[00:00:08] Champions Have Hearts of Love by Dr. Michael Youssef
[00:00:12] There is something contagious about a heart of love.
[00:00:16] People who are selfless with their love can make giant waves in this world, whereas those
[00:00:21] who cling to selfish desires cause only ripples.
[00:00:25] In fact, those who have hearts of love view people around them as being most important.
[00:00:30] A heart that bears the marks of God's intimate love is not a selfish heart.
[00:00:36] The truth is that when we look directly into God's heart of love, we are transformed forever.
[00:00:41] The selfish desires that once dominated our hearts' landscape vanish in an instant, replaced
[00:00:47] by a desire to lavish love on others.
[00:00:50] As God begins to transform our hearts through His grace and kindness, we become vessels willing
[00:00:57] to reciprocate this type of love.
[00:00:59] We begin to realize the twofold effect of loving God and loving others—not just friends
[00:01:05] and family, but those who cross our paths every day.
[00:01:09] Hardened hearts begin to melt beneath the warmth of Christ's love overflowing from
[00:01:14] our lives.
[00:01:15] People whom we never thought would let the name of Jesus roll off their lips suddenly
[00:01:20] praise Him because we've taken the time to love them the way God has commanded us to love.
[00:01:26] Once we learn how to abide in His love, our feelings of jealousy, greed, and anger die
[00:01:33] a quick death.
[00:01:35] A true champion exceeds grace and kindness because he knows the transformation that has taken
[00:01:40] place in his own heart, and because he realizes those who receive God's love and grace
[00:01:46] have no other course of action but to give God's love away.

[00:01:54] Lord, help us to be a conduit of Your love to the people You put in our paths.
