Advice for the Lazy
Go to the ant, O sluggard,
Observe her ways and be wise,
Which, having no chief, Officer or ruler,
Prepares her food in the summer And gathers her provision in the harvest.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Work is not a curse. Sweat upon the brow is a curse, but work is one of the greatest privileges God affords people on earth. However, the sluggard shuns work. He or she doesn't plan for the future and lives only for today.
