[00:00:13] God wants you to be wise and sure-footed in your daily walk with him, not allowing anything to come into your life that would cause you to doubt his goodness
[00:00:23] He also knows there will be times when the enemy will tempt you to fill overwhelmed and fearful. When this happens, you need to remember that you serve a sovereign God who has good things in mind for your life
[00:00:36] Even when troubles come, we may begin to wonder if we will ever realize the hopes and dreams that God has given us
[00:00:45] Joseph, Daniel Moses, David and the disciples probably face the same temptation to doubt God's blessing and goodness
[00:00:52] However, these men of faith remain steadfast in their belief in the Lord's ability
[00:00:58] They had to come to a point of faith where they boldly confronted their fears, and we do too
[00:01:04] The English word, orie, comes from a German word meaning to strangle or choke
[00:01:12] This is exactly what worried us, it chokes and prevents us from living victorious lives by stifling our godly potential
[00:01:21] Solomon, however, admonishes us in song of songs to 15
[00:01:26] Catch the Foxes, the little foxes that ruin the vineyards are vineyards that are in bloom
[00:01:34] The little foxes of sin have the ability to derail our Christian faith in sense of virtue
[00:01:40] On the surface, few of us would think that a little worry, doubt, or fears enough to harm our devotion to God
[00:01:46] However, they can still, our joy and create within our hearts and minds a sense of distrust for the things of God
[00:01:54] God is merciful, he has the power to conquer doubt, fear, and worry
[00:01:59] When our lives are surrendered to him, we don't have to be anxious about tomorrow
[00:02:04] He provides all that we need perfectly in on time
[00:02:09] Let's pray together, Lord we surrender our lives to you
[00:02:14] We thank you for your peace and provision
[00:02:17] We pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen
