and they chase ballots. It's a whole racket. I'm telling you, if you had a fixed switch, it's massive legal immigration and illegal immigration. That's the fix everything switch. But the other fix-everything switch is you break the back of the teachers' unions. You save the country. I really believe this. Okay, so they have a plan B, though. They're regrouping after losing this proposition. And it comes down to electoral politics. If they can switch the balance of the state legislature in the state of Arizona and Katie Hobbs remains in power, they're going to revoke ESA, aren't they? 01:00:43 Speaker 11: That's my understanding. And because they lost the battle with the proposition in court, they were getting– illegitimate signatures from out of state operatives that were collecting signatures, um, door to door. And it, it was horrible, but thankfully Arizona courts shut it down. But now they are on fire to switch the legislature. And in, if they can get gain seats and give Katie Hobbs an advantage with the house and the Senate, um, then legislatively they will push to also get rid of empowerment scholarship accounts and maybe also affect the tax credit programs that are here in Arizona that have been here since 1997. And we are, again, the leading state and maybe the only state with these extensive tax programs that also benefit school choice. 01:01:42 Speaker 3: So you know what's interesting? I was living in California after Charlie died, moved my family here, Which was, you know, a huge, we had a great Christian school in California. It was amazing. But again, I was getting double, I was paying double for it because I was paying my property tax and I was paying to send my kids to Christian school. Then we come here and I will tell you, one of the things that I noticed instantly was the quality of the young people in this state. You go around, there's like normal high schoolers and they're doing normal things. And they're going to good schools. And they seem like bright-eyed. They seem happy. They seem well-adjusted. It was this very– and I give so much credit to the education system here because so many families– and by the way, the numbers just keep surging. People love school choice. Families love school choice. And more kids. 01:02:28 Speaker 7: $ 7, 000 you can spend however you like or it can go to your local– yeah, $ 7, 500 or it can go to your local public school, which is– They're going to they'll get paid their wages and they'll divert them to their unionized teachers that will fight for every blue policy ever. You want Randy Weingarten to get a chunk of that money? 01:02:44 Speaker 3: Yeah, you're basically funding Randy Weingarten's like, you know, sushi bill and her campaign spending. Go ahead. 01:02:51 Speaker 11: And, you know, the the public schools argument is that they have to be able to provide the resources that these alternative institutions cannot provide. So the Christian school that my children go to, all three of my kids are also in Christian school here in the Valley. And they argue that they still have to provide the resources for everybody, they being the public schools. But as less kids are in those public schools, the resources free up for the people who need them. because there's less overpopulation in the public schools. 01:03:25 Speaker 3: Sure, smaller school sizes, class sizes and things. 01:03:27 Speaker 11: And there's no longer a monopoly on educating children. 01:03:31 Speaker 3: They have to compete. 01:03:32 Speaker 11: They have to compete. 01:03:33 Speaker 2: Yes. 01:03:34 Speaker 11: So it serves everybody, no matter what. There are 110,000 families currently receiving ESA money. Every single one of those ESA consumers should be voting in this election and should be voting for the correct policies and the correct people to keep ESA in place. 01:03:53 Speaker 3: What races are you looking at that you want to highlight right here? So we have a lot of Arizona listeners, obviously. What races in particular are you concerned about that you're like, hey, we need more help on this legislative race? 01:04:07 Speaker 8: Yeah, absolutely. 01:04:08 Speaker 11: I'm a precinct committee person. As well, I'm a mom. I'm a small business owner in Arizona. I am highly vested in Arizona as as an institution and a place I want to stay. And I am with LD 12, which is a very difficult district in itself. I'm not saying that we can do a ton there. but Kimberly Yee has to get in as the superintendent of schools. 01:04:35 Speaker 3: She is, she's very popular statewide. 01:04:37 Speaker 11: She's very, thankfully. And she knows her stuff. She knows she has extensive backgrounds in schooling, school choice, public education, private education. She has got to get in office. 01:04:52 Speaker 3: Yeah. And Blake made a point. It's kind of like the longer you have ESA in a state like Arizona, it's almost like Obamacare. You know, it's, I hate to relate the two, but in the sense that Obamacare became so entrenched, people became so used to it that it becomes even harder to remove it. We are on our way with school choice in the same way. You know, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. If ESA remains intact and you have more and more families taking advantage of it, you try and remove that, you're going to be removed from office. 01:05:20 Speaker 7: It will become politically infeasible. You make it last long enough that it's something people are used to. And we've seen that on so many bad policies. Remember that big drama over a Medicaid expansion they did just for COVID and suddenly it was basically going to be a genocide if you took it away? 01:05:35 Speaker 8: Because they got used to it after a couple of years. 01:05:37 Speaker 11: And Katie Hobbs is. denying us the federal esa money which is obscene she's vetoed. 01:05:44 Speaker 3: It's part of the one big beautiful bill all the state has to do is sign up. 01:05:47 Speaker 7: For it that drives home how important this is it's not merely that this is that it's money that's going to people and they can go to christian schools it's that on a deep level it's like how the left realizes they need mass immigration in order to demographically transform the country they know the public school system which is filled with deranged political advocates at so many levels is central to creating future voters who buy into their project. 01:06:15 Speaker 8: People blame college a lot? 01:06:16 Speaker 4: No. 01:06:16 Speaker 7: People are showing up to college prepared for this by their middle school, by their high school. 01:06:21 Speaker 3: This is why people get so mad about what we're doing with Club America and all these high school chapters across the country. 01:06:26 Speaker 8: They can't let any dissent get in. 01:06:28 Speaker 3: No, they can't. And so what we're doing here– and give us our marching orders in the last minute we have here– What do you want people to do? How do we defend this? What do we do to fight back? 01:06:39 Speaker 11: Midterms and local elections are all about showing up to vote. It makes the difference. Elections can be decided in these races by a couple hundred votes. And it would be so disheartening if we didn't make it by a couple hundred votes. You cannot sit this one out. Take you plus two. America's Women is doing a big you plus two campaign to get yourself and two others to vote. And every Christian should be voting. Every ESA person getting ESA money should be voting. And we've got to get out there and cast our ballot. 01:07:17 Speaker 3: I love it. And it's such a good reminder. We've got to break the back of the teachers unions. We've got to vote. Right. I know there's cynics out there. I know there's nihilism setting in for some of you, but we have to show up and vote. The future of the country, the future of Western civilization depends on it. Vote, vote, vote. Thank you, Martha Knight. Thank you so much. So we've got emails coming in. Blake, why don't you read some of the emails? And then I've got some good news. 01:07:46 Speaker 7: I mean, we got a lot of stuff about on the Islam segment with Rivan, as we asked. we've got the Free Hawaiian said, what people don't understand is that true Islam, based on the Quran and Hadith, has no separation between Islam and government. True Islam requires taking over governance and enacting Sharia law. We were trying to really drive that home with Ridvan because it's such an important difference between Islam and Christianity that you read the New Testament and you can suss out, okay, a Christian should probably do this in government. 01:08:16 Speaker 8: But it's not, there is no St. 01:08:18 Speaker 7: Paul laying out Here is how you organize your Christian state. Here is how you handle unbelievers. In Islam, you do that. That is explicitly there. Islam is a political ideology down to its essence. And it's always worth highlighting that, and that's why you really do see any country that has a big Islamic revival has a very intense Islamification of its government at all levels. 01:08:42 Speaker 3: Well, you also see that any country like Lebanon that gets an Islamic foothold in it, the religious makeup of that country is going to transform rapidly, and Christians are going to have a really, really hard time, okay? What are some other emails we got? 01:08:58 Speaker 8: Let's see. 01:08:58 Speaker 7: So, Misty said, my husband says if he could go back in time, he would have bought Amazon when the stock was cheap after Kindle did badly. 01:09:08 Speaker 8: Although I don't even know if it did, but that's. 01:09:09 Speaker 4: What she says. 01:09:10 Speaker 3: I would have bought Apple. I would have bought Nvidia. I would have bought Tesla. There's a lot. 01:09:14 Speaker 7: Mick says, that's one of our guys who calls in sometimes on the AMA. He said, This is the midterms messaging. Keep highlighting those local issues in battleground districts where we're getting those wins. I think that's something so worth driving home. Oh, you're mad that you're paying... I mean, we get it. You actually are mad you're paying $ 20 more. 01:09:34 Speaker 8: At the pump when you get gas. 01:09:36 Speaker 7: But you can get $ 7, 500 a year for education that Democrats are desperate to get rid of. That's a lot of visits to the pump. And they want to make Get rid of it permanently. I think that's a great example. 01:09:48 Speaker 3: Let me highlight another win. It feels in theme with that last point that was just made by Mick there. Throw up 158. The White House put this out. And again, I think our biggest win as a movement has been immigration. Yes, there's economic wins. There's reinvestment wins. Factors are getting built. All that stuff. DEI is getting obliterated within the federal government. The size of the federal government is getting slashed. All that stuff is great. But look at this. Legal immigrants and refugees from majority Muslim countries have fallen 96% since Joe Biden. 01:10:26 Speaker 4: 96%. 01:10:26 Speaker 7: The best part about this chart, for those who can't see it, is that it was put together by the Cato Institute, which is a libertarian think tank, and they're very pro-open borders, pro-immigration. 01:10:36 Speaker 3: They love immigration. 01:10:36 Speaker 8: So they made this to complain. 01:10:38 Speaker 3: Oh, no. 01:10:39 Speaker 7: Look at what the Trump administration has done, cutting off all the immigration funds. 01:10:42 Speaker 8: From Muslim countries. 01:10:43 Speaker 7: And I posted yesterday, thank you, Cato Institute, for this tremendous white pill. 01:10:47 Speaker 3: Oh, man. This is huge, guys. So let's look at the peak. So between July and October, let's just call it August of 2024, there were probably about 24,000. So the peak of that graph, 24,000 Muslims that were admitted into the country legally. 24,000 in one month. Think about if you guys come from a small town in rural America. Maybe there was 10,000 people. Maybe there's 20,000, 30,000. In one month, the size of your town was let in. Now those people are going to have babies. They're going to have more babies than we're going to have babies. They're going to have uncles and aunts and all this family reunification. 01:11:29 Speaker 8: And they'll have uncles and aunts and spouses and kids. 01:11:32 Speaker 3: And they're going to go on welfare. And they're going to take your tax money. And that's one month. And look at that drop, that beautiful drop between October of 2025 and January of 2026 in February, and it stayed down. The Trump administration has successfully used the levers of power to do what previously was unthinkable. They have cut off Muslim mass migration to the United States of America. Let me repeat, the Trump administration has delivered one of the most significant profound important civilizational defining wins in living memory to the united states they have cut off muslim immigration to the united states now our we'll just call them friends to be nice our friends in the liberal media will look at this and say oh you're a christian nationalist oh you're a bigot you are a racist against muslims and islam and i would say islam is not compatible with Western civilization. If we are going to save America, if we are going to save the West, the West is really Christendom. It doesn't mean everybody has to practice Christianity. It doesn't mean that you have to go to church every week, although it would be a better place if you did. You would be a better person if you did. But it means that our laws, our customs, our traditions, and our culture are fundamentally marked by people that are inheritors of the Western canon and of our value systems. our understanding about the value of life, our understanding about the future of this country and what we want to see it become, and the way our institutions run, the way we practice law, the way we punish criminals, the way we treat women. All of this is contingent on this graph, and they have stopped the flow of Muslims into America, and they should be celebrated for this. If you want one great reason to go vote and to get enthusiastic, you see that that fall down in that graph, if you vote for Democrats, that will shoot right back up. If you stop this progress that we've made, if you give up on the project of making the conservative movement as conservative as its voters, if you give up on what we have accomplished, that will go straight back up. And your kids and your grandkids and your family members will suffer as a result. You will be held hostage by Sharia law and people like Abdul El-Sayed and Mamdani in New York. And they will take the wealth that we have built up over generations, they will take the blessings of this country and they will destroy it. And they will do it in the name of equity. And they will do it in the name of social justice and intersectionality and defending the marginalized. No, what it means is they hate you. They hate men. They hate Christians. They hate the West. This graph is the most beautiful graph I have seen, I think, in the entire Trump 2.0 term. 01:14:30 Speaker 8: It's so many. 01:14:31 Speaker 7: It It's why it gets us so irritated when people aren't more grateful because I'm not sure I've ever seen any administration deliver, in my lifetime, deliver on a promise as dramatically as this administration has delivered on its immigration stuff. 01:14:48 Speaker 8: That it said, we're going to secure the border. We're going to build the wall. 01:14:52 Speaker 7: We're going to stop letting in people from crappy countries filled with people who hate us. We're going to deport people. We're going to have record deportations. We're going to put them on planes. Fly them out of the country. They just delivered over and over and over. 01:15:05 Speaker 3: It's just a drop in the bucket. 01:15:06 Speaker 8: You know who doesn't think it's a drop in the bucket? 01:15:08 Speaker 3: The left. 01:15:09 Speaker 7: That's why they make charts like that, to freak out about it. They make charts like that because they know this matters. They've written entire articles that Trump is demographically transforming America because you're not having the endless flood of new births from recently arrived immigrants that they were counting on to let them take over the country. 01:15:29 Speaker 8: They've written those articles. 01:15:31 Speaker 7: Our people need to see those articles, need to see those facts, that we have utterly changed the trajectory of our country in a positive way because this administration has fulfilled its One of its core promises. 01:15:41 Speaker 3: This is beautiful. Throw that. We're going to go out on that. 01:15:44 Speaker 8: Go out on that chart because it was beautiful. 01:15:47 Speaker 3: Look at it and thank God for this. And may it continue. 01:15:56 Speaker 8: For more on many of these stories and news you can trust, go to charliekirk.com.
