[00:00:23] [SPEAKER_01]: but in keeping a daily focus on God, Dilemmas will be easier to solve.
[00:00:29] [SPEAKER_01]: Refusing sin isn't always easy.
[00:00:32] [SPEAKER_01]: In Daniel chapter 3, the King enforced his threats, sending Daniel's friends into the furnace.
[00:00:38] [SPEAKER_01]: They acted on the truth of God's word and Jesus walked with him through their trial
[00:00:42] [SPEAKER_01]: because of the way they handled their situation. The King marbled at God's power to keep the three men safe from the flames.
[00:00:50] [SPEAKER_01]: God is glorified when we stand against sin and temptation.
[00:00:54] [SPEAKER_01]: Which sins tempt you over and over?
[00:00:57] [SPEAKER_01]: Ask for God's help in leading your way from situations that present the temptations.
[00:01:03] [SPEAKER_01]: Set up safeguards against the people and circumstances that have led you to sin.
[00:01:08] [SPEAKER_01]: With God's help, you can overcome temptation and glorify His name.
[00:01:13] [SPEAKER_01]: Our best defense against bullies, persecutors, temptations is a well-developed relationship with God.
[00:01:21] [SPEAKER_01]: We need to know God and His word.
[00:01:25] [SPEAKER_01]: We need to call on Him both in trouble and enjoy.
[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_01]: It seems to be human nature to let busyness overshadow what's really important.
[00:01:36] [SPEAKER_01]: Our relationship with God. Let's pray together.
[00:01:41] [SPEAKER_01]: Father help us to always act on the truth of your word even in difficult circumstances.
[00:01:46] [SPEAKER_01]: Lead us away from situations that might cause us to be tempted and help us to grow in our walk with you.
[00:01:53] [SPEAKER_01]: We pray this today in your name, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
