The Land of Beyond: Crossing into the Promised Land
Inspired by Jonathan Cahn’s The Book of Mysteries*
Imagine being led into a sacred chamber filled with ancient scrolls, symbols of divine mysteries and eternal truths. But instead of unrolling a scroll of words, the teacher begins to speak of what comes beyond the scrolls—the Land of Beyond.
He speaks of Shamini Atzeret, the last of the appointed days, when the scroll of the Torah reaches its end. The end of the wilderness journey. But he reveals that the end is not the final chapter—it is merely the beginning of what comes after the end.
There is another scroll, a new beginning.
He leads you to a new scroll—the Book of Joshua—and unrolls it before you.
And what does this new book tell us?
It speaks of leaving the wilderness, crossing the Jordan River, and entering the Promised Land—the land beyond the wilderness.
The Land of Beyond
When the old passes away, a new chapter begins.
Just as the Israelites crossed the Jordan into their Promised Land, so too are we called to move forward into what God has prepared for us. The wilderness is behind us—struggles, doubts, and hardships—and ahead lies the land of promise and fulfillment.
In Hebrew, the word Yeshua means Joshua—the Lord saves.
And Joshua was the one who led the Israelites into their inheritance.
And do you know who was with them in that land?
Yeshua—Jesus.
He who led you through your wilderness, who carried you, who loved you before you even knew Him—He will lead you into your promised land.
The Promise of the Promised Land
When the old life ends, and the new begins, you will see with your eyes what you have believed by faith. You will walk in the promises of God, just as Israel did when they crossed into Canaan.
Remember:
The one who was with them in the wilderness—the One who helped, kept, and loved them—will be with you.
He is Yeshua—Jesus—and He will be with you every step of the way, guiding you into the land beyond the wilderness, into eternity.
The Land of Beyond is a Promise
Think of the day you will cross over into your divine Promised Land.
Thank Him now—because He is with you right now.
He who loved you before the foundation of the world, who carried you through every trial, will carry you into the fullness of His promises.
Scriptures to meditate on:
Deuteronomy 8:7-9** — The land the Lord your God is bringing you into, a land of streams, mountains, and vineyards.
Deuteronomy 26:15** — The Lord’s promise to bring you into the land flowing with milk and honey.
Joshua 1:1-4** — God’s promise to Joshua to give him every place he sets his foot.
1 Peter 1:3-4** — An inheritance incorruptible and undefiled, reserved in heaven for you.
Revelation 21:1-4** — The ultimate promise: a new heaven and a new earth, where God dwells with His people forever.
The Mission:
Believe that the day of crossing into your land of promise is coming.
Give thanks today—because He is with you now, and He will lead you into the land of beyond.
