Entering the Heavenly Dimension: Beyond the Veil
Inspired by Jonathan Cahn’s "The Book of Mysteries"
In a quiet, sacred space, the teacher led me into a chamber of vessels—hidden, sacred, and filled with divine mysteries. At the center was a large reproduction of the temple veil, the sacred barrier that separated the earthly realm from the Holy of Holies—the very presence of God. What I saw there forever changed my understanding of spiritual reality.
The Veil and the Cherubim: A Two-Dimensional Reflection of Heaven
On the veil, embroidered with intricate detail, was an image of cherubim—angelic beings of divine glory. But this image was two-dimensional—a flat, embroidered representation.
The teacher explained:
"The cherubim in the veil are a two-dimensional image of a higher reality—a reflection of heaven’s true glory. They symbolize a limited view, a shadow of what exists beyond."
Précis: The veil shows us a limited, two-dimensional glimpse of heavenly realities—an image, not the fullness.
Passing Through the Veil: Into the Holy of Holies
We moved beyond the veil into a reproduction of the Holy of Holies—a place of divine dwelling, prayer, and worship. Inside, I saw the Ark of the Covenant, crowned with golden cherubim—angelic beings of divine authority.
And then, the revelation:
From outside the veil, the cherubim are in two dimensions. But from inside the Holy of Holies, they are seen in three dimensions.
Another dimension is revealed.
The act of passing through the veil is an entry into a higher realm—an increase of dimensionality, from shadow to reality, from limited to unlimited.
Précis: Going beyond the veil lifts us into a deeper, three-dimensional understanding of divine realities.
The Reality of God’s Presence: Depths Beyond the Veil
The teacher emphasized:
"There are realities you cannot know until you dwell beyond the veil—beyond the images and symbols, into the depths of His presence."
He explained that our ideas of God are like two-dimensional images embroidered on a veil—limited, finite, shadows of the true, infinite reality.
The call:
Make it your goal to go beyond the veil—beyond mere images—into the secret place of His presence, into the depths of the heavenlies where divine realities dwell.
Précis: The true depths of God’s presence are hidden beyond the veil—waiting for us in faith, prayer, and worship.
The Heavenly Dimension: Dwelling in the Depths of Faith
This journey into the divine realm is not just a metaphor—it’s a calling.
We are invited:
To dwell beyond the veil in prayer and worship
To access realms of divine reality that surpass human understanding
To step into the heavenlies where God's fullness resides
